We ( 2 stellen fietsend) bleven er 1 nachtje en niks dan lof . De **** waren duidelijk aanwezig. Alles leek wel nieuw ,vriendelijk personeel , een zeer mooi modern aangeklede en ruime kamer , je voelt er je zo thuis. Vloerbekleding kamer en gang hip en vooral supernet . Ontbijt lekker en véél keuze .De ligging van dit hotel is op wandelafstand centrum Goes een gezellige stad met véél te bezoeken. Ook fietsers worden goed ontvangen met een kraaknette met kaart afsluitbare ruimte voorzien van voldoende laadpunten en ook banden pompen kan. Vanuit deze fietsberging via de naastliggende lift ga je zo naar je kamer toe en omgekeerd. We bezochten al redelijk wat betaalbare hotels maar dit is onze absolute toplocatie.

I really like the hotel location, just besides the sea😊I enjoyed the quality service provided by the workers from the reception, kitchen to room service. I was also impressed with their cleanliness. Once I ordered food as room service and I was surprised of how fast the food was delivered to my room 😊I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I recommend it to anyone visiting Zeeland in the near future 🥂

Pessima ospitalità e pessima accoglienza. Dopo aver prenotato e pagato la camera sul vostro sito, mi è arrivata una richiesta dall’hotel di pagare per le lenzuola e gli asciugamani  o altrimenti dovevo portarmeli da casa. Ho pagato 39,95 euro. Avevo comunicato all’hotel che sarei arrivato tardi la sera a causa del mio volo per Bruxelles e cortesemente mi hanno lasciato la chiave della mia stanza in un key safe. Purtroppo con pioggia e vento forti alle 10 di sera ho trascorso  più di un ora a cercare di fare aprire il key safe, ma inutilmente il codice inviatomi era errato. Trovo un altro key safe e lì il codice funzionava ma dentro non c’era la chiave. Avevo la colazione inclusa nella camera e mi è stata richiesto di pagare le uniche due colazioni fatte, ma ho rifiutato mostrando la mia prenotazione. Adesso ho trovato una e-mail dall’hotel in cui mi chiedono di pagare la tassa turistica per due persone, invece io ero il solo ospite.

Ik heb hier allen gebruik gemaakt voor een slaapplaats en die was oké goed bed en tv voldoende voor die nacht, je kunt koffie op de kamer zetten en de douche en toilet moet je wel delen maar dat was voor mij geen probleem je kunt ook niet veel eisen voor die prijs, slaapplaats, douche/wc, tv, koffie €41, 90 en dan nog toeristenbelasting. We letten toch op de kleintjes.AOW😄😉 Voor deze prijs was er niets mis mee!!! en je kunt altijd wel iets vinden??.

Wij hadden de Presidential Suite geboekt voor de viering van onze trouwdag. Deze bijzonder kamer beviel ons erg goed . Veel ruimte, groot bed en een tweepersoonsbad plus twee regendouchen. We boekten daarnaast ook de prive-sauna in de tuin. Locatie van het hotel is midden in het centrum tegenover de abdij. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt werd geserveerd aan tafel op een plateau. Het ontbijt is wel een minpuntje. Het hotel bepaald het beleg en de broodjes. Twee plakken kaas voor 2 personen is wel weinig. Al met al, een prima verblijf in dit hotel.

AAnonymous UserOur stay was nice at first, and we even got a room upgrade, which was great. Unfortunately, the airco was super noisy it sounded like an airplane! When my husband mentioned it to the receptionist that night, she just said, “Why don’t you sleep without airco?” and gave no solution. We ended up sleeping without it, but the room was so stuffy. We had to open the door a few times, though it didn’t feel safe since the balcony faced the street. Luckily, the receptionist the next morning was very kind, apologized, and gave us something complimentary as compensation. So glad it was a different person!

AAnonymous UserWe didn’t stay in the hotel in the end. We cancelled on the spot because the wellness facility was not as promise. They should update their website and at all booking applications about any temporary or not temporary change in their hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very charming as its appropriations. Possibilité d'accéder aux termes moyennant un supplément. L'accusation que l'on peut formuler concerne l'insonorisation des chambres. Ainsi on entendons beaucoup trop fort le voisin prendre sa douche. The lack of sound in an hotel of this standing level was also heard !!!

GGuest UserFantastisch hotel met mooie kamer. Heerlijk gegeten, echt een top keuken! Ook in de wellness geweest, was erg druk dus geen bedje om op te liggen. Puntje van aandacht zijn de vervelende kinderen in het zwembad met geschreeuw en springen vanaf de kant. En we misten extra handdoeken en een badjas in de wellness. Maar heel uit gebreide keuze in sauna’s! Echt een top hotel

GGuest UserLe séjour s’est très bien passé dans l’ensemble, un peu déçu de n’avoir pas pu dîner au restaurant, celui-ci étant complet. Dommage qu’il n’y ai plus de BAR, celui-ci est fermé, À regret qu’il n’y ai plus de sauna, la personne de l’accueil ne nous en a pas du tout parlé. Nous supposons qu’il était fermé. Un petit rafraîchissement de l’hôtel serait nécessaire bien que pour le prix nous avons été satisfait, cet hôtel est quand même un monument historique avec tout le charme de l ancien. Le petit déjeuner est complet est très bon .

GGuest UserThe hotel was all right, but I think it doesn't correspond to 4-Sterne-Standard. The location is quite good – The city centre is available in about 20 minutes walking distance. However, the room's condition remains to be desired. The bathroom was in a bad condition, there was fungi, which was really unpleasant. The worst was the bed: instead of a large double bed, there were two single beds that were constantly disconnected, making sleep very uncomfortable. Overall, there is a significant need for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness and comfort.
