Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.

Booked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke. To further add, the shower trays and bidet holder could all have been properly repaired or renewed and hope future guests can enjoy better.

The hotel's location is decent, but not particularly strategic as it is not within walking distance of most attractions. However, getting around is convenient since Grab cars are readily available. Although the hotel has undergone renovation, it still feels quite old in some areas. The bathroom had visible mould and a slight musty smell. The room lighting was also a bit dim which made the space feel less bright. The interior decoration is nice and staffs are friendly. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, but about 95% of the menu remains the same every day, so it can become repetitive for longer stays.

I recently stayed at Perdana Kota Bharu and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions in Kota Bharu. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness centre were well maintained and added value to the stay. However, I found the food quality to be average and not as good as expected for a hotel of this standard. While there was a reasonable variety of dishes available, the taste and overall dining experience could be improved. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to travellers looking for comfortable accommodation in Kota Bharu.

Everything was good. 5mins drive to Mydin and other local shops. I had a pleasant stay and definitely will repeat again to stay here whenever i come to Kelantan

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Riverview Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The location is also very convenient for getting around Kota Bharu. However, the amenities could be improved slightly, as basic items like a toothbrush were not provided. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely consider staying here again.”

An amazing experience when I was in Kelantan I stayed at Renai Hotel comfortable and clean there is nothing missing starting from the spacious bed the bathroom is spacious and clean what I noticed there is also an additional fan all this time I didn't think of the details as it's how clean I rarely have time in the hotel but in this hotel I'm really comfortable my husband had time to watch funny movies full pokonya I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Kelantan confused looking for a hotel here I think the place is good the breakfast is delicious welcomed with a friendly smile of the staff there are also traditional cakes of Kelantan there even I really want to say thank you to those who takes care of the food that is different from SYABIL he provided Laksam for me and my husband once again thank you if you go to Kelantan again 😊 Terima Kasih sekali lagi untuk Adik Syabil kamu Baik bangetttttttttt

1)Mid range hotel located near city centre 2)The Bed/Bath Rooms Beds and Beddings acceptable, in view of price 3)Breakfast was terrible, Only plate of cold (look like left over) rice or noodle. Nothing Else !! Likely due poor/few guests during Ramadan Season !! 4)Interesting experience, UNLIKELY Repeat visit !!

The hotel has a very good location, close to food and nearby conveniences. The room and facilities are average, clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Service is fine, nothing special but no major issues encountered. Overall, a reasonable place to stay.
