„I’ve stayed in Paxton several times with different management. First time booking with mamaMama. There is a major flaw in this particular unit. All 3 aircons shuts down at night after 15-30mins using. Had to WhatsApp their custServ at 11pm & within 5mins someone came & “set” the aircon. & told not to set any timer in the controller. We did not even touch any timer & clearly there was no timer set on the remote. It was OK for another 30mins & again all aircon turn amber light again. Nothing works even after turning off & on main switch. We had to sleep with the fan only. In the morning we tried to turn the main switch off & on And this time the aircon works the whole morning till we checked out at 11am. So I’m not sure if the unit has a special set timer or it is just some electrical fault. Plz fix that unit. Saw others with same complain on aircon regular shutdown”

The location is extremely convenient, having a Village Grocer in the building just opposite is a huge plus for grabbing essentials or a quick meal. One thing to note is that the cellphone reception can be a bit weak inside the unit. However, the provided Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which easily bridged the gap for calls and data. Aside from that, I had no issues at all. The water pressure in the shower was also quite good, which is always a big plus for me! Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it!”

Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

The hotel is quite clean and nice. I booked for a night king bed room. The room is spacious and clean, quite nice. However, there is no plug point besides the bed, only have usb port where not all electrical charger is fit and cannot be used. For the toilet, the water draining system is bad, cannot drain water at all during showering. For the access card given, one cannot open the door. I went to reception and inform the issue, the receptionist checked and asked another staff to assist me to my room and help me open. We walked till my room and the card cannot open as well. The staff then told me is because of the lock has running out of battery, need another 10 minutes to go down and get physical key to open the door. He then brought the manager comes and she could open the door with her card. So eventually is the second access card problem. I not sure the problem is with the receptionist or the lock got problem. Not a pleasant experience to kee me waiting standing outside my room for them to sort the issue

The place was not clean when we checked in especially the bed, it is still can see got hair and dandruff. Sink got used teabag, I hope the host can improve the cleaning service as this affected the stay.

This is a large and luxurious hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were spacious. Some of the furniture in the room seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh. Overall, it's a great value for money hotel, and I'm satisfied.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, and the facilities were excellent. 1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights. - had sofa - plug points on each side of bed - bedside table each side - toilet rack for clothes - mini stove - house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights - wall decor Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sunway Resort Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Sunway Lagoon Water Park, which made getting to the rides and slides easy and fun for the kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of either the lake or the park, and the beds are incredibly comfy. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options across its numerous restaurants, and the room service was quick and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent and done daily, and the public facilities were clean and family-friendly. This hotel is an ideal choice for families looking for a mix of comfort and entertainment. The service was professional and friendly, and the staff were always ready to help. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a pleasant and comfortable stay with their children.
