The hotel prepares decorations and cake very thoughtfully, surprised us. Due to the late arrival time, the hotel also thoughtfully provided me with dinner order so that could enjoy it when we arrived. Finally the food upexpectedly delicious. I recommend you to choose Shanker hotel. Wherever it’s a vacation or celebration it is best choice.”

„This is the second time I stayed at Ramada Encore in Thamel. I was not wrong to choose it again. Absolutely everything is good here ... the staff, the room,the breakfast (oh my, sooooo good), the location, the friendliness of every single employee, from the door in. A special recognition to Nikhil in the reception, whose service and support with a sincere smile is as comforting as the sunshine on an early autumn morning. And to the staff and therapists on the spa where I took a couple of massages that were superb. Kathmandu is a beautiful, yet hectic city. Thamel even more, so to have this oasis to come to after a long day wandering around or trekking is something to treasure. In my case, this is even more meaningful as I left all my stuff to go hiking on the Himalayas for several days, coming back to the hotel with the certainty that I was going to be happily and truly welcome. Again, I was not wrong. Thank you for making a difference and for understanding what the word service means. „Extremely wonderful hotel 15 minutes walk from the airport. Everything was sparkling clean, comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. The gym is well stocked and has a great view of the city. Breakfast was another highlight and included many delicious Nepalese, Indian, and Western foods. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, helping me call taxis for a cheaper fare than the tourist rip off price, and they also helped me store my luggage overnight while I went on a yoga retreat. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!”

„The Hotel Barahi Kathmandu is in a great location, walking distance to great souvenirs in Thamal, tourist sites like the Garden of Dreams and the former Royal Palace. The hotel staff were so friendly, engaging and helpful. The hotel has a pool up on level 7 with great views of Kathmandu. The only flaw with the pool is it is surrounded by the restaurant, so no one swims in it. I had a suite the room was beautiful, very happy with the cleanliness and room service. The only flaw with the room is that it backed on to the service area for staff who were all working very hard, but there was banging and clanging all night and morning.”

„Dzięki temu hotelowi nasza podróż stała się jeszcze przyjemniejsza. Już podczas rejestracji zostaliśmy poczęstowani drinkiem powitalnym, co wprowadziło nas w świetny nastrój. Spodobało mi się, że ceny w minibarze nie były wygórowane, lecz całkiem rozsądne. Widok z pokoju na dolinę był po prostu oszałamiający! Obsługa jest uprzejma i pomocna, zawsze gotowa pomóc. W okolicy hotelu znajduje się wiele kawiarni i restauracji, więc zawsze można znaleźć miejsce, w którym można smacznie zjeść. Ale najfajniejszy jest dach! Tam można nie tylko podziwiać widoki, ale również delektować się jedzeniem. Nawiasem mówiąc, latem można pływać w basenie. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne i sycące, bufet przerósł wszelkie oczekiwania. Byliśmy z żoną bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno tu wrócimy.”

„The resort provides pickup service from the bus stop. Upon bus arrival, the driver was already on standby to bring us to the hotel. The room that we got was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. Shower water was not strong but still useable. Having said that, the tv in the room wasn't working and should be fixed. The bidet water was also very weak and was leaking if we don't shut it from the source. The resort also has many options of safari tours. The chose the river canoe ride + bird watching + elephant breeding center as well as the jeep ride in safari. Mr Jagat who guided our jeep tour was the best guide one could ask for. He was patient to show us the animal and very knowledgeable. Lastly i would like to commend on every staff at the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Despite there are some areas of improvements, i would recommend this resort for their excellent service. Additionally do go for their cultural dance show. It's worth it. Have fun and experience their culture. I love Chitwan and would recommend people to visit.”

„Wystrój tego hotelu jest bardzo nowy, widok z pokoju jest bardzo piękny, szczególnie nocą można zobaczyć rozgwieżdżone miasto z 10. piętra, łóżko jest bardzo czyste, naczynia z jedzeniem są kompletne, a ciepła woda do kąpieli jest w sam raz. Jedynym problemem jest to, że lokalizacja nie jest łatwa do znalezienia. Kiedy po raz pierwszy wszedłem do pokoju, przedmioty nie były w pełni przygotowane, ale po zadzwonieniu do obsługi klienta wszystkie przedmioty były dostępne. Szkoda, że ​​tym razem nie zarezerwowałem pokoju z wanną, ale ogólnie rzecz biorąc, doświadczenie było świetne. ”

„Hotel jest bardzo luksusowy jak na Nepal. Atmosfera jest pierwszorzędna. Każdy członek personelu jest niezwykle przyjazny i pomocny. Restauracja i bar oferują dobrą obsługę, pyszne jedzenie i rozsądne ceny. Wycieczka do świątyni kremacyjnej jest oferowana w każdą niedzielę i wtorek rano w godzinach 7:00-8:30. Wyjaśnienia menedżera są bardzo interesujące! Warto wstać wcześnie rano! Jedynym minusem jest to, że pokoje nie są sprzątane po określonej godzinie po południu, a jedynie wieczorne ścielenie łóżka. Chusteczki nie są uzupełniane po użyciu, filiżanki nie są czyszczone i odkładane na miejsce, a po obu stronach łóżka nie ma gniazdek do ładowania. To drobne niedociągnięcia.”
