When we checked in, we found a plastic bag with Lanzones fruit peels in the shoe rack. Despite staying in the Executive Suites, there was no drinking water or toothpaste provided. We had to call reception to request them. On the other hand, the staff were very hospitable and attentive to our requests. I hope next time they will prepare the room and clean it properly!

Location is great. The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer from Zamboanga Airport which is licated 5 minutes away. The receptionists were courteous and nice. Quick check in procedure. The room was old and the bathtub is not cleaned thtoughly as I saw some hair. The screw ar the handle at the bathtub was loose and it could be dangerous. No complimentary warer bottle provided in room.

GGuest UserThings were clean and service was on point. The food really impressed me as well. Specifically the chicken satay and the clubhouse sandwich. The only issues would be that the shower had no hot water so cold showers only. Also, we placed some chocolate on the table and an hour later there were ants everywhere. Aside from that it was great.

AAlex 13Best hotel in Molave, and the most expensive. Excellent rooms, excellent service, they have good wifi and really hot water. They also have a good restaurant downstairs. I'll bet 4 stars only because in my last 2 days of stay, wifi was bad and there was no hot water. The best hotel in Molave, and the most expensive.
