Hotele z: Pools w Faro District, Portugal

Dotarliśmy około godziny 15:00, a osoba w recepcji nie mogła znaleźć naszej rezerwacji dokonanej za pośrednictwem Trip.com. Bardzo rozgniewany i natarczywy powiedział nam, że nie może nic zrobić i że musimy skontaktować się z Trip.com, aby rozwiązać z nimi problem (po 9 godzinach podróży i otrzymaniu wszystkich możliwych e-maili z potwierdzeniem). Podczas gdy czekaliśmy na odpowiedź Trip.com, inna osoba zadzwoniła do nas, mówiąc, że wszystko jest w porządku, że nie mogą jej znaleźć z powodu „błędu komputera”. Żadnych przeprosin, nic takiego. Pokój nie był zły, drugie piętro, dobra lokalizacja. Hotel jest stary i nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek. Szczerze mówiąc, obecnie ma 4 gwiazdki i za zapłaconą cenę jest w porządku. Dobre śniadanie w formie bufetu, równie dobra i uprzejma obsługa. Mieliśmy problem pewnego dnia, kiedy nie posprzątali pokoju. Musieliśmy złożyć skargę o 19:30, a oni posprzątali i zrobili to bardzo szybko (i w dość „lekki” sposób), ale cóż... Nie możemy skomentować SPA, siłowni itp., ponieważ nie korzystaliśmy z tych usług.

Great location with a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the fire door at the downstairs corridor entry which bang during the night. Otherwise this hotel is perfect. Breakfast was also great with a fine choice.

Once called the Alvor Luna Bay when bedrooms seemed larger!!! Renamed and reshaped. Swishly refurbed as new. Now the main problem is the lack of storage in what seem smaller bedrooms despite voluminous balconies. Simply, storage is inadequate for two guests for longer than a week, maximum. Let me describe............ a small [4feet tall?] open metal wardrobe rail with five fixed point clothes hangers. Four or five open shelves beside this rail., one occupied by the rooms safe. In all other respects its fine. The staff good and plentiful and helpful. The location the best in town!

Beautiful property right on Praia da Rocha. Excellent service at check-in, was given a quick tour of the lobby and room by a wonderful gentleman. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. Breakfast was adequate and delicious, staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great place to stay!

Check was fast, friendly and efficient. Room was very good. Large bed, safe balcony, very clean, tea and coffee making facilities in the room.Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet with good choices in all areas. Pool looked clean but didn't use it. Dinner menu had a good selection of dishes but again did not use.

Nos encantó, está muy bien por el precio y el personal muy amable. Quizá un punto que pueda servir para seleccionar este hotel es que no siempre cobran el depósito que mencionan en la publicación, a nosotros no nos tocó lo cual fue genial para no preocuparnos por tener el efectivo del depósito. Rica estancia.

Hotel is in perfect location within the historical site, the room is clean and comfy. Beautiful pool in the middle of the garden. Despite all ups, the downside was the service in general, however the reception was helpful when asked. Tips: Avoid staying the same floor as the reception because there is a staff room next to you, and the staff come to chitchat in the room and the hallway (the same hallway as guest doors, clearly echo). Beware of hot food running out from breakfast way earlier than closing time, you cannot request those eggs, bacons, mushroom if it's runs out. even there are many guests coming in and was no hot food. Like other comment says the hotel is full of potential and personally we think its a very peaceful & lovely place with historical charm. Just the frontline service staffs around the place still far from that so called well service. House keeping were friendly and helpful, gardening maintained well. Enjoyed the place and once learned to didnt expect any service, Its was the best way.

Moje wrażenia z pobytu w tym pokoju były fantastyczne. Pomimo tego, że był to starszy pokój, był wyraźnie zadbany i utrzymany. Czystość była nienaganna, co jest dla mnie bardzo ważne. W pokoju znajdowała się kuchnia, co było bardzo wygodne do przygotowywania niektórych posiłków. Była ona również wyposażona we wszystko, czego potrzebowałem, aby bez problemu gotować. Bardzo podobała mi się ta opcja, ponieważ pozwalała mi zaoszczędzić trochę pieniędzy, ponieważ nie musiałem ciągle jeść w restauracjach. Śniadanie było bardzo dobre, z różnorodnym wyborem. Przestrzeń, w której serwowano śniadanie, była przestronna i wygodna, a wszystko było bardzo czyste i zorganizowane.

L’hôtel est magnifique et très propre, avec des chambres spacieuses. Nous étions logés au premier étage, donc nous avions une vue partielle sur la mer, mais sans un horizon dégagé. Néanmoins, le personnel est agréable et le service impeccable. Très bon séjour !

리뷰가 극과극으로 갈리는 곳.. 가보니 이유를 알겠습니다 시설, 서비스는 좋아요 수영장에 세탁건조기(성능은 영) 사우나 스파까지 무료로 이용 가능하고 건물구조가 특이허지만(1,8층 리셉션, 엘베 2대 갈아타기 등)적응하면 괜찮습니다 저희는 택시가 길을 못 찾아서 캐리어끌고 언덕을 올랐는데, 1층 리셉션은 spar 마트쪽에 있어요. 친절하긴 한데 에어컨 고장으로 2번이나 불렀는데도 안와서 그냥 포기했습니다 여기는 올드타운 한가운데, 사실 위치보고 예약했는데 그야말로 클럽거리 한가운데 있어서 숙소 안에 있어도 밤새 콘서트장에서 지내는 기뷴입니다 방음이 안되어 새벽 5시까지는 함께 즐기셔야해요 이 소음이 외국분 리뷰 표현처럼 어나더레벨ㅋㅋ입니다 세계여행 하는데 여긴 참 애매해요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 조식도 나쁘지 않은데 그냥 애매합니다…. 개인적으로는 알부페이라 딱 이 골목만 아니면 덜 시끄럽고 좋을듯 해요!!
