Kesinlikle otelde boykot listesinden bir markaya rastlamadım.tebrik ederim kizilcahamamin en iyi oteli olmasına rağmen boykota destek vermesi mutlu etti.Otel 5yıldızlı otellere nazaran yeterli hijyene sahip değildi,yemek lezzet ve çeşit olarak orta seviyedeydi otelde sosyal olanaklar çok kısıtlı oda buyuklukleri yeterli cocuklar icin oyun alanlari mevcut spa merkezi yeterli fakat havuzlar soguktu cocuklar hep üşüdü termal havuz küçük 10 kişi ile doluyor, biz termal otel diye geldik ama termal.havuz 5x5x1.4 buyuklugundeydi...yanlizca termal havuzlarda termal su mevcut diger havuzlar standart. Havuzlar soguktu cocuklar durmak istemediler ayrica cok yuksek klora sahipti. Otel yarim pansiyon sabah kahvaltisi orta seviyede akşam yemeğide orta seviye çay saati yetersiz. Otelde yemek saatleri disinda hersey ücretli su dahil. Sadece 23.000a kadar çay ikram ediliyor. Kizilcahamamin en buyuk oteli biraz isim yapmış.otele göre fiyat yüksek.afyon taraflarında aynı fiyatlara üst seviye hizmet alınabilir. Personel güzel yüzlü hizmet kalitesi iyi seviyede.

Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich schön. Nur lügt Trip. Com mit dem Foto des Außenpools und behauptet, dass die Hotelrezeption den Außenpool bestätigen würde. Das Hotel hat keine direkte Vereinbarung mit Trip.com und das Foto des Außenpools ist immernoch online, obwohl ich bereits per Email und Chat mitgeteilt habe, dass dieser Außenpool nicht existiert. Der Innenpool ist klein aber fein. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und die Betten sehr bequem. Ich würde nochmal dort übernachten.

GGuest UserThe Green Park Ankara Oteli'nde kaldığım süre boyunca oda imkanlarından ve hizmetlerinden çok memnun kaldım. Kaldığım odanın boyutları, konumu ve manzarası çok iyiydi. Odanın temizliği de kaldığım dört gün boyunca düzenli olarak yapıldı. Özellikle kat hizmetleri görevlileri çok nazikti ve isteklerimi kısa süre içinde yerine getirdi. Daha önceki konaklamalarıma göre otelin çok daha düzenli olduğunu gözlemledim. Sabun, şampuan gibi ürünlerin dışında odada tıraş seti ve diş fırçası seti verilmesi çok yerinde olmuş. Önceki kaldığım dönemlerde diğer konukların gürültülerinden ve dışarıdaki gürültülerden çok rahatsız olmuştum. Bu sefer böyle bir gürültü işitmedim veya herhangi bir rahatsızlık hissetmedim. Oteldeki çalışanların da eskisine göre daha ilgili olduğunu hissettim. Daha önceki gelişlerimde de en çok kahvaltısından memnun kalmıştım. Bu sefer, öğlen verilen yemekleri ve tatlıları da tatma fırsatım oldu. Otelde sunulan yemekler gayet lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

GGuest UserFirst of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel. Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed. Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke.

The hotel is right next to [subway entrance/attraction], and it’s just a few minutes' walk to [shopping district/famous attraction], which is incredibly convenient for tourists. Secondly, the service was truly touching. The front desk staff, [Mr. Wang/Ms. Li], were warm and thoughtful. Since we arrived early, they very kindly prioritized arranging a room for us. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby dining options, and were happy to answer all our questions. Most importantly, the room facilities were a pleasant surprise. It looked exactly like the promotional photos – very clean and tidy. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so we slept very comfortably. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and stable. Little details like [the free mini-bar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly enhanced the quality of our stay.
