Lokalizacja jest dogodna, niedaleko głównego dworca kolejowego i można do niej dotrzeć pieszo w ciągu dziesięciu minut. Jeśli meldujesz się w nocy, uważaj na ** na bocznych uliczkach. Przecież bezpieczeństwo w Rzymie nie jest zbyt dobre.
Pokój jest duży, materac wygodny, jest dużo światła i cyrkulacji powietrza. W pobliżu majestatycznej katedry Santa Maria Maggiore.

Miałem wspaniałe wrażenia z pobytu w tym hotelu! Obsługa była bardzo przyjazna, uważna i zawsze gotowa do pomocy, gdy tylko czegoś potrzebowałem. Udogodnienia hotelowe były doskonałe — mój pokój był przestronny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony, zapewniając mi komfortowy i relaksujący pobyt. Udogodnienia, takie jak basen i siłownia, były miłym dodatkiem, czyste i zadbane. Szczególnie podobało mi się jedzenie; śniadanie miało duży wybór, a wszystko smakowało świeżo i pysznie, chociaż nieco większa różnorodność dań sprawiłaby, że byłoby idealnie. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, bardzo podobał mi się pobyt i zdecydowanie polecam go każdemu, kto odwiedza okolicę. Nie mogę się doczekać powrotu w przyszłości!

Pokój jest wystarczająco przestronny, abym ja i mój przyjaciel mogli jednocześnie otworzyć bagaż i nadal jest dużo miejsca na spacery z otwartą walizką. Łóżko i pościel są wygodne. Biurko długie i szerokie, wraz z dwoma krzesłami, pozwala nam wspólnie korzystać i wykonywać codzienną pielęgnację skóry. Tylko jeśli uda im się ustawić kapcie w pokoju i dodać szczoteczkę do zębów i pastę do zębów w łazience, będzie idealnie. Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację, w okolicy znajduje się sporo restauracji i jest bardzo blisko głównego terminalu, zaledwie 5-10 minut spacerem. Możesz także dojechać autobusem lub pociągiem, aby z łatwością podróżować po atrakcjach Rzymu. Przy stanowisku odprawy znajduje się 2–3 recepcjonistek, mają dużą wiedzę na temat Rzymu i produktów hotelowych, mają nadzieję, że uda im się zachować uśmiech na twarzach i być bardziej przyjaźni. Drugiego dnia proszę też sprzątaczkę o niepotrzebną usługę do naszego pokoju, ale wróciliśmy do pokoju i okazało się, że został posprzątany. W załączeniu zdjęcie przedstawia ogranicznik drzwi, który moim zdaniem jest dobry dla pracownika, który nie musi zginać pleców, a jednocześnie chroni drzwi przed skrobią.

I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The room has enough size for the two of us and the bathroom was fairly good. I have tried eating breakfast but I think it was a bit pricey. I love the location as it was quiet. I will definitely recommend this place to friends who are planning to visit Rome. The room rate was fair.

- scarsa manutenzione: l’acqua scendeva a fatica nel lavello in bagno
- vasca da bagno con pannello che perdeva acqua causando allagamento e pericolo di scivolare (una doccia sarebbe molto meglio)
- Piante secche nelle grondaie sopra la piscina
- Stuccature fatiscenti sotto al bordo della piscina
- rumore forte delle buche dei filtri della piscina: sbattevano le bocchette di plastica
- poche prese di corrente in camera per ricaricare il cell
- aria condizionata di difficile regolazione (o accesa, o spenta)
- orari piscina a luglio e agosto potrebbero essere estesi (magari 9:30 invece che 10:00)
Facit: una struttura piacevole che con un po’ di manutenzione potrebbe migliorare di molto.
Essendo un po’ isolata, non è adatta a chi non viene in auto.

это не просто завтрак ( да он буфет ) , но официанты очень стараются со всеми вопросами , что бы вы не попросили они сделают все возможное , нужен салат пожалуйста , какой-то отдельный соус или уксус пожалуйста , тоесть вы как бы на завтраке в в буфет , но и в то же время и как будто в ресторане и вам по заказу постараются угодить , я уже не говорю о принести кофе и прочих мелочах …
Сами по себе очень приятные и вежливые … Супер …💯
Весь персонал отеля очень отзывчив и добр , ресепшен отлично говорит на Английском , что редко для Италии и особенно , для не больших городков …

Lokalizacja jest w porządku. Jeśli jedziesz, pamiętaj, że to ZTL. Możesz poprosić hotel o pomoc w ubieganiu się o zwolnienie z grzywny. Do malowniczych miejsc można dojść pieszo lub pojechać taksówką. Wydaje się, że jest to trochę daleko zewsząd Koloseum jest stosunkowo blisko, a parking przy nim nie jest drogi.

PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

GGuest UserI recently enjoyed one of my best vacations ever at Piazza di Spagna 9 Luxury Suites in Rome. From the moment I booked, the team reached out via WhatsApp to offer help with transfers or tours — thoughtful and attentive without being pushy. I immediately felt like a valued guest.
The suites sit on the third floor of a charming historic building right next to the Spanish Steps. Despite the unbeatable location, it’s remarkably quiet and relaxing. The concierge service is top-notch — when I was running late for my Pantheon visit, staff quickly arranged to collect my luggage so my husband and I could head out stress-free.
Their restaurant recommendations were another highlight. We tried four places from their curated list, each superb and fairly priced, letting us experience authentic local dining away from tourist traps. The team even handled all our reservations.
The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps.
Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth.
The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

PpanosilAn excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away.
The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers). The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily.
The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening.
Thank you for the wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

However, this was the only hotel in Italy out of all the ones I stayed at where you didn't need to swipe a card to use the elevator. The front desk staff were very nice; I arrived past 12 PM, and I was ready to just store my luggage, but the front desk proactively told me my room was already ready. When we left, they also allowed us to check out two hours late. When checking out, they asked if I was willing to leave a tip, and since the staff were so nice, I agreed to give 10 Euros.

DDarya GolubevaWe stayed at the Hilton Hotel for one night while waiting for our connecting flight. The hotel is located right next to Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and there’s a convenient walkway from the airport leading directly into the hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, equipped with a kettle so you can make tea or coffee. The reception staff were very friendly. During our stay, we also visited the gym, the sauna, and went for a swim in the warm pool. The hotel also has courts for playing paddle. In the evening, we had dinner and ordered pasta — we really enjoyed it, the presentation was great, and the waiters were very welcoming. We checked out very early in the morning because we had an early flight, and the hotel staff kindly prepared takeaway lunch boxes for us. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay.

MMinaaichiganjupiThis hotel can only be described as stunning! Very new and designed like a work of art! The location is convenient, between Termini and Plaza de España. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Plaza de España. There is a super delicious ice cream shop opposite! The room is slightly small, but the bathroom is large and the floor height is also high. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Although the location is a bit far from the city and the central station, a taxi cost about 16 euros a day, but the hotel rooms are indeed much better than those in the city. Especially the bed and soundproofing, the surrounding area is purely residential, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient. The hotel provides a taxi service for 10 euros a trip to the vicinity of the Mouth of Truth.

I had a memorable trip to Rome and stayed at the Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ar Jan 2025. The hotel has a limited number of rooms but is exceptionally clean, beautiful, and well-equipped, with great attention paid to the smallest details for guests' comfort.The hotel staff are very kind and attentive to guests' needs, and I would especially like to thank Raffa and Giovanni Loca . In the evenings, free snacks and various drinks are served. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, and you can visit all of them by walking. Additionally, a metro station is just a few meters away from the hotel. Around the hotel, there are many beautiful restaurants and bars.
The warm and friendly behaviors of the hotel staff have made me want to encourage my friends to stay at this hotel if they plan to visit Rome. Personally, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Guests can stay at this hotel without any risk and enjoy its beautiful environment, excellent rooms, and kind staff.
