Very good, rich and varied breakfast. Beautiful and pleasant environment, and quiet. The service staff can speak simple Chinese, which makes communication easy. Dinner is also very good, with good color, aroma and taste.

A simple fix, such as adding soundproofing material or securing loose valves, would transform this room from a ”good” stay into a ”perfect” one. Until then, the persistent sound of running water remains the only shadow over a highly commendable stay.

Overall, the experience was very good; parking was convenient, and there was a bathtub and breakfast. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was great. However, the window glass in room 703 had cracks that hadn't been replaced, and the kettle plug was loose with obvious burn marks. The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have been a great addition. Still, the overall experience, design, and comfort make it a solid choice for a work-related stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Downstairs, there were plenty of late-night snacks, barbecue, and karaoke options—everything you could want. The service was excellent; the front desk offered currency exchange at a very fair rate. The laundry room on the first floor even folded my clothes after washing and drying them. I went to the restaurant around 10 am, and breakfast had already ended, but the staff still brought me porridge and steamed buns. Thank you! The prices were slightly higher than in the area, but the service justified it. I would definitely come again.

First, regarding the location, I felt it was a bit out of the way compared to other hotels in the area and the city center. Before my stay, I expected a quiet environment since there wasn't much blocking the surroundings. However, I was disappointed to find that the noise from the area was more prominent than I anticipated, making it feel a bit lively (and noisy).

If I say it is the most beautiful and cheapest hotel in Hanoi. There is no harm in it.Breakfast is included in this but it is not a good breakfast for vegetarians.Apart from this, the swimming pool, bar and gym of the hotel are very beautiful.The hotel staff is very cooperative and very nice.
