Hotele z: Pools w Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam

Nice hotel, I wouldn't say it's 5 stars thou. Importantly thou the room was nice, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. I was there during the Typhoon Bualoi. Picked this hotel because it's a large reinforcement concrete frame, big central core for stability, knew it would go nowhere during 200km/hr wind gusts. The facade on the other hand, curtain walling system with rain screen cladding and glazing. The mullions were rattling and deflecting with the gusts, the glazing rattling and moving. There was water ingress at the mullions. On my floor a section of the rain screen cladding flew off and a couple had to move rooms. It was a crazy night. But the main thing is, no one was injured, the structure survived and the amazing staff delivered breakfast to the room at 8.30am just 2 hours after the main windy conditions had died down.

Overall relatively sanitary and clean, the service is very warm, but also the best hotel around, there are restaurants to eat. It would be nice if the hotel staff could speak English better

Bardzo ładny hotel, czysty i miła obsługa. Podoba mi się wszystko i często tu zatrzymuję się.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, hotel położony jest w centrum Ha Tinh. Dekoracja jest bardzo nowa. Śniadanie było pyszne. Kelnerzy są bardzo gościnni. Ogólne doświadczenie było dobre. Warto zatrzymać się następnym razem.

Khách sạn lớn nhất Thiên Cầm, nói chung tất cả khả ổn. Tuy nhiên cần khắc phục những lỗi sau: 1. Phiếu ăn sáng in là đến 9h30p. Tuy nhiên lúc 8h30 xuống đã không còn đồ ăn và không phục vụ chọn món theo menu. Gia đình tôi đi nghỉ dưỡng, chứ đâu đi hành xác mà bắt phải dậy từ 6h sáng. Đề nghị quản lý người Việt thực hiện đúng giờ mà quản lý tiền nhiệm người nước ngoài đã làm. 2. Sảnh tiếp đón nên bật điều hoà đến 17h thì tắt. Đến nhận phòng, từ ô tô bước xuống mà không khí nóng nực dễ nổi cáu lắm.

The hotel reception and all the staff inside the hotel were very kind and welcoming, and I am leaving with great memories of my two-day and one-night stay. I will use this hotel again next time.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
