„We stayed 3 nights in the Grand Room with Mountain View during the winter season. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is hot water available 24/7 to warm our souls in the cold weather. The huge bath tub was also a bonus. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush/paste and bedroom slippers are also provided. The location of the hotel is superb. Sun Plaza is probably 7 to 8 mins walk away from the hotel (with some slope going up) but it is very manageable. There are many outdoor gear shops, good restaurants and massage parlours around the area and within walking distance (some as close as 1 to 2 mins of walking). Breakfast is served in typical buffet style and included some local dishes. Nothing very fancy but definitely good enough to fill your stomachs. The infinity pool is just right beside the restaurant and offers a very good view of the mountains. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the front desk speaks perfect english. They are always ready to serve your needs and you can arrange tours/spas with them. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth every penny spent and we would definitely recommend it!”

„We were a group of 9 people and booked 6 rooms for 3 nights. Everyone gave it rave reviews. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent; the staff did everything they could to accommodate our requests. The facilities are new, and all rooms feature smart toilets. The location is decent—Sun Plaza is within walking distance, though keep in mind Sapa is in the mountains with lots of slopes, so it's quite a workout for your legs. Great value for money. If I really had to nitpick, it would be perfect if the bathroom vanity mirror had an anti-fog feature.”

„The location is good. It's by the Red River and it's strategically located less than 1km away from the Chinese-Vietnamese border. There're many convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops which make it very convenient. The room is spacious and clean. The staff, although not very proficient in English, did try their best to communicate with me. The limited breakfast options is the only ”wish could be better” for me but this is more than made up for by just how cheap their room rates are! As a business traveler, this hotel goes on my list of preferred vendors.”

„Podczas mojej pierwszej podróży do Wietnamu z Japonii odwiedziłem Sapa i Lady Hill Sapa Resort i zatrzymałem się na 2 noce i był to najlepszy ośrodek na pozbycie się zmęczenia po długiej podróży 😊 W szczególności czystość obiektów, gościnność personelu, jedzenie i krajobrazy są niesamowite. Nasz pokój miał widok na dolinę, z pięknym widokiem na fantastyczne góry Fansipan. Śniadanie w formie bufetu składało się z szerokiego wyboru potraw, od tradycyjnych dań wietnamskich po dania kuchni zachodniej, i wszystko było pyszne, ale chleb był szczególnie wyjątkowy. Jest też spa, jacuzzi, basen, siłownia i koreańska sauna, a wszystko to jest czyste i wygodne, co sprawia, że ​​chcę zostać tu na zawsze. Lokalizacja jest około 10 minut taksówką do centrum Sapa. Stacja kolejki linowej Fansipan Mountain znajduje się tuż przed obiektem. Centrum Sapa jest oblegane przez ludzi, dlatego dzięki lokalizacji z dala od miejskiego zgiełku, mogłem spędzić czas w ciszy i spokoju. „we’re bill bensley obsessives. have been for years. so when de la coupole opened in sapa, it was never a question of if — only when and how many times. the answer so far: twice. and we brought our tour groups both times. now, the honest part: GETTING THERE is an ordeal. first time — sleeping bus from hanoi. the driver treated mountain serpentines like a personal vendetta. not an experience i’d repeat. second time — luxury minivans from halong bay. six-plus hours. our guests arrived exhausted, slightly broken, questioning their life choices. and then they walked into the lobby. worth it. every kilometer. the hotel itself is everything bensley promises and then some. each room category has its own personality — we’ve stayed across all of them, including the grand suite. no two feel the same. the staff what makes de la coupole genuinely special is that the difficult access functions as a FILTER. the guests who make it there want to be there. that changes the energy of the whole place. will we return? already planning it.”

„Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel – Excellent Location & Outstanding Staff I recently stayed at Pao Sapa Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—right beside Moana Sapa and just a few kilometers from Cat Cat Village, making sightseeing very convenient. The town is also within walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful valley view, and the breakfast was delicious. The language barrier can be challenging, but the reception staff always have someone who speaks English. Katie, in particular, was extremely helpful. She assisted us with planning our Fansipan trip and booking tickets, and the hotel staff maintain a group chat to update guests on peak weather conditions, which is very useful. During our stay, the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room became humid after a long day out. Communication was difficult at first, but Katie responded to our message even after office hours and helped resolve the issue, allowing us to rest comfortably. Kudos to Katie and the team for their dedication and excellent service. I highly recommend Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel for its prime location, spacious rooms, and outstanding staff support.”

„L’endroit est magnifique à environ 30 min du centre de Sapa. Nous préférons cet endroit pour son calme et son authenticité. Il y a des taxi Grab pour environ 8€ pour rejoindre Sapa. Concernant la chambre il y a le strict minimum. La propreté est moyenne, elle aurait pu être mieux. Attention il y a beaucoup d’insectes du fait qu’on soit à la campagne ! Et les chambres sont très mal isolées et peu intimes. Le matin vous serez réveillés vers 5/6h au levé du jour !! Sinon le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent, nous avons adoré 😍 voici les photos. Les prix étaient très corrects ce qui vous évitent d’aller autre part. Le personnel est très gentil.”

„(Visited over Easter 2026) The experience has honesly be extrodinary and I'd say this is one of the most personal service I have experienced in my travels. The hotel itself was beautiful as you would expect from the Garrya and Banyan Tree group. However it's the dedicated team who goes above and beyond that makes the experience so forgettable. Chung and his team has really cultivated a culture where the team not only listens, but actively making your stay as perfect as possible. There are many occasions where my casual comments had turned into their missions to make it happen. Not only is the team professional, but also knowledgeable. I was particular impressed by Trung's (Front of House) of clocking my stay at the Hotel de la Coupole in Sapa (I was carrying their paper bag) and knowing that its the same interior architect, Bill Bensley who also designed my favourite hotel Intercontintal Danang (My work is interiors related). It is moment like this you know you will be well looked after. That is on top of everything else he has done for me during my stay. Meanwhile the F&B Team has also done a great job and making me feel welcome no matter where I am. Notible mentioned are (excuse my spelling from now on) Ivesh, Skritee although young in this hotel, were eager to engage and learn. Meanwhile Minh and Thrugye at Refresh and Charcoal were always ready to help. On my last day I also had the pleasure of meeting the F&B Manager whom as I was in a hurry and her name slipped my mind. It was very thoughtful of her preparing a pastry box for me knowing I have a 6 hr journey back to the airport. Garrya Mu Cang Chai really is the golden standard of hospitality. It is rare to see such dedication especially for a destination hotel which you don't often get a lot of returining customers. I truely wish the team well and I am looking forward to coming back to experience a different season in the region.
