Hotel Xiansu położony jest w samym sercu doliny Wangxian, co jest niezwykle dogodne. Sam hotel był piękny, a pokój, który dostaliśmy z widokiem na góry, był nieskazitelny. Wszystko było w porządku aż do późnej nocy, kiedy wróciliśmy do pokoju i usłyszeliśmy grupę turystów pijących i grających w karty w sąsiednim pokoju. We stayed in a 1.5 twin-bed room. The beds were large and quite comfortable. The key highlight was the hotel's public areas, which were exceptionally striking. The entire environment was beautifully designed, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that made you want to linger. The hotel breakfast was also delicious, and the all-Chinese options were very kind to the stomach.

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

Itinerary: 3 days and 2 nites in Nanchang (hotel will be provided) Location: Close to attractions (you can walk to places like Wisteria Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Frog Street Nite Market, and Dasi Courtyard), which saves on transportation costs. Food: There is a whole row of food behind the hotel. Mainly, it's too cold in February, but there are restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to walk 5 minutes to enjoy the food. Breakfast: Baofa Gan Cuisine Restaurant, their prices are reasonable. Dinner: Gan Liu Ji. Jiangxi stir-fry. Of course, the hotel also offers delicious food, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Service: Since I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM with a reservation, the hotel staff gave my room to someone else. However, the next day they upgraded me to a room by the window facing the street. I didn't sleep well, so it's better not to do that, even tho I could see the outside scenery. Finally, when checking out, with the hotel's permission, I took the conditioner, shampoo, and body wash because I really liked their subtle fragrance. 行程：南昌3天2夜(酒店会提供) 位置：靠近景点(走路都可以到藤王阁，万寿宫，蛤蟆街夜市和大士院等) ，这样少付一些交通费用。 美食：酒店后面有一整排美食。主要2月份太冷，在酒店附近有餐馆，方便走5分钟就可以享用美食。 早餐：宝发赣菜馆，他们店价钱合理。 晚餐：赣六记. 江西小炒。 当然酒店也会提供美食，只是没有去品尝。 服务：由于我预定房间11pm抵达酒店，酒店服务员提供给别人，但第二天升级靠窗和马路上，但睡眠不好，最好还是不要，虽然可以看到外面风景。最后退房，经过酒店同意，带走护发素，洗发露和沐浴露，因味道香淡，我满喜欢的。

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

This place is located in the village mountain where we can explore the village conveniently especially during early morning and evening where almost all people have already gone down the mountain which is quite peaceful and less crowded. Guests can also go up the mountain by cable car for free and get to the lobby by a small coach service. Hotel staff are helpful and always share useful information via WeChat. Just one advice, more various vegetables for breakfast should be added to make the meal more appealing.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. Built around very old trees, the green open space and the industry chic building style and interior blend beautifully together. Service, breakfast were all top notch. We also really loved the location. As it is within the Taoxichuan art and culture space, we could walk to some nice restaurants and check out the artist markets very conveniently. Highly recommend and will stay again when we return next time.

The hotel is nice and a comfortable environment. It's location is a bit out of the way, but not too bad. The rooms are a bit small, particularly compared to similarly priced hotels in bigger cities. (e.g. I came from Shanghai and spent a similar price for a room that was easily 50% larger. Given Shanghai prices, it should have been the other way around.) The breakfast was very underwhelming. Poorly cooked ”western” food that only vaguely looked like what it was supposed to be, and tasted nothing like it. Small selection of lukewarm Chinese breakfast items. Tiny bottles of yoghurt. Very watered down juice.

Grand house shangrao is one of it own kind built on the lines of some ancient palace. Excellent place to stay and chill in the fresh and serene shangrao this place add more to its beauty. Hotel service is excellent staff is extremely polite especially mr liu jie feng was really instrumental in arranging sightseeing of shangrao vadoo and lingshan mountain. Room are good and very comfortable. Hotel scenery is very serene, there is a small river tributary going next to the hotel along with that hotel has built up a jogging track. So its like mountain and river and you are on a same track. There is also a enjoyment park for kids just nearby.

The suite had three vanity areas, and the layout was very well-designed. Both the toiletries and bedding were incredibly comfortable. It was completely silent, so I got a great night's sleep. Every single staff member was genuinely friendly and always willing to help. From the bellboys to the front desk staff, everyone demonstrated the professionalism you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The bellboy even helped us carry our luggage to our room in the rain, and when we checked out, they conveniently delivered our luggage directly to the high-speed rail station. The front desk staff proactively helped us sort out our breakfast, and items we requested from housekeeping were delivered quickly. Both check-in and check-out came with a complimentary souvenir. Definitely deserves a heartfelt commendation.
