Hotel sensacional. Só tenho elogios. Recepção com atendentes super mega simpáticos (Destaque para o Lucas). Café da manhã maravilhoso. Estrutura e organização impecáveis. Eventos muito legais promovidos no hotel. Facilidade de ter transporte para centro. Já me hospedei duas vezes e retornarei com certeza.

Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

Wonderful place, I am very happy, service level 10, clean facilities, well organized, delicious breakfast, we have lunch at the hotel, good food, very few types of fees charged per person. We will be back.

The room is relatively large. The surrounding facilities are good and convenient for travel. It takes no more than 30 minutes by taxi to all attractions. It is traditional and quiet. It is a quiet place in a bustling city. It is worth recommending

It's a bit old, though. I'm staying here temporarily and it takes about an hour to drive to Novo Hamburger every day, but taking an Uber isn't expensive! There's a park nearby, and I went for a stroll after breakfast; everyone was exercising there!

My experience at the hotel left much to be desired, especially considering it was a couple's trip to relax and enjoy a quiet night. I decided to organize the points to make the reason for my dissatisfaction clearer. The first problem occurred right at check-in. We arrived around 1:30 PM and, even after returning from lunch, at 2:10 PM our room was still not available, even though the official check-in time was 2 PM. We ended up waiting longer than expected without much explanation. When we finally got into the room, we had problems with the bathroom. The shower practically didn't work properly: the water came out in an extremely weak stream and didn't heat up. We contacted reception and they advised us to leave the shower running for about 10 minutes because of the boiler. We did exactly that and, even so, the water remained cold. The most frustrating thing was that there was no attempt to resolve the situation at that moment, such as offering another room or some alternative. It became clear that the problem was indeed with that specific room, because later, when we requested a room change, the shower in the new room was completely different: hot water working normally, much better pressure, and a comfortable shower. In other words, there was indeed a defect in the first room, and this could have been resolved earlier. At bedtime, another even worse problem arose. The room was apparently near some service area or staff activity. Around 2 am, it was impossible to rest because of constant noises: dragging, heavy footsteps, and conversations. We called reception to complain; they said they would resolve it, but about 20 minutes later the noise was even worse. We had to request a room change because it was simply impossible to sleep. Furthermore, the impression given was of little concern for the discomfort caused, without much cordiality or apology for the situation. Regarding breakfast, there is a good variety, but clearly the hotel cannot cater to the number of guests. The space becomes extremely crowded, and many items end up without being replenished. At the dessert table, for example, items like pudding and cheesecake ran out early and weren't replenished, even though it was only 9 am and breakfast was served until 10:30 am. Another negative point was the organization of the parking garage. Despite the parking being paid, retrieving the car was extremely slow. It took them a long time to locate and deliver the vehicles, causing unnecessary waiting. Overall, it was a frustrating experience due to the lack of organization, maintenance problems, and little concern for resolving guest issues.

Excellent in everything, I'm going again in January and I'll stay the same. In all aspects the hotel is excellent. Congratulations

The Casa da Montaña hotel is the place that takes you up even before you arrive, contact the hotel for a special request I was warmly attended, location, cleaning, decoration, quality all thought for you to want to return. The breakfast is a spectacular part, as well as many delights the entertainment made makes everything more special, and finally the service, warm, human, perfect.

Very good hotel, with an incredible leisure area for families, especially those with small children. Very good breakfast, lots of variety, everything fresh. I think the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. You can't walk barefoot without feeling the dust on the floor. The towels are also very worn. Another annoying point is the parking fee, which is 42 reais. There is no parking on the street, so it is mandatory to consider this cost when booking your accommodation.
