Przyjechałem bardzo późno, a pani z recepcji od razu dała mi pokój o wyższym standardzie. Jak na hotele w Hongkongu, ten pokój był naprawdę bardzo, bardzo duży, co sprawiło, że pobyt był jeszcze bardziej komfortowy. Czystość: Czysto Obsługa: Personel hotelowy był bardzo miły i pomocny. Lokalizacja: Blisko stacji metra Tsim Sha Tsui East, więc wszędzie było w miarę wygodnie dojechać. Udogodnienia: Słyszałem, że jest basen, ale byłem w podróży służbowej i nie miałem czasu go zobaczyć. W aplikacji Xiaohongshu widziałem, że ten hotel ma popularne ciastka motylkowe (网红蝴蝶酥), a goście hotelowi mają 20% zniżki. Porównując ich cenę do ciastek motylkowych z Shanghai International Hotel, nie kupiłem ich.

recently enjoyed a three-night stay at the Shangri-La Kowloon, and it was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The hotel lives up to its legendary status with impeccable service—the staff were attentive, welcoming, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The location is unbeatable, right on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront with direct access to the Avenue of Stars. I highly recommend booking a harbour view room; waking up to the stunning panorama of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline—especially with the nightly light show—was the highlight of my trip. The rooms are spacious, elegantly appointed, and very comfortable. We also dined at Café Kool, which had an incredible selection for breakfast and dinner. It’s the perfect choice for a luxurious and memorable Hong Kong experience.

Wspaniale spędziliśmy sylwestrowy weekend w tym hotelu. Przyjechaliśmy wcześnie i poprosiliśmy o pokoje z widokiem na rzekę, które szczęśliwie zatrzymali dla nas do godziny 15:00. Widok był wspaniały, a pokój był nowoczesny. Personel sprzątający był bardzo przychylny, nawet pomimo bariery językowej. Restauracje w hotelu były dość drogie, ale w okolicy są inne opcje. W sumie dobry pobyt i świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu stacji metra Sha Tin / Sha Tin Wai.

Praktyczny pobyt: lokalizacja i obsługa na plus, wyposażenie nieco przestarzałe. Największym atutem tego hotelu jest jego lokalizacja – stacja metra tuż przy wejściu, w okolicy mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów spożywczych. Jest to niezwykle wygodne zarówno dla podróżujących służbowo, jak i podczas codziennych wyjść. Obsługa ogólnie jest dobra, większość pracowników recepcji była miła i uprzejma, czułem się zaopiekowany. Jednak jeden z recepcjonistów był bardzo nieprzyjemny wobec gości z Chin kontynentalnych, a dla obcokrajowców miał uśmiech na twarzy. Jedynym minusem jest nieco przestarzałe wyposażenie pokoi. Zwykłe pokoje były czyste, ale duży apartament, być może z powodu rzadkiego użytkowania, miał dziwny zapach. Ponieważ byłem tam w okresie Piętnastej Olimpiady, wszystkie pokoje były zajęte i nie było możliwości zmiany.

As we 3 sisters traveling together, we were blown away by how the staff anticipated our every need. Everything was flawlessly clean and organized, allowing us to truly relax. It is rare to find a team that makes you feel so completely looked after.” Really appreciated to ”Tiger”, hopefully gotten his name correctly.. the lounge manager that really a thump up!

This is not my first stay in this hotel. I like staying in this hotel every time because of the location, amenities and service, but this particular stay, we left our hotel room and went to stay in Shenzhen overnight. When we came back, there are so many worms in the toilet bowl. It was scary and unsanitary to look at. I called up the front desk and told them about it. They sent housekeeping without even transferring us to another room and only had the maid clean it. I was disappointed that they did not investigate it further how those worms got in there. There were so many and some were even underneath the water and some were floating.

All quite good, but with too many small flaws. The pictures show so many little details, such as disturbingly misaligned things, poorly assembled or finished decoration elements, plainly broken or missing parts, dirty mirrors. The place needs adequate management capable to put the due attention to the details, because the price does not leave space for tolerance.

Fantastyczny basen i spa w 9/F. Lounge przy basenie jest niesamowity, oferuje lekkie jedzenie i napoje! Oszałamiający widok z basenu i Lounge przy basenie. Z mojego pokoju roztacza się piękny widok na miasto i częściowy widok na morze. Cały personel jest miły i przyjazny. Warto odwiedzić kawiarnię/restaurację The Green w lobby G/F z super wysokim, przeszklonym sufitem. W pokoju panuje wyjątkowy i elegancki design, zwłaszcza w łazience. Prysznic i wanna. Łóżko jest duże i wygodne. Oświetlenie jest dobre. W okolicy hotelu znajduje się kilka płatnych wiat samochodowych. Do stacji metra Hung Hom można dojść pieszo w około 6-8 minut. Bardzo blisko TST, różnych sklepów i restauracji. Jedynym minusem jest to, że winda jest trochę wolna. Ale na pewno wrócę!

We had a wonderful stay at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. The facilities are outstanding. The heated pool was such a treat, and the gym is modern and beautifully equipped. The changing rooms felt genuinely luxurious, with immaculate showers and a sauna that made it easy to unwind after a long day. But what truly sets this hotel apart, is the service. Every interaction was handled with the highest level of professionalism, yet it never felt stiff or generic, it was warm, attentive, and surprisingly personalized. The team anticipated what we needed, remembered details, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the stay. A flawless experience from start to finish. We hope to return at the next opportunity.

Pokój był przestronny jak na tę cenę, lokalizacja dobra, a pobyt bardzo mi się podobał. Nocny widok na port był niesamowity. Wschód słońca również piękny. Myślę, że śniadanie jest zawsze takie samo, ale wybór jest szeroki. Udogodnienia takie jak szczoteczki do zębów i maszynki do golenia należy dokupić osobno. To hotel, w którym mogę zatrzymać się ze spokojem, kiedy przyjadę do Hongkongu i chętnie zatrzymam się tam ponownie.
