Good hotel to stay during a long layover. Quick check-in process, spacious and nice rooms, friendly English-speaking staff and good buffet breakfast. The spa is also very enjoyable. Just pay attention to the airport shuttle (offer trips every 50min around the clock) because the word “Hampton” is very small and easy to miss.

location is good for food and find place to eat
hotel itself too old, not really clean and facilities too old as well
will not consider to stay there again by next trip
Klimatyzacja i telewizor działały dobrze. Internet musi cały czas łączyć się ponownie. Płatny parking zewnętrzny.
The hotel is surrounded by constructions. The whole block is just one huge building site. This meant construction noise all day, except on Sunday. The street is lined with rubble containers. The bed was soft and the in-room safe worked well. However the WiFi was poor in my room (room 812). My smartphone kept switching to data because of weak signal.
Excellent location, bar and restaurant available (which is great as I met a local business partner there). Fully stocked minibar and 24 hour room service with a full menu, which I find a big plus especially as I find a lot of hotels don’t do it.
The location deserves another big plus, it has everything you need within walking distance.

LLilyPatLocated in the vibrant Vila Olímpia district, Pullman São Paulo Vila Olímpia offers a blend of modern comfort and convenience. The hotel is strategically situated near major business centers, shopping malls like JK Iguatemi and Vila Olímpia, and attractions such as Ibirapuera Park, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring contemporary décor and amenities that cater to a comfortable stay. Guests have praised the attentive and friendly staff, who are always ready to assist and provide recommendations for exploring the city.
Dining at the hotel is a delightful experience, with a varied buffet breakfast that includes fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. The on-site restaurant, HUB Food Art Lounge, offers a diverse menu that caters to various tastes.
For relaxation, the hotel features the Uiara SPA by L'Occitane au Brésil, providing a range of treatments to rejuvenate after a busy day. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines.
While some guests have noted occasional noise from the lobby area, the overall ambiance of the hotel remains conducive to rest and relaxation.
In summary, Pullman São Paulo Vila Olímpia stands out for its excellent location, modern facilities, and exceptional service, making it a top choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in São Paulo.
AAgustin Z.An average hotel near the airport. The location is amazing, same as transfer service; clean super A+, but probably the worst is the staff, they clearly see you as a a number that get in/out - without any extra smile :)
KkkkkkkkkkkkkseniiaA wonderful hotel that truly deserves 5 stars. Delicious breakfasts, amazing service, impeccable cleanliness, and a delightful interior design.
GGuest UserGood location for business travel to stay overnight at the airport. Room is small but clean and restaurant is good. Service could be improved . They claim the shuttle runs 24 hours per day leaving on the hour each hour but for some reason they do not have a 1 pm shuttle and this was not indicated on the website
WWellington DiegoI absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time.
The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked.
There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it.
The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable.
There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit.
The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new.
WiFi connectivity was poor.
I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this.
I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money.
Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach.
Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.
KKin YiI stayed at the Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel for 4 nights. I stayed on the executive floor, so I could go to the 23rd floor every day to enjoy the city view of Sao Paulo. The room was very comfortable.
GGuest UserI have to give a big thumbs up to this hotel! I stayed in three hotels in Brazil: Fairmont, Grand Hyatt, and this one! This one is the most cost-effective! Breakfast included is 1200+, and the room is also very good! The toiletries are L'Occitane, and there are conversion plugs! ! ! The most important thing is that it is very close to Avinida Paulista, a 30-second walk, and Paulista Street is on the right when you go out! ! The shopping mall is 2 minutes away, and MASP Sao Paulo Museum of Art is only 5 minutes away! ! ! I strongly recommend staying here! It is much better than the Grand Hyatt which costs 2000 yuan! ! !
GGuest UserNick at the hotel reception was wonderful.
I would definitely like to visit Sao Paulo again. The location was in a safe area, so it was convenient for visiting friends' houses and restaurants. The breakfast buffet on the 28th floor was very good and the view was amazing.
