The location is particularly good, the breakfast is delicious

Great location! Very nice Fallsview from the river site room. Very comfortable beds and nice, thick towels. The only complaint I have about the parking, which quite far away from the hotel and very expensive (about $54 with the taxes). I would suggest to unload the luggage and drive the underground public parking, which is the same distance as Marriott'S parking but, costs $20 cheaper.

The room was clean but quite outdated, with a musty odor, reminiscent of damp towels. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which was a plus. However, there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided. The coffee machine in the room had water pooled in the tray, likely from the previous guest's usage and it appeared never have been cleaned. Additionally , there was no hot water kettle or bottled water provided in the room which was disappointing.  The lobby, corridors, and other public areas had a strong smell of bleach, which was overwhelming. The buffet breakfast was a highlight. For CAD$20, it offered a wide selection, and the quality was excellent, making it a great value. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. Restaurant staff, especially Erica, was fantastic—attentive, polite, and thoughtful. She checked in with every guest to ensure they were satisfied with their meal. Unfortunately, some of the male staff seemed to be less eager to serve non-Caucasian guests, which was disappointing and made the experience feel less welcoming. I also want to give a special mention to Chitra at reception. I arrived early, and she went out of her way to accommodate me, even managing to arrange an early check-in. She also informed me about the late check-out benefit available to IHG members, which the other male receptionist had not explained when he simply rejected my request. Overall, the hotel is somewhat pricey, but the breakfast and service (especially from Erica and Chitra) made up for some of the other shortcomings.

Zatrzymaliśmy się tu na pierwszą i ostatnią noc podczas naszej podróży do Kanady. W pobliżu lotniska jest wiele innych hoteli, ale ten Holiday Inn jest jednym z najbliższych (i może najstarszym?) w okolicy. Połączenia autobusowe kursują co 30 minut, ale znalezienie odpowiedniego miejsca może być nieco trudne. Z terminala 1 autobus zatrzymuje się przy filarze „S” na dole, a z terminala 3 wychodzi się z drzwi z napisem „hotel shuttle”.

This hotel was perfect for me. They allowed me to check in late. Kevin who greeted me at reception was a delight and made me feel very welcome. I only stayed one night (actually less than 12 hours due to my check in time) but the room was brilliant. The bed was so so comfy and the bathroom was huge. I really liked the shower had a sliding door meaning you could get in without getting soaked as the water warmed up. It was also a great location for onward public transport to Toronto.

Bardzo miły.. Piękny widok. Zostałbym tam jeszcze raz. Trochę rozczarowany rozmiarem basenu i musiał zarezerwować 2 godziny okna, aby być przy basenie, ale oprócz tego, że to była doskonała odległość od zarówno pola BMO, jak i Stage Budweiser. Pracownicy byli również uprzejmi i przyjaźni.

Wybierając się do Niagara Falls, długo nie mogłem wybrać się na żaden z hoteli, w końcu wybór padł na Marriott - niestety pokoje z widokiem na wodospad był o wiele droższe, stąd wziąłem bez widoku. Jednak na recepcji dostaliśmy upgrade z widokiem na wodospad. Pokoje czyste, schludne i dla niepalących. Niestety należy uważać na Wi-Fi, które jest płatne dla osób które nie są w programie lojalnościowym. Wszystkie główne atrakcje, restauracje są w zasięgu spaceru.

Could have used another couple towels, pillows a little hard. Couldn’t find light switches in room. Room was 16 degrees when we got there. But soon warmed up

Dobre miejsce na nocleg. Ale hałas grzejnika był dość głośny, ale nie dawał wystarczająco ciepła. Myśleliśmy, że to wszystko jak w Kanadzie, ale następnego dnia zatrzymaliśmy się w innym hotelu, gdzie była klimatyzacja LG z grzejnikiem. Grzejnik był bardzo cichy i bardzo ciepły. Musieliśmy nawet jakoś otworzyć okno.

Pierwszy raz zarezerwowałem pokój w hotelu The Brock Tapestry nad wodospadem Niagara. Recepcjonistka o imieniu Montse Aguirre była bardzo pomocna i uprzejma. Pomogła nam znaleźć ładny pokój z oknem z widokiem na wodospad… Pokój jest wystarczająco duży dla 3 dorosłych, łóżka są bardzo wygodne, czyste i ogólnie bardzo dobre. Jeśli chcesz zarezerwować pokój w hotelu Brock nad wodospadem Niagara, koniecznie do niej zadzwoń, a na pewno się nie zawiedziesz. Na pewno wrócimy do tego hotelu.
