Very satisfied with our stay at Xihai Hotel. We booked a suite room (Area B) for a family, but I think because of off peak season, they have the capacity to upgrade us to two bedrooms in the main building (area A) and we are very grateful for that. From the beginning the service was excellent, we were taken to our room and showed what was available. Everything in the room can be used without extra charge and can call to ask for more. Amenities and toiletries are available, room is very clean and breakfast buffet is included. Buffet dinner was ¥180 per person and it has enough varieties (mainly chinese food with some pasta, pizza, cakes). The front view of the hotel is amazing, overlooking Huangshan Mountain. The staff also very informative to guests about sunset and sunrise for the day. There were also a performance after dinner at the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel also provides two hiking jackets and a torch to help hotel guests to go out and about to hike the mountain. Our family has had the best time at Xihai Hotel and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to stay overnight at Xihai Hotel. You won’t disappointed.

W pobliżu znajdują się mini markety, w których można zaopatrzyć się w przekąski, inne produkty spożywcze i napoje. Dojazd autobusem do Huangshan zajmuje około 30 minut. Czystość = Doskonała. Wszystko jest w porządku. Hotel posiada inteligentny system, który otwiera i zamyka zasłony jednym dotknięciem przycisku. Pokoje są przestronne i wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, jest na miejscu, i ani razu nie musieliśmy dzwonić do recepcji. Obsługa = Doskonała. Hotel był super komfortowy i panowała w nim wspaniała atmosfera. Najbardziej zapadł mi w pamięć przystojny młody mężczyzna z Mongolii Wewnętrznej; jego obsługa była doskonała i bardzo serdeczna. Basen był piękny; latem byłby jeszcze lepszy. Hotel był bardzo przyjemny i bardzo uatrakcyjnił tę podróż. Zrobiłem kilka pięknych zdjęć. Szkoda, że ​​nie udało mi się wspiąć na Huangshan. Widziałem festiwal lampionów rybnych i fajerwerki, a nawet znalazłem super nastrojowy bar. Świetnie się bawiłem. Przekąski i małe ciastka sezamowe w recepcji były pyszne, ale nie miałem czasu, żeby poprosić o link, haha. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel był fantastyczny. Really enjoyed my time at the shilin hotel at the top of the mountains. The service was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They would send me very detailed information on what the weather was, the probability of seeing sunrise, sunset and cloud sea, and when to go see those things. Food at the restaurant was very good and varied. The location is also very centric to different hikes, as with the other hotels. The room was clean and had down jackets to use if needed, as well as a flashlight for when it gets dark outside for sunrise or sunset. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in a beautiful location, the architecture and layout of the build is clean, playful and refreshing. The staff's English was good which was helpful for when communicating as they were helpful and knowledgeable about what routes and paths on the mountain. We were able to catch the stunning sun set and sun rise during our stay on the near by peak, roughly a 15 min walk. The only downside to our experience of this beautiful hotel was the food, the food was buffet style for dinner and breakfast. For such a modern and spacious hotel the dining room seemed to be to small for the amount of guest. Many of the dishes that came out were cold which was a disappointment as the flavours and range of food on over was vast.

🌸酒店的服務真的太讚了！ 清潔阿姨們耐心細緻，前台工作人員到點提醒退房時間並詢問是否要續住，滿意服務 💰入住性價比非常高 房間乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，還配有空氣凈化器，一下子空氣濕潤清新了起來（也可能是心理作用）。早餐的供應真的太方便了！（阿姨收拾前詢問是否要加餐，超級nice😌不過，隔音不太好，能聽到一些説話聲。

This is our family’s second stay in a row in such a warm and nice place in a modern and historic city Luan. We absolutely enjoy everything the city and Wanxi hotel has offered us. It’s another memorable experience that we’ll cherish before we come back soon.  Sharing a couple of photos from the hotel as a part of our experience and memory. 酒店的衞生真的超出預期！房間一塵不染，床品乾淨柔軟，衞生間乾濕分離，清潔細節做得特別到位，沒有異味也無死角。公共區域同樣整潔有序。入住全程舒適安心，是出行的放心之選，強烈推薦！

Services were pretty bad. My friend was reprimanded for calling the reception too many times her line was always cut off yet the other party accused her of calling for no urgent issues. Batteries of tv remote control were flat and we were just given two new batteries and have to do the replacement on our own. Facilities in the hotel and the room itself were aged. The only saving grace is the location I guess.

10年的老酒店了，但是沒有甲醛味適合那些求安靜追求復古風的人，裝修的大氣復古，一個人嚐了下小時候在滁州吃過的味道，地道份量足實惠，地理位置在市政府邊上屬於新城區的中心吧後面還有個廣場，早上晚上都能出去溜達，去景區門口兩條大路上都有公交車可達，打車也很方便，要去吃小吃可以去老城區逛逛……
