Hotele z: Spa w Hunan, China

Było to trochę mylące, ponieważ kiedy rezerwowaliśmy ten hotel na Trip.com, widniał on jako Tianmen Hotel. Jednak po dotarciu na miejsce okazało się, że nazywa się Thousand Hotel. Pokoje były czyste i wygodne, klimatyzacja działała sprawnie, a prysznic miał mocny strumień wody. Hotel oferuje odbiór lub dowóz (do wyboru tylko jedna opcja) do stacji kolei dużych prędkości. Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację, nadal trzeba przejść około 500 m, aby dotrzeć do kasy biletowej na górę Tianmen. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to nadal przyjemny hotel.

Plusy: Położenie w sąsiedztwie, blisko lokalnych restauracji i supermarketu. Można bez problemu złapać Didi za 6 juanów do stacji kablowej. Pokój jest dość przestronny i zapewnia pomoc AI. Personel przywitał nas fantastycznie, nawet odebrał nas z HSR luksusową limuzyną. Minusy Musisz przebrać się w kapcie w holu, zanim przejdziesz do korytarza prowadzącego do pokoju. Nie rozumiem logiki. Pokój nie jest zbyt dźwiękoszczelny i słyszę ludzi śpiewających w środku nocy. Śniadanie jest ograniczone, zdrowe, ale niesmaczne i nie oferuje dodatkowych porcji, jeśli poprosisz o więcej. Widzieliśmy zestaw do parzenia herbaty w głównym lobby hotelowym i zapytaliśmy personel, czy możemy poczęstować się herbatą, żebyśmy mogli napić się tradycyjnej chińskiej herbaty, ale personel odmówił i zamiast tego nalał nam 2 filiżanki herbaty mieszanej. Odczuliśmy, że personel jest bardzo szczery. Dla porównania, poszliśmy do pobliskiej restauracji, żeby zjeść, a dostaliśmy dużą paczkę herbaty do domu. Podsumowując, hotel wyróżnia się pod względem wyposażenia, wystroju lobby i pokoi, a także usługi odbioru gości z hotelu. Niestety, brakuje mu poziomu obsługi.

Hotel jest przestronny, z układem w stylu ogrodowym. To pięciogwiazdkowy hotel z długą tradycją i doskonałą obsługą. Pokój o podwyższonym standardzie był fantastyczny, chociaż pościel miała drobną wadę, ale nie wpłynęło to negatywnie na ogólne wrażenia. Drzewa Podocarpus macrophyllus przy wejściu do hotelu robią wrażenie, ich liczba sięga dziesiątek, a obecność Rolls-Royce'a dodatkowo podkreśla jego luksus. Muzyczna fontanna jest również doskonała, z piękną i melodyjną muzyką. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, gorąco polecam!

The decor of the hotel was really lovely. It was in the traditional Chinese style. Especially impressive were the natural floral displays in the public areas. The breakfast room was very stunning with its plethora of ceiling lanterns. The executive room we stayed in was spacious and well equipped. We would unhesitatingly book here again, also for its proximity to the high speed rail station.

I had a mostly lovely stay at the Phoenix Boutique Hotel. The highlight was definitely the stunning view, which really added to the experience, and the customer service was excellent — staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable and well presented, although it was disappointing that basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel were not provided. Additionally, the hotel is on the expensive side for what’s offered, which slightly affected the overall value. That said, the service and atmosphere made it an enjoyable stay overall.

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast have several varieties . The lobby is large and comfortable and has complimentary drinks and cookies which bring it a cosy environment. It is clean and nice. I would recommend this hotel.

The concierge is really helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is very convenient and is surrounded by many famous shops. For some reason, my room was changed on the second day. That Baroque-style room was really nice; I would book that room if I visit Changsha again.

Mój pobyt w tym Hiltonie był naprawdę wyjątkowy. Cały personel był niezwykle przyjazny, uważny i zawsze chętny do pomocy, co od samego początku tworzyło gościnną i miłą atmosferę. Hotel utrzymywał wysokie standardy czystości, codziennie dostarczano świeże owoce, a śniadanie oferowało szeroki wybór pysznych dań, które zaspokoją każdy gust :) Kolejnym atutem był zachwycający widok na góry z hotelu, który sprawiał, że każdy poranek był wyjątkowo przyjemny. Przede wszystkim chciałabym wyróżnić Selinę. Jej profesjonalizm, serdeczność i stała dostępność przerosły moje oczekiwania. Zawsze była gotowa do pomocy, dbała o szczegóły i naprawdę dbała o to, aby mój pobyt był jak najbardziej komfortowy. Dzięki niej czułam się nie tylko zaopiekowana, ale także naprawdę doceniona jako gość. Selina uosabia to, co najlepsze w gościnności Hiltona✨

We stayed at this hotel for only one night to visit Furong Town and must admit this was the best sleep we had in our entire China trip. Their beds are extremely comfortable- of great size and comes with a super fluffy duvet. Good location to the town itself, not even 5 min walk away from the admission gate. Within that same distance there is a Luckin Coffee too, for the caffeine lovers amongst us. The hotel itself looked aesthetically pleasing and very calming. They have a butler available for you to fit your needs. They also provide station transfers which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet has plenty of food available, but come early. The aunties and uncles are up early and that is noticeable with what is left if you come down in the last hour. Its about 95% Chinese catered and at most 5% western. Keep that in mind if you ”need” your bread. The room came with good quality supplies as well and lovely soaps. Our overall experience was excellent here and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing to mention was that there was a stain on one of our bathrobes. We would come here, without hesitation again.
