房間智能設計 孩子很喜歡 一直在那天貓精靈 衞生也挺好 我們連住的 中間讓打掃一下衞生 交代了床不用管 還是很周到的重鋪了 前台接待人員也很好 服務很周到 離幾大景區（滕王閣 萬壽宮 紀念館）都很近 我都是帶着孩子溜達着去的

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

Hotel jest w Red Valley Beach, w dobrej pozycji, bardzo blisko Pałacu Accusion. Stolik jest obok hotelu Hantyn. Parking jest razem. Dla gości jest za darmo. Hotel jest nowy, pokój jest szeroki, zimny i deszczowy dzień, otwarcie ciepłego klimatyzatora, ciepłe i wygodne, łóżko jest miękkie i twarde, a zasłony telewizyjne są duże. Zwierzęta są przy Dobre obsługa, opóźnienie wyjazdu, długa podróż, dobra przerwa. Dziękuję.

The location is in a lovely part of town, right on the lake. There's lots of really nice cafes nearby too. The room was clean, and the breakfast is fantastic (it's rare for hotels in Jiangxi, even high-end ones, to have nice coffee, but this hotel did). The staff were friendly as well. An all around excellent hotel.

Very strange. After checking in, I went out for dinner. While gone, I got some messages on WeChat from the front desk that there was a problem. When I returned, they told me that they couldn't register me and they needed more information. This is the first time that I had to show and have pictures taken of all my work visas I have had since I last entered the country six years ago, especially since there is no problem with my current visa. I don't know if it is the hotel itself that wanted this or the local PSB when they were registering me. Whatever the reason, it made me feel unwelcome. Other foreigners wanting to stay here - you might not be welcome. The law says that they must accept you, and they will accept you, but you know that they still don't want you to be there.

The location is not so far and you can walk from Shangrao station about two blocks opposite the station in 8-10 mins. Everything is perfect . Room is very wide and has hi tech technology for any facilities equipment in the room. The breakfast line is great. At night you can walk around the area to find food stall or restaurant for your dinner. There is 1-2 minimart. The front staff is so kind and has a good service to call a taxi for us on the rainy day. Recommend this hotel if u want to visit Shangrao for sightseeing.

南昌的兩日遊，第一天到之前下午三點左右前台小姐姐打了電話確認有沒有開車什麼時候到，大概下午四點我們在前台辦理入住進到的第一間房，進去一股很大的黴味，床上發現了些許頭髮和一點血跡🤢🤢，然後下到前台和前台小姐姐説明情況給我們更換了房間送了牛奶和零食🤔🤔一直在道歉安撫我們的情緒，後換的房間簡單檢查了一下沒什麼大問題，正常入住了，酒店8-12層是房間樓下是洗浴和ktv我個人對這個點比較介意🙅🏻當時我們房間在九樓意外的沒有吵，隔音還不錯，當天晚上因為晝夜温差比較大凍的我瑟瑟發抖🤧回酒店之後前台小姐姐有注意到我比較冷很貼心的告知我南昌晚上風大讓我穿高領衣服或者多穿點，小姐姐服務態度是非常好的，給你點贊👍🏻然後也希望衞生條件有進一步優化，最後就是南昌很好玩，下次還來希望不要再吃胖三斤了🙃

As always, the room was beautifully decorated for a hotel under the Hilton brand. Huge room with a lovely toilet & an ample bathtub which we made full use of. Great location just beside the entrance to 三清山. Very conveniently located. Quite a few food options around the hotel. We had a very good dinner at the hotel restaurant. Well done food & very reasonably priced. The breakfast was disappointing though given the price we paid. Too bad we didn't get good weather & we didn't see much of the mountain. We will still stay here the next time we visit.

停車方便，酒店門口停車位最多5個，但往上100米有個大的停車場。寵物友好，就是周邊沒有草坪，遛狗不大方便。房間升級成套房，非常滿意。衞生間乾濕分離，有智能馬桶，很乾凈，洗澡舒服。有洗衣房有健身房有茶室。早餐不是很豐富，有現煮湯麪湯粉，現磨咖啡加分！位置佳，下山對面就是牯嶺街，右轉不遠就是運管所換乘站。當然，爬完五老峯迴家還要爬10分鐘台階也是痛苦的。退房把鏡頭漸變鏡落下了，自己還沒有發現，前台主動打電話告知，並給我發快遞，非常感謝！

The front desk is lacking a smile and warm service, my shower room is wet all the time, The hotel carpet needs a good steam cleaning all over. breakfast is so so but I enjoyed the restaurant lunch. Smoking or not need to enforce air quality
