Intercontinental Club Lounge privileges for 1-2 guests: Soft drinks available starting at 12:00 PM daily, with pastries and fruits served at 2:30 PM. The staff were very nice and accurately remembered which room each guest was from. Special shout-out to Haixue~ Travel photography experience (including 5 photos) [Choice of hotel interior / Zhongshan Square / Venice Water City]: We finally chose to shoot at Gangwan Bridge. The photographer was great at giving directions, and the owner was very easy to chat with, haha. Special praise for the hotel breakfast, which was probably the highlight of our stay. The rice with spoon worm (haichang) completely changed my preconceived notion from the very first bite—please be sure to try it, it's truly delicious. The hotel has a fantastic location, making it convenient to go anywhere, and it's a genuine ocean-view room.

Maybe i was highly expecting for a hotel lime others Hard Rock Hotel. But this one is just okay. My room is ocean view but its not a private beach for the hotel. Cant swim at the beach. But many activities that you can do on it. The breakfast was great. There are so many selections that i can eat for a Muslim. The room is clean with full amenities. Btw , at night i ordered Fish&Chips & also brownies with icecream.But it so bland. The fries not cooked well & the brownies is not hot & hard. Not recommended. They also have live band at night. The water pressure in the room also low.

A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍

All in all, whenever I come to Dalian, it is always my first and only choice. For me, staying here is the ultimate fulfillment. Yet this time, I just couldn't resist giving a huge shout-out to the service at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian! Choosing Four Seasons is all about that incomparable peace of mind, and the team here has truly taken service to the absolute pinnacle! Every detail, both the ones you think of and the ones you don't, is thoughtfully taken care of for you. I must give a public shout-out to Carrie! Her attentive care throughout the entire stay was simply delightful. From pre-check-in to post-check-out, the experience felt both warm and effortless. Knowing that I would be staying at Four Seasons in other cities next, she even went out of her way to make notes and coordinate ahead for me. This allowed me to enjoy a bespoke, tailored warmth across different Four Seasons properties along my journey—it truly felt like being home. Staying in such a flawless hotel, it's hard to ask for anything more. Four Seasons Hotel Dalian is the absolute ceiling in my heart! During my stay at Fushun Friendship Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service experience. The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff were evident throughout, all delivered with efficiency and warmth. The dining experience at the Chinese restaurant was particularly commendable. The dishes were authentic in flavor and meticulously prepared, reflecting a clear dedication to quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Each course was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise. While enjoying new coffee blends and refreshments at the lobby bar during my leisure time, the young female staff consistently maintained a polite and courteous demeanor, engaging in friendly and natural conversations that enhanced the relaxed ambiance. Over several days, the hotel demonstrated high standards across all aspects – service, dining, and ambiance – creating a consistently comfortable and reassuring environment. I look forward to the opportunity of staying here again in the future.

A pleasantly surprising hotel stay during my trip to Dalian! 🌊 The front desk service was super attentive; they patiently answered all my questions about how to get to Donggang and Xinghai Square, and even gave me some helpful tips to avoid tourist traps. The concierge team was very thoughtful, offering a helping hand when we had a lot of luggage. The room was clean and fresh, and I had a great rest. This city is truly romantic—walking along the coastline, feeling the sea breeze, and just wandering around is so healing. The hotel's service really added a lot of points to the whole trip!

The place was very clean, and the service was excellent. They even gave the kids complimentary hot spring tickets. There's afternoon tea, and the hot springs weren't crowded and had plenty of space. It's very close to Golden Beach Gate No. 5. We had a great time during our two-day, one-night stay. We arrived around 11 AM, and our room wasn't ready yet. After lunch, the front desk notified us via WeChat that our room was available. All in all, we were very happy, and our child absolutely loved the craft activities!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to visit various attractions. It's also a five-minute walk to MixC, offering easy access to dining and shopping. The hotel's internal facilities are good; despite being open for a while, the room amenities are well-maintained. The staff is also very enthusiastic. Housekeeping aunts proactively ask if rooms need cleaning or supplies when encountered in the hallway. Sylvia, from guest relations, provided thoughtful and warm service, assisting with a late check-out and continuously checking on our stay experience. Upon check-in, she also gave a comprehensive introduction to the hotel's various景观.

The scenery outside the river view room is particularly beautiful. Downstairs is the Liaohe River Leisure Trail. It is very convenient to go downstairs for a walk at night. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is always delicious and I have to visit it once or twice every time I stay. The breakfast was very good, with many flavors, but this time the coffee machine was broken and I didn't get any coffee. Fortunately, the coffee in the cafe on the first floor is also very delicious.

My overall experience during this stay was wonderful, so I'm leaving a review specifically to commend Alina, the duty manager! On the night of my check-in, I encountered a minor issue in my room. After I contacted the front desk, Alina, the duty manager, quickly came to my room to understand the situation. She listened patiently to my concerns with a gentle and sincere attitude, immediately offered a reasonable solution, and actively coordinated with various departments throughout the process to efficiently resolve the problem. During our conversation, she thoughtfully noted my needs, proactively and kindly asked about my stay experience, and continuously reassured me. Her calm and professional approach made me feel completely at ease. What could have been a slightly unpleasant incident was entirely smoothed over by Alina's thorough and appropriate handling, dispelling all my worries. Aside from her excellent complaint resolution skills, the hotel itself was commendable in all aspects. The lobby decor was grand and elegant, the environment was consistently clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and quickly, providing warm and courteous service and clearly explaining all my check-in benefits. The guest rooms were meticulously cleaned, every corner was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a peaceful rest. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, with Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, and beverages all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent. The hotel's public areas were well-maintained, and the fitness area was fully equipped, meeting all leisure needs. Staff members I encountered in passing would always greet me, contributing to a great service atmosphere. A quality hotel relies not only on complete hardware facilities but also on responsible managers who can empathize with guests. Alina didn't shirk her responsibilities, handled situations calmly, resolved problems from the guest's perspective, and enhanced the stay experience with her warm service. Whether for business travel or leisure accommodation, this hotel is highly recommended.
