不愛寫評價，但這家真的得誇 之前遊過青甘，總感覺西北酒店的服務不如南方，但這家打破了我的刻板印象 大堂的阿叔無論在你辦入住，還是在大堂休息，都會馬上端來飲品讓你喝 前台工作人員禮貌親和，每次遇到都會主動問候 客房清理人員每天都會把屋子打掃的很乾凈，需要補充什麼也都很快響應，滿足了我那嘴饞（超級愛它家牛奶和酸奶）的媽 訂城際主要因為西式早餐非常豐盛，是華住會旗下之最了，看到APP上寫假期提供簡餐心涼了半截。結果一到餐廳，你管這叫簡餐麼。。。跟平時無太大差別，重點表揚一位應該屬於餐廳負責人，第一天吃飯遇到的，戴眼鏡，個子不高，一直微笑問候每位來吃飯的客人，耐心細緻的回答每個客人的問題 總的來説，這家酒店非常值得，店長管理應該也非常不錯 此外有兩個小問題：1.貴店有入住多日享房型升級政策，辦理入住將近尾聲，直到我主動提及，前台才有所響應。知道假期房間好賣，但既然有政策還是希望能夠給到客户，不要等客户主動詢問2.minibar中沒有放置啤酒，跟工作人員要了馬上給了兩瓶。雖然很多人不喝，但是城際其它店都是有的，屬於標準配置。直白來説我可以不喝，你不能沒有 瑕不掩瑜，強烈推薦這家

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

The room is very nice and location is very good, but when I go to the bathroom I found some hair left in the bathtub and some tissue left on the floor. I think the house keeper should be more careful with this.

西北之行最滿意的一家酒店，必須實名好評！ 全程住過最舒服的一家，服務熱情貼心，讓人感覺特別温暖。房間寬敞整潔、空間很大，隔音效果超棒，休息得很安心。 因為高原反應有點不舒服，酒店貼心提供了供氧服務，房間還配有加濕器，細節直接拉滿，極大緩解了旅途不適。 早餐也很驚艷，雞湯米線鮮香味美，烤腸也超好吃，味道很贊。看我們趕行程還打包早點和水果，方便又暖心。 整體體驗無可挑剔，性價比超高，下次來一定還選這家！

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in this trip

旅遊住這家太值了！地理位置絕佳，離核心景點近，步行/打車都方便，周邊美食雲集，逛吃超盡興。房間採光充足，佈局合理，衞生做得細緻，床品舒適，遊玩一天回來能好好放鬆。工作人員態度親和，主動推薦當地遊玩攻略，響應需求及時，性價比拉滿，已推薦給同行朋友，下次來還住這兒～

This is a great hotel to be in when you're visiting the Chaka Salt Lake as it's just part of the Lake. The room is kind of small but all amenities are provided. The toilet is a little awkward but on good working condition. The entrance fee for the tourist site 天空壹号 are given free of charge. The reception is warm and friendly.

设施：還可以該有的都有。 卫生：也還不錯。 环境：整個挺大的，餐廳也大，早餐挺豐富的。 服务：沒用到什麼服務。 只是我一個人給我家庭房幹嘛啊🤷🏻♂️

房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，服務熱情周到，位置便利，性價比很高，下次還會選擇入住！ 整體體驗超棒！前台接待很有耐心，房間打掃得很乾凈，採光和隔音都不錯，設施齊全好用，周邊出行也方便，住得很安心舒心。 環境安靜雅緻，衞生做得很到位，服務貼心細緻，熱水、空調都很給力，入住體驗非常好，強烈推薦！

We had a fantastic stay with my family at this hotel. We got 2 rooms and at check in time, they upgraded us for free to better rooms with views of Qinghai lake from our balcony! The hotel and rooms were spacious, spotless and in excellent condition. The hotel is quite new (opened in 2023). About 3-4 mins drive from the main Qinghai lake scenic spot so fantastic location. The hotel is surrounded by mountains which have a lot of sheep , Yak, goats etc grazing on them. So you get both the mountain feeling as well as the lake feeling and it really helps soothe the soul and make one feel relaxed. The service of the hotel staff was always excellent, warm and attentive. The food was delicious and halal!!! We were so happy about this as we could enjoy delicious Qinghai cuisine worry free :-). Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our future trip to Qinghai lake.
