客觀來説，不推薦，樓下是賭場，比較吵鬧，的確沒有熱水洗澡，設施也比較老，但是游泳池非常漂亮，游泳池的餐廳做的漢堡也非常好吃，帶小朋友的話就不建議住了

На рецепции все дружелюбно. Хороший отель , уборка в номере не очень. Какая-то проблема со светом, сам включается и мешает спать. Отличный завтрак!

Title: Great Historic Charm but Noisy Rooms
I recently stayed at this hotel, which is housed in a beautiful 16th-century building that once belonged to the governor of Hispaniola. The historic charm is undeniable, and the interior has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
However, my room faced the main road and the port, which meant a lot of noise and exhaust fumes from traffic. Unfortunately, the windows did not provide sufficient sound insulation, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
On the bright side, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic—great variety and quality. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard.

The hotel's soundproofing is average. Living on the fifth floor, you can hear people talking loudly downstairs. The internet is poor, and what's uncomfortable is that the charging plug is not at the bedside! ! ! But the hotel's breakfast is great, with everything you need. I hope the room facilities can be improved, as they are a bit too old.

GGuest UserObjectively speaking, I don't recommend it. There is a casino downstairs, which is quite noisy. There is indeed no hot water for showering, and the facilities are relatively old. However, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and the burgers made by the restaurant in the swimming pool are also very delicious. If you bring children, I don't recommend staying here.

GGuest UserOne of my favourite hotels in Santo Domingo. Perfect for location and if you don't want to spend 3 figures a night for a 5 star hotel.
Renovated a few years ago, the rooms and decor are exceptional.
The hallway can be noisy but that's due to the construction of the building as it does have some history.
Breakfast is a combination of hot and cold and is served on the rooftop. Once again, staff are very helpful and attentive and I couldn't fault them for anything.
Reception is always friendly and helpful. All rooms have a minibar and a safe but if the prices are a little steep then theres a National store in El Conde where you can buy all your needs at local prices.
Your 5 minutes walk away from the centre of ”El Conde” or ”Zona Colonial” where there's quite a few US food chains such as Domino's and KFC as well as a lot of boutique shops where you can find something to your liking.

The deluxe bed booked this time, the front desk service is very warm, and the scenery outside the window is the most attractive to us. It is beautiful. LlludolNot at all a 4-star hotel. Service is bad, they gave me a room that didn't match the photo, then moved me to the actual room, and it was not at all like in the photo. Some USB plugs are broken; it's like they didn't build the hotel the right way with a lot of construction issues. They have a restaurant on the rooftop, the food was bad and very expensive. Regarding the service it's very bad too, the only person who actually did well his job was the guy who moved my luggage. I would not recommend!

沈沈The new hotel hardware facilities are very good in the Dormy. The front desk and other service staff are very friendly. The hotel is relatively new. The room is still somewhat decorated.

MMitch HanThe environment, location, service, and facilities are great. The garden has the feel of a tropical rainforest. The hotel itself has a long history. It is convenient for shopping and dining nearby. There were any political events on the day of check-in. The president was here. I will recommend it to my friends and I will do it again next time. Will choose this one.

GGuest UserAt the reception everyone is friendly. Good hotel, cleaning in the room is not very good. Some problem with the light, it turns on by itself and prevents you from sleeping. Excellent breakfast!
