We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

GGuest UserSorry but i had a view complaint about the hotel First is the lift, it is annoying that we had to switch lift just to go to the lobby and concierge Mall is not open yet so it is not quite like the advertising Plus dialing the receptions could really took a long time to pick up. Amenities are so basic. Even the soap and shampoo smells like reguler brand. I dont know, but i can not recommend this hotel for future stay. 🙏

GGuest UserI booked a double-aspect room, and the view was stunning. The room had high ceilings, was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. This is a hotel I'd definitely return to.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome.
