I like the design of the hotel building because we can enter from any side of the parking lot. Upon check in, the sign on the rooms were blinking and helped us to locate the rooms easily. Inside the room, you can find almost anything you need to comfort you during the stay.

This site of the hotel is very good. It is just one minute' walking distance from the train stop and easily found. It is just at the shopping area and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Besides, the breakfast is tasty and full of variety. I was very satisfied with this hotel.

호텔시설도 깔끔하고 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 1층 대욕장은 오전 9시반쯤 갔더니 혼자서 이용했어요. 노천탕 좋습니다. 호텔에 샴푸,린스,바디클렌져,스킨,로션까지 다 있어요. 다음에 마쓰야마 오면 다시 묵고싶은 호텔입니다. 잘 쉬다갑니다. 호텔키가 카드키가 아닌 열쇠예요ㅋ

A good 5 mins walk away from the hustle and bustle of Imabari Station. That is a pro because the noise in hotel is less when you want quiet sleep. I had a wonderful time here. Very clean and sanitary. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Netflix capable tv was a huge plus! I will definitely stay again.

第一次入住此酒店，衛生水平很高，餐廳位置比較少，大堂也是比較少。 但房間設備很新淨，沒有噪音，位置不是近在市中心，所以環境挺好的，但附近有大型嘅商場。另外溫泉設施方面就比較失望，因為只有一個獨立很少的池，溫泉池比較少一點，但整體來說還是享受。

Trip.com 俾錯房！ 第一次發生這種事情！我訂咗2間新翼標準雙床房（圖3,4) 去到酒店俾咗新翼casual room-係連馬桶及沐浴設施都沒有。用咗超過1小時與酒店交涉，言語不通下終於知道係trip.com與日本當地旅遊agent公司溝通錯誤所致，非常疲累，但我哋訂嘅房已經滿晒，為咗方便家人晚上有廁所用，酒店幫我哋換咗舊翼單人房（有廁所，圖1,2) 我哋要兩個人瞓一張單人床，房間非常狹窄，廁所有異味😢 要稱讚酒店經理及職員非常有禮，盡量溝通並換房。 今次損失其實好難彌補，始終係溫泉酒店，家人朋友都對入住有期望，亦浪費很多旅遊寶貴時間，好失望😞

Personel był bardzo uprzejmy. Korzystałem z obiektu podczas wycieczki i zaprowadzili mój motocykl na oddzielny parking od parkingu ogólnego. W pralni była tylko jedna pralka i jedna suszarka, więc musiałem poczekać, żeby z nich skorzystać. Wygodą było to, że tuż obok znajdowała się łaźnia i restauracja.

酒店地點容易找到，房間雖小但是很乾凈，服務態度好

Mieliśmy tu niezapomnianą czwartą rocznicę, a kucharz przygotował specjalne menu dla mnie, żeby nie jeść ryby, a ludzie tutaj są bardzo mili i naprawdę warci miejsca!

다시 가고싶은 곳입니다. 돈만 있으면 1달내내있고 싶어요. 너무 행복한 경험이였습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 온천도 너무 좋고 룸 컨디션도 너무 좋았어요. 마쓰야마 여행에서 가장 인상깊은 곳이였습니다.
