„Zatrzymaliśmy się w trzech hotelach na Mauritiusie, położonych w różnych częściach wyspy, dzięki czemu mogliśmy obiektywnie ocenić poziom usług i infrastruktury. Laguna Beach to relaksująca opcja na wypad „z dala od utartych szlaków”, z solidnym terenem i słabą logistyką. Hotel położony jest w odległej wiosce na wschodnim wybrzeżu wyspy. Dla tych, którzy planują aktywne zwiedzanie, odległości będą znaczące: w okolicy praktycznie nic nie ma, a poruszanie się wymaga własnego samochodu lub taksówki – a to nie jest tanie. Wybraliśmy Laguna Beach na ostatnie pięć dni przed wyjazdem, po tym jak zakończyliśmy już nasz aktywny program. Lokalizacja jest idealna na relaksujący wypad. Teren i infrastruktura to mocne strony hotelu. Panoramiczny, dwupoziomowy basen to doskonała lokalizacja, która sprawia, że ​​naprawdę chcemy go unikać. Jest mała plaża, ale woda jest mętna, więc skupiliśmy się na basenie. Bar na miejscu jest wysokiej jakości, a koktajle są pyszne. Kolacje wyróżniają się jednak dzięki swojej odrębnej tematyce: chińskiej, indyjskiej, lagunowej, maurytyjskiej i kosmopolitycznej – menu zmienia się codziennie, dzięki czemu nie ma dwóch takich samych dań. Widać, że kucharze ciężko pracują. Pokoje są czyste i schludne, a ich codzienne sprzątanie jest wysokiej jakości. Obsługa jest przyjazna. Szczególne podziękowania należą się animatorom – stworzyli wspaniałą atmosferę, a nawet zachęcili nas do gry w tenisa stołowego. Laguna Beach to świetna opcja dla osób poszukujących relaksującego, komfortowego wypoczynku na terenie hotelu. Lokalizacja jest wprawdzie odległa, ale wspaniały basen, różnorodne atrakcje, kuchnia i przyjazny personel rekompensują to z nawiązką.”

„Amazing hotel with the kindest staff. Beautiful view over the ocean and do not forget to make use of the spa! We did sometimes feel the amount of sunbeds were insufficient (even though there are a lot) which was a little annoying sometimes.”

„Bueno, voy a ser totalmente sincero y decir lo bueno y lo malo de este hotel para que los usuarios sepan a lo que se enfrentan si reservan aquí. Empezaré por lo bueno: -Ubicación muy buena, al este de la isla, playa privada estupenda. -Piscinas maravillosas y una incluso es estilo infinity pool. -Jardines muy bien cuidados y aparcamiento bueno. -Si vas de honeymoon te harán un evento especial para ti, nos ha encantado este tipo de detalle y sus camareros se han portado de 10. -Tranquilidad, sin niños y gente calmada. -Conciertos en vivo. -Servicio de maletas. Lo malo: -Habitaciones anticuadas (no todo se arregla dando brochadas de pintura blanca), son mejorables y principalmente en el baño que cada noche se cuelen por oquedades de una repisa de escayola junto el techo cucarachas de un tamaño considerable. He tenido que reclamarlo y aún así se seguían metiendo. Repisa por cierto que tenían apañada colocando unos trozos de papel doblado cerrando ese paso a los bichos, pero insuficiente. Eso nos decepcionó mucho y principalmente tener que cazarlas cada noche y cerrar el baño para que no entrasen en la habitación. Para ir de luna de miel rompe tristemente el encanto. Tema comidas: no hemos contratado todo incluido, únicamente desayuno y cena. Si es lo que consideráis en la cena tendréis que pagar bebidas y cafés aunque sea agua porque ellos en la habitación ya te incluye cafés, alguna botellita de vino, refrescos y agua. En el restaurante al que puedes ir sin pagar a mayores, tienen una desorganización del servicio importante con varios malentendidos. La variedad de comida a no ser que te gusté lo hindú, no es la más amplia, aunque si es verdad que en postres y helados está muy bien. Privacidad: no me gustan que accedan libremente en la habitación, cosa que pasó en varias ocasiones. Aún tocando y yendo a ver, habitualmente ya abrían ellos la puerta. Eso no puede ser, además una de las puertas del balcón no cerraba bien el pestillo y cualquiera podría haber entrado de saberlo e ir con malas intenciones. Estos detalles no generan tranquilidad con las pertenencias. Recepción: Bastantes desganados, pocas ganas de trabajar y poniendo caras. Ya de primeras en el checkin nos hicieron sentarnos en un sofá y a la espera de que nos llamasen. Tras 20 min me acerqué a Recepción y se habían olvidado de nosotros. Aunque si es verdad que después te ofrecen una bebida y una toalla perfumada. Te retienen 100 € como seguro en caso de imprevistos. Mi sensación final es agridulce, muchas cosas buenas pero también regulares o malas que empañan lo otro. A nivel precio creo que un hotel de estas características no debería tener ciertos fallos de esta índole.”

Basically, once you get in, you can only eat, drink and have fun there. There are many restaurants there, Japanese, Indian, Italian, and their buffet restaurant. They have a buffet for dinner every Thursday, and we also went to eat, but that night we spent more than 2,000 yuan for one or two people, and some fun. Staying in the Four Seasons is based on a room rate of 5,000 or 6,000 a day, plus other consumption of 3,000 to 10,000. Of course, there are some people who may consider traveling on a budget. We are also an ordinary family, but when we go to that environment, we still want to eat and have fun. If we go there to eat instant noodles and only play free projects, I can't do it. „Отдыхали в данном отеле двое суток, всё прекрасно. У нас был шикарный вид на море. Свой пляж с белоснежным песком, в воде есть ежики, лучше купаться в акватапках. В номере всё необходимое: вода, чай, сахар и сливки. На территории отеля есть небольшой аквапарк, отдельно есть бассейн для детей. Очень разнообразное меню, каждый день новое, много зелени, выпечки, напитки.”
