I booked a king-size bed for me and my daughter. The room was very big (huge huge size) and had two large air conditioners. There was also a big sofa, a table, and chairs in the room, which made it very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I really liked the shower because it had different water settings you could change. Every day they give two welcome drinks, and you can choose alcohol, tea, coffee, or juice. The hotel also has a kids’ play area, a gym, and a yoga room. They provide filtered water, so you can refill your bottle anytime. We ordered the smoked duck pasta and nasi lemak. The nasi lemak was really delicious. This hotel is so closed to the airport. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

This is one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at. The staff is exceptional and extremely friendly. The environment is elegant and welcoming. The grounds are impeccably manicured. The dining experience is classy but reasonably priced. The rooms are well cared for, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet has a wide array of options and is very delicious. This hotel is very remote and is a fifty minute drive to Georgetown....but the seaview is worth the extra traveling. Thanks to the ENTIRE staff for giving us such lasting memories. 💛💛

strategic location to move around town area, and several food stall around by walking distance. compared to few hotels i stay before, many much parking lots available even till late night. one of only sound proof was very bad.

It was my husband's ***** birthday on the day we checked in, so I had requested a simple room decoration beforehand. The hotel room staff told me they would fold two elephants out of towels, which I thought was already very thoughtful! Then, they even sent up a cake, which I really appreciated! These warm gestures made our Penang trip truly memorable. The room was clean and comfortable, and even though it was a little dated, it wasn't run-down. I was very satisfied with this experience and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Great hospitality and service throughout my stay in Penang Amari Spice Hotel. Upon arrival, the reception team kindly upgraded me to a Premier King room without any request, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent—everything was excellent. I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the midnight team on 21/03/2026. During our stay, my friend suddenly fell seriously ill during midnight . We attempted to call emergency services (999), but unfortunately were unable to get through to the nearby general hospital immediately. The situation was critical, and waiting another 10–20 minutes could have put my friend’s life at risk. Thankfully, the Penang Amari hotel team acted swiftly and professionally. They followed up with us, and the female manager along with the guy management team arrived promptly to assess the situation. They provided immediate support and helped arrange transportation to the nearest hospital, ensuring we arrived within 10 minutes. Thanks to their quick response and care, my friend’s life was saved. And even after check out they still texting us to concern on the guest safety. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication during such a critical moment. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The complimentary cookies made our stay feel even more special—my daughter absolutely loved both the cookies and the breakfast. The pool is spacious and well‑designed for young children, with fun activities to keep them entertained. The souvenir shop offers beautiful, high‑quality items at reasonable prices. Our room’s balcony was very spacious, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset while relaxing with our drinks.

Nocne sprzątanie przyszło, aby to naprawić tak późno, gdy jedliśmy posiłki w pokoju i kazało nam czekać na sprzątanie następnego dnia, ponieważ zbliża się ich czas zakończenia 😧😅 2. Recepcja popełniła błąd, obciążając moją kartę kredytową depozytem w wysokości 400 USD, zamiast zatrzymać depozyt 😏. Podczas wymeldowania poinformowano mnie, że muszę czekać na zwrot pieniędzy w ciągu 2 tygodni. 😩 3. wybór śniadań mógłby być lepszy, biorąc pod uwagę, że jest to hotel 5🌟. Nowe dania w bufecie można było podać wcześniej, po ich skończeniu.

Booked the biggest unit available which was Hutton 8, 3 Bedroom. Felt in love the moment we open the doors, the smell of wood, rustic and filled with post heritage decorations, there are some setbacks but overall the stay was almost to my satisfactory. The setbacks are, the television given was very small for a huge house so we cannot really see and hear properly. Secondly, the living room is very very very very humid, there is a ceiling fan but all 6 of us are sweating when we sit on the sofa especially during day time.

Ładny widok i świetny basen. Należy jednak pamiętać, że basen ma 1,2 m głębokości. Jeśli chodzi o udogodnienia, nic nie zachwyca, ale wystarczająco. Trudno przejechać przez ulicę, ponieważ przed hotelem jest duży ruch. Droga do parkingu jest również kręta i wąska. W godzinach szczytu trzeba długo czekać na windę. Na zewnątrz pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji, ale podczas naszego pobytu w grudniu było wietrznie, więc upał był znośny. Śniadanie w porządku, dzieci je uwielbiają, dla dorosłych jest w porządku, ale niewiele dobrego do wyboru. Trzeba trochę poczekać w kolejce, aby dostać dobre miejsca, więc warto przyjść wcześniej, aby zająć dobre miejsca.

Amazing bday staycation. Everything was excellent. Room very cozy very nice. All staff were very helpful. Hospitality excellent. Very nice ambience, hotel smells good. Recommended for those who want to ”healing2”
