„Highly recommended. The service and welcome are exceptional, as is the hotel’s exquisite forest location and ambience in Camp John Hay, Baguio. Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!”

„This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.”

„Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a great experience staying at grand sierra. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!”

„Owell and the rest of the service team were excellent! Save for Lilia who didnt know to offer service water during breakfast and charged me with bottled water. The very tight space at the parking was a lowlight, so was the noise from staff talking and guests walking by the stairs (we were in room 206).”

„The hotel looked quite new and the halls, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and responsive. The breakfast menu was acceptable. The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

„Honest Review The front desks and security guards were very accommodating, the room is fine, there is no view, it's only a wall from the building beside. However, the room is located at 6th floor and it's clean and a good place to sleep and stay. There's a blower, refrigerator, microwave, Tv and the wifi connection is good. Initially the hot shower is not functioning, needed to call the maintenance to turn on the main switch since we didn't know the main problem. The keycard also is a bit disappointing coz it's not working on elavator, needed to call some assistance everytime we needed to go upstairs.”
