Plus: The room is very nice size, very clean and near the railway station. The reception is very friendly and helpful Minus: They claim my booking does not include breakfast but I did book with breakfast. So I have to contact Trip.com to sort this out. Waste of time. No kettle in the room. I requested for one and they say EUR5, but they waived the charge. It’s nice but then why is it so difficult to have a kettle? The soap dispenser is filled with hair conditioner! I told the receptionist. He is super nice and gave me a small travel size for the night first. Super kind. Next morning, they changed but this time again they filled in the wrong bottles haha. I gave up. The breakfast is very nice, good variety and quality.

Eurohostel has a very convenient location, making it easy to get around the city. I have traveled all over Europe, and this is honestly one of the top three best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious, with large lockers that are free to use, which is a big plus. There are three well-equipped kitchens, so cooking is easy even when the hostel is busy. In the morning, guests can enjoy a free sauna, which is an amazing bonus and quite rare for a hostel. The laundry and dryer are very affordable, much cheaper than most places in Europe. Overall, great facilities, excellent value for money, and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to other travelers.

cannot recommend this accommodation enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spotless presentation and cozy atmosphere. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything but still peaceful at night. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing thoughtful local tips. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. If you are looking for a hassle-free, relaxing, and wonderful place to stay, look no further. Stayed at Scandic Helsinki Aviapolis, a convenient airport hotel near Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Overall, it was a good stay, ideal for transit travelers and short visits. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service running every 20–30 minutes. It is also within walking distance of Aviapolis train station (about 15 minutes), making it easy to reach Helsinki city center. A major plus is the Jumbo Shopping Mall nearby, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store—perfect for those needing last-minute essentials or an alternative dining option. The room was clean, modern, and functional, featuring comfortable bedding, a work desk, and a well-maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower and essential toiletries. The breakfast buffet starts at 6 AM, offering a great selection of fresh bread, cold cuts, hot dishes, and Finnish specialties. For those with super early flights, a light breakfast is available from 4 AM. Due to time constraints - I briefly checked out the gym and sauna in the basement which appeared well-maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The overall atmosphere is modern and practical, making it a great choice for travelers catching an early flight or needing a short, comfortable stay near the airport.

I’m so glad I chose this hotel in the last minute. The staff are very friendly, the room is clean, new and fresh; and the bed and pillows are very comfy. They have extensive range of breakfast, even gluten free and dairy free smoothies. Sauna is super nice and clean, and free! But what surprised me the most (very nice surprise) is they have the mini shower/bidet in the toilet 👍😀

Ogólnie jest OK. Nie ma transportu publicznego wokół hotelu. Można dojechać z hotelu na lotnisko tylko autobusem wahadłowym, który kursuje co 15-20 minut, a podróż trwa około 7 minut. Na lotnisku znajdują się samochody wszelkiego rodzaju. Śniadanie było bardzo dobre! W hotelu znajduje się publiczna łazienka z natryskami i małą sauną. Naprzeciwko hotelu znajduje się autostrada, a naprzeciwko bardzo duże centrum handlowe z bardzo, bardzo dużym supermarketem, który można obejrzeć. Po prostu droga jest trochę długa i trzeba przejść kawał drogi, żeby dotrzeć do przejścia podziemnego, żeby przejść przez ulicę.

Great big room with big bed. Very comfortable bathroom. The only problem was the toilet, not flashing the water immediately. But service was awesome they would transfer me to another room if I would like to. So overall good stay 5-10 mins walk to the terminal. But everything is very well marked.

Good value art deco hotel for a three night stay. Exceptional breakfast. Not very helpful pre advice about location. So… If you are coming from Helsinki port (eg ferry from Tallinn), get the tram 7T to Kaisaniemenpuisto. Then a short walk to the hotel. Tap and pay at the ticket machine for €3.20 one way, zone AB. From Helsinki airport, get the train to Helsinki main train station, 33 mins, tap and go, zone ABC. To get there walk down the road for 7 to 10 mins; contemplate some cobbled streets when wheeling luggage, but not an issue.  NB Helsinki Kampii is the main BUS/COACH terminal that you may use to go to Porvoo for a wonderful daytrip; a bit more of a walk from the Arthur Hotel ( use Google maps). Not to be confused with the Art Deco train station. All are walkable.  Finally, a visit to Suomenlinna (zone AB tap & go) is recommended along with Senate Square/the Cathedral & the Russian Cathedral. Great restaurant for Finnish food and beer under €7 is Ravintola Kolme Kruunua. Lovely shops at the harbour stalls & Craft Corner. Take a walk down the Esplanade.

All good, I would like to praise the two guys for keeping the hygiene etc for the whole place spick and span from kitchen to rooms. They are doing an excellent job tidying/cleaning it. Even though the location is served by trams and buses, it's still a bit far from the city centre and public transport is a quite expensive for a single trip.

Lovely hotel right it the centre of Helsinki, and within walking distance to most of the main sights. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. All of the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast is probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Plenty of choice and always well stocked. The only small negative I had was that there were about 10 steps from the front entrance to the lobby and no one to help you with your suitcases.
