SSh4FFI wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the InterContinental Warsaw! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with incredibly pleasant and professional service, and a lovely anniversary surprise was waiting for us in our room – a truly wonderful gesture from the hotel.
Our room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable, and the view of the Palace of Culture and the Złota 44 skyscraper from it was absolutely breathtaking. Our mornings were made even better by the very rich, diverse, and top-notch breakfast spread.
One of the hotel's big advantages is the entire recreational area. I really appreciated the unlimited access to the gym, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the palace while working out. Additionally, as part of our room reservation, we had the option to book an hour-long session at the pool, which was the perfect, hassle-free complement to our relaxation. All in all, it made for a perfect trip that we'll definitely cherish in our memories!

KKylieLukWonderful location, just few mins walk from old town. Hotel is neat and clean. Although have a tiny problem of the bathroom, staff are super helpful and offer instant solution and arrangement without any delay. A pleasant stay in this hotel!

JJu&LinThe stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English.
However, there are some points that disappointed us:
- There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water.
-The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly.
-The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower.
- I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there.
- The heater/AC was VERY LOUD
- And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM?
It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.

BBernard M.I was looking for a hotel close to the airport, I wasn't aware at the time of booking this hotel provides free shuttle service to Chopin airport every 30 mins.
The food was great at the hotel, they have a nightclub/bar on the 10th floor which was closed for a private event during my stay but looked really nice.
Hotel rooms were decent and the fintess centre was pretty good.

XXiaojia guThe hotel isn't far from the airport, a taxi ride costs about 30 PLN (approx. €7). They don't offer airport pick-up, but there's a free drop-off service (just inform the front desk in advance, and a taxi will be waiting outside the next day; just tell them your room number when you get in).
Remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers (none are provided in the room, though you can probably get them from the front desk if you ask). Also, bring a travel adapter. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can ask the front desk for some – be specific about what you want, otherwise, they might give you sparkling water (perhaps that's what locals drink more often).
The breakfast selection is plentiful, with lots of dairy products, and you can even make your own fresh juice. The in-room facilities are decent and meet expectations. Recommended! 👍

TTingting1008Everything was good, clean and tidy. The hotel was very close to the metro, so it was easy and convenient to get around. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I also really liked the toiletries – The Ritual of Karma was a nice touch. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
