Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.

A peaceful gem on the hillside near Uçhisar Castle – the perfect escape from Göreme’s bustle. Perched on a gentle slope leading up to Uçhisar Castle, this hotel offers one of the most tranquil and scenic stays in Cappadocia. While it doesn’t have the lively buzz of Göreme, it more than makes up for it with peace, stunning views, and a relaxed atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink—a chilled lemon juice—which was just the vitamin boost we needed after a long journey. From the terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of Göreme Valley and even catch a glimpse of Mount Erciyes in the distance. It’s a truly luxurious moment of stillness and beauty. I highly recommend choosing a volcano-view room—waking up to that breathtaking scenery is unforgettable. The rooms are styled in a classic stonework design, echoing Cappadocia’s cave heritage. While I felt the interior could have had a bit more elegance considering the price point, the overall atmosphere was cozy and authentic. One of the highlights was the bathtub with a view—soaking while overlooking the valley is an experience you won’t forget. However, due to the unique layout of hotels in this area—often built into the rock and closely connected—it’s good to be aware of privacy when using open-view facilities like the bath. Breakfast is served as a set plate with a focus on fresh vegetables and cheeses. Eggs can be ordered, but it would be nice to have a bit more variety. That said, having breakfast while friendly cats roam around adds a touch of charm that’s uniquely Turkish. Though the hotel is slightly removed from the center of Göreme, it’s still within walking distance to Göreme National Park if you’re up for a bit of a trek. Along the way, you’ll pass some incredible viewpoints that are well worth the effort—perfect for sunrise or sunset walks.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia. The first thing that stands out is the gorgeous, panoramic views—truly some of the best you’ll find in the area. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the scenery feels magical. The overall vibe of the property is warm, relaxing, and uniquely Cappadocian, with a charming blend of cave-style architecture and cozy touches. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Even though there’s no elevator, they were quick to help with luggage and anything else we needed. If you’ve arranged your own tours or airport pick-ups, you only need to tell them your room number—they handle the call for you, which is incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the free water available at reception, a small but thoughtful detail. Another highlight: the pets! The resident doggos and cattos add so much personality and comfort to the place. They’re friendly, cute, and honestly part of the hotel’s charm. The room and common areas were very clean, and the property has a unique character that sets it apart from more standard hotels. Cons (more observations than complaints): Many locals in the area smoke, which can be uncomfortable for non-smokers or anyone with allergies—not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning for sensitive travelers. The hotel lists a spa, but during our stay we weren’t offered any spa products or services. We were interested, but ended up booking a massage at a nearby place instead. The restaurant didn’t have its grill available while we were there, which meant three of the main dishes were unavailable—a bit disappointing. Not a downside, but good to know: it’s cheaper to book directly with the hotel, so definitely check that before reserving through third-party sites. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The views, staff, cleanliness, and the adorable pets make this place truly special. If you appreciate beautiful scenery and warm hospitality, this hotel is a great choice.

Very good location, since you are 2 minutes walking from center and all shops and restaurants. The staff super helpful and friendly, the room was great, however in the morning the housekeeping staff on the corridors a little bit to loud.  Overall experience was great in the hotel.

A perfect stay experience. The hotel's swimming pool is very beautiful. The breakfast is rich in variety and first-class in taste. The lady at the front desk had a very bright smile, providing us with a good mood for the whole day. The hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off services as well as booking services for various projects in Cappadocia, which is very convenient.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to bardzo dobry hotel. Właściciel gruntownie go odnowił, a udogodnienia są doskonałe. Kosmetyki marki BV, mydło do rąk Diptyque, a czajnik Smug. Pościel i samo łóżko są bardzo dobre. Jak na standardy Marriotta, wystrój plasuje się gdzieś pomiędzy Autograph a LC. Śniadanie było dość przeciętne, ale przeciętne. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę, jest to całkiem dobry stosunek jakości do ceny w porównaniu z innymi hotelami w jaskiniach w Kappie i gorąco polecam. Jedynym minusem jest to, że znajduje się około dziesięciu minut spacerem od centrum miasta, które nie jest ani za daleko, ani za blisko. Jeśli zatrzymujesz się w Kappie na kilka dni, będzie to dobra baza wypadowa na kilka nocy. Jest to również bardzo odpowiedni hotel na wycieczki z własnym samochodem.

We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again.

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel!
