„A peaceful gem on the hillside near Uçhisar Castle – the perfect escape from Göreme’s bustle. Perched on a gentle slope leading up to Uçhisar Castle, this hotel offers one of the most tranquil and scenic stays in Cappadocia. While it doesn’t have the lively buzz of Göreme, it more than makes up for it with peace, stunning views, and a relaxed atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink—a chilled lemon juice—which was just the vitamin boost we needed after a long journey. From the terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of Göreme Valley and even catch a glimpse of Mount Erciyes in the distance. It’s a truly luxurious moment of stillness and beauty. I highly recommend choosing a volcano-view room—waking up to that breathtaking scenery is unforgettable. The rooms are styled in a classic stonework design, echoing Cappadocia’s cave heritage. While I felt the interior could have had a bit more elegance considering the price point, the overall atmosphere was cozy and authentic. One of the highlights was the bathtub with a view—soaking while overlooking the valley is an experience you won’t forget. However, due to the unique layout of hotels in this area—often built into the rock and closely connected—it’s good to be aware of privacy when using open-view facilities like the bath. Breakfast is served as a set plate with a focus on fresh vegetables and cheeses. Eggs can be ordered, but it would be nice to have a bit more variety. That said, having breakfast while friendly cats roam around adds a touch of charm that’s uniquely Turkish. Though the hotel is slightly removed from the center of Göreme, it’s still within walking distance to Göreme National Park if you’re up for a bit of a trek. Along the way, you’ll pass some incredible viewpoints that are well worth the effort—perfect for sunrise or sunset walks.”

„The room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.”

„リニューアルして最高に綺麗になったホテルです。リゾートとしてホテル内で過ごせるためのプールやクラブハウス、ラウンジもあります。さらには、ホテルの方にお願いすれば案内してくれる屋上（正確にはケーブの丘のてっぺん）からは手つかずの大自然の谷が見え、サンライズ、サンセットも楽しめます。カッパドキアの中では観光地に振り切っていない分、ローカルに即したお土産の買い物がしやすいユルギュップに少し歩けば行けますし、その途中にはきれいなハマムもあります。どちらかというと、熟年の落ち着いた雰囲気の方々よりも、若い感性へのオシャレ寄りの方に特にお勧めです。 今回の旅はあいにく夏場なのに風が強くて、カッパドキアに3連泊したのですがいずれの日も気球が飛ばず、もう一泊こちらのホテルに延泊しました。延泊の手続きだけではなく、気球の予約、一日余った分のレジャーのアレンジ、飛行機の変更、移動のタクシーの手配など、急遽様々なアレンジが発生したのですが、トルコ語が話せない我々をいつもニコニコして一生懸命サポートしてくれました。本当に感謝です。そして、なんとか4日目にして気球が飛んだと報告すると、一緒に喜んでくれました。 トルコのホテルはいずれもホスピタリティに溢れているのですが、こちらのホテルのスタッフさんもすぐにゲストの顔を覚えてくれて、とても心地よく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。”

„Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.”

„Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer.”

„C'est vraiment un hôtel magnifique avec une qualite de services au plus haut niveau. Il faut absolument visiter le spa et profiter des doigts d'or des masseuses (Tarima Kasim !) qui proposent tout type de massages a un tarif raisonnable pour ce type d'établissement. La piscine intérieure est somptueuse et il y a également une piscine extérieure et un jardin ombragé où il est possible de se désaltérer ou de prendre son repas. Notre suite était très bien équipée, voûtée en pierre, avec un jacuzzi et une salle de bain très spacieuse. La literie est très confortable, le wifi rapide, la télévision grande avec de nombreuses chaînes et connectable avec androïd. La climatisation pourrait être plus efficace mais suffit néanmoins. Surtout, la grande fenêtre donne sur une colline où l'on peut s'amuser à observer longtemps les anciennes habitations troglodytiques locales qui sont magnifiquement éclairées au lever du soleil. Les activités ne manquent pas et l'hôtel en propose une large palette, de la séance en ballon au quad en passant par la randonnée à cheval, avec toujours un appréciable niveau de service très haut de gamme. Le petit dejeu et est proprement merveilleux avec une démonstration live de réalisation de délicieuses crêpes locales réalisées par une jeune fille (dont l'assise pourrait peut être être rendue plus confortable ?). Jus d'orange frais, nombreux fromages et fruits secs locaux... Le restaurant ferme tard et propose des spécialités locales intéressantes à déguster. Le service est d'autant plus attentionné que les maîtres d'hôtel parlent anglais. Demandez à profiter de la visite du sous sol pour découvrir les incroyables suites troglodytiques dont le raffinement n'a d'égal que l'authenticité de la décoration faite d'objets locaux hétéroclites. Toutes encercle autour d'une autre piscine, elles sont vraiment toutes plus belles les unes que les autres mais ont évidemment un prix en conséquence...”

„This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.”
