酒店就在湖的邊上。挺市中心的。早餐比較簡單，因為去的時候還在裝修。早餐衹在一個小的房間裏，裏面座位有限也比較一般。不過下午在大堂有個免費下午茶，很簡約的那種。總體還是不錯的。

Hotel is nonsmoking. Needed to sign a form stating that we would not smoke in room. Great as we are nonsmokers. Room however smelled of smoke!!!! Quite a bit, about a 4/10. We were able to open windows and air it out. Able to stay, but irritated my eyes. The smoke smell was the worse. Didn't expect too much for price compared to other local lodging. Room was well cleaned and spacious but out dated and in need of some repairs. Faucet handle was broken on sink, Window screen on window that worked well was missing. Other window with screen needed to be propped up to stay open. Pool looked nice. Room was clean, front desk staff friendly, good location.

衞生打掃相當一般。前台人員比較冷漠。有飯館吃飯還比較方便，但是總體來説設施維護很差。健身房濕氣非常重，得用抽風機不停的除濕。我們在的幾天桑拿室全是壞的。

Middlebury Inn

It's a wonderful place, a preserved building that is very clean, at a very central location in Middlebury. The price was excellent, and the parking was very convenient. We couldn't get the wi-fi to work which was a pain given that only Verizon works here, and we didn't have hotspots. Very friendly staff, both the female receptionist during checkout and the gentleman during checkin, with his excellent recommendations. But: Be careful with rooms 126-129, they need a good flight of stairs, which was difficult for us, as we were coming from a big road-trip and had many bags. Perhaps the reception should make this clear during the check-in process, we would be very happy to change rooms, but it was too late. Soundproofing is not the best, but I am not complaining as the building is preserved and they can't do much. Finally, a small complaint is that there is no desk to do some work in the room, forcing us to go to cafes.   All in all, I honestly think this hotel is terrific if you are visiting Middlebury and I would 100% recommend it for a ski trip or a tour of the college.

Nous avons adoré notre chalet. Très propre et confortable. Cependant, nous avons dû attendre très longtemps avant d'avoir accès au logement car le check-in était à partir de 7:00 pm sinon il aurait fallu que je paie un extra lors de la réservation pour l'avoir plus rapidement. Les gens à la réception étaient courtois sans plus. Très déçu pour les choix de restaurants. Nous avons dû aller dans le village pour avoir un peu plus de variété.

這個酒店的房間的設施、衞生、以及環境都是很不錯的，就是這次我預訂的是湖景雙床房，實際入住酒店給的衹是雙床房，沒有湖景，和酒店溝通後説沒有湖景房了，可是我是提前預訂而且已經提前付了湖景雙床房全款的，就算當天我們晚上去的晚了一點，也是應該給我們預留房間的吧？結果酒店就是説沒有了，衹能給安排雙床房沒有湖景的，最後與預訂平台攜程溝通後也沒有解決，衹是協商給予退了房間的差價，攜程平台也象徵性的給了一些補償賠款，就算解決了。我提前預訂的湖景雙床房就被酒店給易主了，當天的湖景房價漲的比較高，感覺被酒店高價給賣給別人了，而我們因語音不通，就這樣被欺負了，當天晚上我們回到酒店已經晚上十點多了，累的不行了，還為了房間的事情多方溝通了很久，簡直是噁心的不行，攜程酒店客房幫忙溝通也是需要時間的，我們累死了，當天衹能先休息了等待後續溝通處理結果，直到第二天的中午攜程才反饋了溝通結果，酒店同意退房間差額，攜程平台也給了一些賠償，雖然退了差價和給了一些賠償，但我們心裏還是很不舒服的，必盡我們心怡了很久的湖景房沒有住到。以後應該也不會再去了。真的很遺憾。除去房間的問題，退房的時候還扣了我兩天的停車費，44美元，當時就和前台説了我們沒有開車，前台也及時更正了結算單，説不扣停車費的，可我們離開後我的信用卡上還是被扣了44美元，和攜程酒店客房溝通後説酒店扣錯了，後續會退款的，（到目前為止也沒有看到退款，繼續等待中） 酒店門口的服務小哥需要稱讚一下，我們回程的機場送機服務非常的好，本來以為需要等班車的，可小哥很熱情的親自開車把我們送到了機場，這個需要點贊👍。

CCicy JinThe oldest small hotel in the town. It has a strong English style and ancient furniture. The photo is very warm. We booked the room three months in advance and the hotel upgraded us. We were very satisfied👍 We had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel at 7:30 in the evening. We originally wanted to have lobster pasta, but maybe we went late and there was no lobster. We changed it to beef pasta and it tasted the same👍 The portion of the dish is so large that it’s a waste if it can’t be eaten by two people…

GGuest UserVery nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. It is located in the green mountain scenic area. It can ski in winter, enjoy the red leaves in autumn, and the service is very good. The rooms are medium in size and the two queen beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is average, and free coffee and tea is good throughout the day. There are gyms, swimming pools, SPAs, and the location of the rooms on the mountainside feels good. The traffic to the surrounding scenic spots is also very convenient. The network signal in the mountains is not good, and the hotel's Wi-Fi is no problem.

GGuest UserGreat location, close to downtown and right across a Target and close by to Trader Joe's. Not much food around the area though. The hot tub wasn't working when we went, also the 'heated pool' was not heated at all. Rooms are outdated but you can tell by the photos.

GGuest UserCleaning is quite general. The front desk staff is relatively indifferent. It is more convenient to have a restaurant to eat, but overall the facilities are poorly maintained. The gym is very humid and has to be dehumidified with an exhaust fan. The sauna room we had in the past few days was all bad.
