I got upgrade to a hugeee room with the panorama view over the city on the 6th floor. The service is great and the facilities are very new and modern, eventhough I only need the TV. The location is in central area, close to all places I needed to go, shopping, restaurant, everything. The staffs at the restaurant are wonderful. I told them I can eat gluten free products, and they even made dishes specifically for me. Too bad that I can only stay in for a day, but definitely I would stay here if I ever be back

Mixed Experience at Vinpearl – Room Great, Dining Disappointing I stayed at Vinpearl from 22 Sep to 3 Oct and again from 6 Oct to 11 Oct. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were a definite plus. However, there were several inconsistencies and disappointments during my stay. - Laundry Service: During my first stay, laundry was complimentary (3 pieces/day), but in the second stay, it became chargeable. This inconsistency was frustrating and could be improved. - Breakfast: The breakfast menu was 95% the same every day, with limited variety. The fried noodles were consistently hard and dry, which was disappointing. - BBQ Buffet (600k VND): This was the most disappointing part of my experience. The food quality was poor, with cheap ingredients repeated across different stations. If this continues, I fear the restaurant may not last. In comparison, I visited Sen Buffet near Ho Tay, which cost only 480k VND and offered crayfish, big prawns, various crabs, and a wide variety of fresh dishes—far superior in quality and value. - Vinpearl Buffet (480k VND with 20% hotel guest discount): I only had a bowl of noodles, some fruit, a few pieces of not-so-fresh salmon sashimi, and one drink—nothing stood out or felt worth the price. - Room Service Timing: Housekeeping often came too late in the day, sometimes after 5–6 PM, which disrupted rest time. This should be addressed for better guest comfort. On a positive note, staff were friendly, especially the foreign manager, who stood out for his professionalism.

Beef noodles best I’ve had so far in Vietnam. Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. cái gì cũng rất tốt , tôi đã ở đây 2 lần . chỉ duy nhất một điều tôi trừ điểm là sáng ra 9h sáng đã có người tự í mở cửa để dọn phòng . mà vợ chồng tôi vẫn đang ngủ

Khách sạn tuyệt với. Cả 2 khách sạn đều rất đẹp. Ravatel home hơi cũ tí nhưng vẫn đánh giá cao. Bên Luxury thì tuyệt vời. Bữa sáng buffet ngon khách sạn 5 sao. Sân đỗ xe ô tô khá tuyệt rộng rãi. Podczas ostatniego pobytu w hotelu położonym w samym sercu miasta, naprawdę wstrząsnął mi wygodność i komfort oferowany. Miejsce było idealne, z łatwym dostępem do transportu publicznego, restauracji i centrum handlowe w odległości spaceru. Pokój był przytulny i dobrze utrzymany, z nowoczesnymi udogodnieniami, które zapewniły komfortowe pobyt.Łóżko było płuskowe, a po długim dniu zwiedzania, było idealne miejsce do odwietrza. Pomimo bycia w tłoczącym mieście, hotel zapewnił cichą i spokojną atmosferę, pozwalającą na odpoczynek nocą. Bezpieczeństwo było również priorytetem, z bezpiecznym dostępem do budynku i uwagą personelu, zapewniając gościom, że dobrze się opiekują. Mówiąc o personelu, były wyjątkowo pomocne i przyjazne, zawsze gotowe do pomocy w dowolnym wniosku lub pytaniu. Od check-in do check-out, usługa była bez szwu i profesjonalna. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, połączenie wygodnej lokalizacji, komfortu, bezpieczeństwa i doskonałej usługi sprawiło, że to miasto pozostaje niezapomnianym. Bardzo polecam ten hotel wszystkim, którzy szukają wielkiego doświadczenia w centrum miasta.

All rooms are equipped with refrigerators, so you can keep water and fruit chilled. Satisfied. Facilities and equipment are complete. The environment is clean and hygienic. The service is attentive, patient, and helpful in answering any questions. Free taxi service is also available. Airport transfers are only 350,000 VND. Convenient for travel. The breakfast is plentiful, and the Vietnamese pho is delicious. I will stay here again in the future; highly recommended. Very good value for money.
