Front desk was helpful. Language barrier was a concern with limited english that the staffs could speak but they were overall friendly and helpful. Perhaps can improve on the room service menu as alot of items were not available during my period of stay. Cheers!

Very nice room, unfortunately we arrived at 11pm, receptionist could not speak English. We went to room, wanted room service, no menu. Back to reception, he also had no menu. After 10min he had a menu on his phone he gave us. Back at the room, called room service and resturaunt number, both did not work. No point in calling reception because he doesn’t speak English. Went to bed sad and hungry. Oh, they also did not put towels in our room so we had to dry ourselves with the dressing gown. The room was very nice though.

It was pretty quiet at night. The hotel is Very new and clean. Staff was friendly and hospitable. If I had a chance to stay there again, I would need to check out earlier due to the waiting time for a taxi.

Great hotel. Very new building, service is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable. Vinh Yen is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but if you must be in the area this is a good place to stay. Fitness center is good and so is the outdoor pool, though it closes early.

구글지도 검색해서 운전해서 갔는데 위치가 정확하지 않았습니다. 호텔 주변은 시골이기때문에 주변에 음식점이 많지 않습니다.(음식점 찾으러 10KM 이상 나가야 함) 호텔 직원들은 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다. 방 컨디션은 아주 좋습니다. 수영장은 관리가 잘 안되어 수영을 마친 후 몸을 닦을 수건이 없고 물 온도는 따뜻하지 않습니다. 호텔 손님의 90%이상이 베트남 사람이며 대부분 수영 할 때 예의가 없고 물에서 땀 냄새가 납니다. 저는 개인적으로 베트남 손님들 때문에 다시 방문 하는 일은 없을거같습니다.

GGuest UserI booked a 2-bed room for about 4.100.000 VND/night. When I arrived at 16:00, I received a room that was not in line with the picture I booked, I asked the staff to change a 2-bed room, the staff said there was no room, had to wait 30p-1 hours to have a room. I was very tired so I couldn't wait. The staff didn't show a mistake but told me in a very cold voice. ”There is no room, if you want to change, you have to wait ...” I was disappointed with some money spent but returned the service attitude that was not worth it.

IIrish Jane GantalaoWe had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

Bbaseplate84The location is a bit of a drawback, being over an hour from downtown Hanoi and 40 minutes from Noi Bai Airport. However, that aside, the room facilities and condition, along with the pool, arcade, sauna, and spa (massage), are quite attractive to Korean tourists. I especially appreciated the friendliness of the staff. In bad weather, I recommend a room in the main building, which offers walking access to the breakfast restaurant, pool, sauna, and spa. The private pool villas don't seem to be as appealing in colder seasons.

GgoodjiaI searched Google Maps and drove, but the location was not accurate. There are not many restaurants around the hotel because it is rural. (You have to go out more than 10KM to find a restaurant) The staff at the hotel were so friendly. Room condition is very good. The pool is not well maintained, there is no towel to wipe your body after swimming, and the water temperature is not warm. More than 90% of hotel guests are Vietnamese, most of them are polite when swimming and smell of sweat in the water. I personally don't think I'll visit again because of Vietnamese guests.

GGuest UserWonderful stay! Great location walking distance from motorbike rental and local villages. Many bikes to use in great condition. The family room was very large and accommodated our family fo 4 very well. Only suggestion would be to improve variety of foods at breakfast.
