Firma jest zbudowana, środowisko jest super, bardzo wyjątkowe, tu jest bardzo wyluzowane, właściciel jest bardzo dobry, uprawia kwiaty, uprawianie warzyw, dobrze zarządzane. Okręgowy rolnik jest dobry, ale jest bardzo przystępny, można dostarczyć do hotelu, oryginalny, świeży, pyszny, szczególnie zadowolony. Główni również są wyluzowani.

中秋節和家人一起訂了美林湖的別墅， 家裡的娃是釣魚愛好者，特意看中這間臨湖別墅，在花園裡就能垂釣，實在太歡樂了。湖裡的魚真的很多哦，而且很多是白條魚，很容易中魚，小朋友實現了爆桶的快樂 別墅的設計很時尚，連兩個長者一家六口人，住六房的別墅確實有可以浪費，但空間很大，很舒服。大部份的房間都帶洗手間，方便長者家。床品也很好，睡得很好。 主人房在三樓，很大，樓層很高，從窗户看出去能看到遠處的大湖，非常漂亮。多個房間都帶露台，很舒適愜意。別墅裏的傢俱，用品都很新，住得很舒服，管家服務也超級好，贊。有機會還會跟朋友家人過來玩

淡季的時候性價比很不錯。 周邊配套設施完善，工作人員認真熱情，別墅不錯挺漂亮，房間的衞生乾淨，配套有室外餐桌和燒烤架子，離海灘特別近趕了一下海收穫滿滿，晚上唱k打麻將，十分適合親子家庭遊玩，大人小孩都很開心。

This villa was really nice! It was huge! Enough for lots of people and is only a few hundred meters from the beach which is amazing! The hot tub isn’t there anymore, and the pool is cold. But I’m sure in the middle of summer that’s great. It seems like it’s quite new, but hasn’t been maintained/ looked after very well. But overall, it’s worth it for the money!

The villa offers great value for money and ample space for a comfortable stay. However, there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance. The host was responsive, which contributed to a pleasant experience for our group, especially with kids. The highlight for the children was the swimming pool, providing them with hours of enjoyment.

10人預訂入住很方便，同事們可以拼在一起住。對於公司團建很方便，尤其是這種沒有泳池的別墅。我們完全不需要哈哈。小區對面就是海灘，開車出去2公里左右就是美女照相鏡沙灘了，鎮中心距離別墅有4公里左右，建議如果買菜燒烤在出發地準備好再過來。小區有便利店，東西比外面貴一兩塊的樣子。 ktv麥克風的電池經常沒電，兩個麥衹能用一個。有點尷尬 管家也好説話，方便溝通。就是延遲退房這個事情沒有交接好，前台過來拍門的時候把我們嚇了一跳。

位置很好，靠海邊， 落地玻璃窗能看到整片大海，日出， 泳池， 很出片 但是，落地玻璃是單層玻璃，而且是很多塊玻璃拼接在一起，安全隱患？ 很多裝修細節很粗糙，和房價不符，如圖； 懶人沙發有明顯污漬，客服告知無法更換因為衹有這一套，可想而之每次打掃房間也並不會清洗更換； 泳池單獨收費要68每個人（雖然大廳寫着48元每個人）； KTV 棋牌室需要單獨收費， 以及其他酒店提到的附帶設施都要單獨收費。 酒店客服確認説泳池不屬於酒店，屬於第三方， 當時遇到整個UFO無邊泳池停電近半小時，沒有應急燈，沒有疏散安置，泳池裡小孩長者居多，安全隱患很大； 酒店的第一食堂早餐還行， 晚餐單人收費60元每公斤還是斤來着（稱重）無論葷素導致對素食者價格不公，稱重是否去皮也是個疑問; 客觀來講、如果不介意安全隱患和衞生問題，衹為出片，那麼可以選這家； 但是確實不值這個價格🙂

房間乾淨整潔，床品傢俱擺件很小資 優雅，與臨街酒店招牌LOGO相呼應，和諧 安靜。關鍵是價位比較合適。早餐是比較有特色的粵式茶點，吃得飽。地點在珠海香洲區輻射各旅遊景點很方便。我基本上是付款寶刷滴滴出行珠海乘車碼 乘公交車很方便，不擁擠，刷公交卡一元，二元很便宜 速度不比網約車 出租車差。下次到珠海還訂這家酒店。

A little expensive, but the price is really high, the pool is constant temperature, the winter swimming is very warm, we live in this set of slide park, children like it very much, there is an independent KTV to sing, you can also barbecue in the kitchen at night to cook and bubble hot springs, really good.

We stayed at this villa to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and everything was perfect! The place was very clean and tidy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The swimming pool was amazing, and the soaking tub was such a nice touch — perfect for unwinding in the evening. We also loved that the hotel is pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry friend along. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back again!
