I rarely write hotel reviews but this one is a true hidden gem! My partner and I stayed for one night and we used this guesthouse as our little getaway from the busy center of Shanghai. It’s perfect for a romantic and cosy staycation, very quiet and private! The water in the private hot spring, surprisingly, comes from a real underground spring so it’s quite hot. Because it’s summer, we had to wait for it to cool down a little bit but it was perfect later on, especially during the night, we stayed in there past midnight and it was amazing. The staff was also really nice to us, with nice service! Overall, we were really amazed of the quality of this experience for this price, one of the best we have tried! ☺️

衝著泳池去的，孩子們玩的很開心！衞生很乾凈，住的是雙床房，床夠寬的，房間也很大！直接住了2晚，距離迪士尼有點遠但也沒關係，因為有班車早接晚送很方便的！帶娃的家人們一定要租一個童車，不然要抱着逛迪士尼可太累了！我在酒店裡租的童車也便宜！管家服務也很好！我們還沒入住酒店就提前給我們聯繫了，建了專門的微信羣溝通，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺！有點小問題就是隔音不太好，其它都很滿意！

Situated only a ten-minute drive from the Disney Resort subway station, this homestay offers a lovely countryside atmosphere near Shangha, allowing you to enjoy the great view over the fields and experience a different kind of life, while also having the chance to immerse yourself in the bustling lifestyle of the city. You wil enjoy the tranquil sunset atmosphere in the garden, and shall the need be grab a snack or drink from the tiny local shop just a minute away. The homestay owner is very calm and hospitable and makes everyone feels at home. If you happen to love big cats, this may also be the right place for you.

The location of this hotel is it's saving grace as July street is a fascinating walk in the old french quarters and it's many speakeasy bars.
This hotel only appeals to those interested in old western living, which is true to it's detail. The old wooden floors, windows and very quiet surroundings so take you away from the city.
The concierge was unhelpful to say the least to our needs, especially compared to the hotels we have stayed in the last week. He was very reluctant to assist with our restaurant reservation, which was unusual given their hospitality standards.
Stay for the vibes and Julu street.

特意找了個有帶早餐的酒店 阿姨做的早餐非常好吃有營養 酒店的環境也特別好 有草坪泳池，森林拍照很出片 而且酒店還有自製的咖啡，早晨起來來杯冰美式，非常爽哈哈 非常贊酒店的洗浴用品，全部都是使用一次性的 客房每個角落的衞生都非常非常的乾淨 我們第一天去的迪士尼，早上酒店會安排車子送過去，晚上我們結束了，店家還會接回 當天飛機晚點了，管家幫我們延遲到下午兩點了

Ok so I have to say that the pictures of this property online are generous. The hotel is old world charm, and a bit run down if I am honest. I was disappointed from the moment I walked into the room, with the air conditioning barely keeping up with the warm Shanghai summer temperature.

The hotel was quite nice 👍 the room was cozy and well designed. The location we found easily by using apple map.
Only the thing we don’t like is that reception area can be more “clean “, that area was little bit messy. Kitchen also too messy.
But the guy who was in charge of costumer service was so nice polite and ready to help with everything. He helped us to order several things using *******, and the delivery came right on time.

位置真的很安靜，前面一大片稻草地，白天絕美啊～風景真的得天獨厚。我睡眠特別淺，這次睡在陌生的地方居然很踏實，床墊軟硬適中，窗簾都是遮光很強的雙層電動帘。
裝修不是千篇一律的網紅風格，而是帶著店家獨特品味的簡約設計。晚上坐在露台吹吹風，抬頭就是星星，老了退休一定也要起這樣一棟別墅來頤養天年。
居然還有兩隻可愛的🐕~溜了一圈心情更愉快了。
再見，期待下次再來～

ἈἈστραῖοςLocated in the heart of Shanghai's historic Juxingchang area, the former guesthouse of Air Force Unit 4 holds an unmissable and pivotal position in modern Chinese history. To be honest, I was initially hesitant; I had originally booked the Yan'an Hotel, but was persuaded by the travel agency to switch to this place. On the eve of the 24th anniversary of '913' (September 13th), I was in the attic room here, rushing to meet my school deadlines. On the evening of September 13th, Shanghai was hit by a heavy downpour. My family and I were having dinner at the adjacent Xi Family Garden. We borrowed two umbrellas from Manager Zhang at the front desk, one of his own and one from a colleague. I'm truly grateful for this trust, and also want to thank Manager Zhang for his thoughtful service over the past two days.

The fully functioning fridge, complete with a refrigerator, semi-freezer, and freezer, was ready for use.

Overall Experience

MmollayI visited Qianyun after looking at dozens of places in the area. I wanted to be away from typical city area, have a bathtub and nice outdoor area, and with easy access to Shanghai Disneyland. Qianyun met all those requirements and more! The location was immediately very serene and surrounded by forest, but still easy to access lots of waimai food delivery options. They were also very kind and proactive about sharing information about local restaurants and activities, and provide a breakfast and evening fruit every day. They offer free car transport to Disneyland, and I was excited to use this service but I ended up enjoying my time at the hotel so much that I opted to stay and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere instead! The hotel pets are so friendly - within five minutes the little cat Banban was on my lap and purring.
The room itself is decorated very nicely with all the amenities you need. The bathtub inside is very comfortable and I loved the outdoor hot spring tub as well. The attention to hygiene is very highly emphasized and I was impressed with how clean and luxurious everything felt.
I will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone hoping to have a convenient getaway from the city, or who would like to be near to Disneyland Resort while also experiencing a more peaceful area and for a good economical value and high quality service!

GGuest UserMother's Day is here, I chose Chongming Island for a weekend, and I have more choices. I saw Kai Ge's 35-square-meter double room. The experience was really good. The room was very clean, the whole space was large, the bathroom toiletries were good brands, and there were even disposable bath towels. The two Ma Ma were very satisfied with the accommodation. In addition, Sister Li also added WeChat in advance very intimately, gave travel guidance, basically replying to information at any time, very intimate. There is a grass in front of the house, a small river, the impression is particularly deep at night, the whole silence is dark, there is a frog call, really back to the childhood countryside. It is highly recommended to friends who need accommodation, especially those with children and children.

Eekas_19The hotel provides a shuttle to and from Disneyland, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast from 7-9am, clean linens, complimentary water, a kettle, towels (7 for two), a toothbrush, hot water, and working air conditioning (we slept warmly).
There's a convenience store 50 meters away from us that's open all day until 9:30pm. The lovely woman working there makes delicious sweet buns. We paid only 33 yuan (less than 400 rubles) for a whole bag.
The hotel's location is slightly different from where the GPS showed us; the building is lower, by the water, but the owner's neighbor quickly called him and they picked us up.
The room is cleaned and always ready to help.
I don't understand why there are several bad reviews, because for the price, this place has everything!
We want to say a big thank you for the amenities provided, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel environment is very online, the room is clean and tidy, the layout is compact but warm, there are green plants outside the window, which fully meets the travel needs. The service is even more pleasant. The free shuttle bus is super punctual. It is confirmed one day in advance and goes directly to the entrance of the park in the morning, saving the trouble of taking a taxi. The front desk also prepared breakfast intimately. Although I didn't eat it early, this meticulousness was too warm. The return shuttle bus is also very easy to find, and the staff is enthusiastic throughout. For Disney tourists, the convenience is full and the price is super high!

GGuest UserFirst, the transportation is convenient. It's very close to the Chuansha subway station, and there's a shuttle service to Disneyland, making it very convenient to get around. Secondly, breakfast is provided daily. My daughter, who doesn't like greasy food in the morning, surprisingly enjoyed the hotel's light porridge, side dishes, and eggs. I'm not a fan of steamed buns, so ordering takeout or eating out is also very convenient. Evening rides on the owner's electric scooter are also quite nice. The environment is very quiet, just a ten-minute drive from Disneyland. The surroundings are very peaceful, a nice contrast to the high-rise buildings in the city. Finally, the service is very nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful in planning itineraries. I originally booked for two days, but couldn't get a ticket home, so I booked three more days. However, I didn't stay for the last two days before returning home, so the owner graciously refunded the remaining two days' fee. Overall, it's a great value.

GGuest UserAn experience that far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is in a great location, right near Wukang Mansion and just a few hundred meters from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Metro Station. The only minor inconvenience was the pebbled path leading to the entrance, which made it a bit tricky to roll luggage. However, the overall old house environment was charming, and there are coffee shops and restaurants conveniently located nearby.
The best part was the exceptional service. The day I arrived, the weather had turned cold, and as soon as I entered, the front desk staff handed me a warm bottle of water to warm my hands. All the services were incredibly thoughtful. It felt like a hybrid between a B&B and a hotel – more personal than a hotel, but more standardized than a B&B.
The hotel room itself was neither good nor bad. Being an old house, it naturally had a slightly aged feel, but I found it acceptable, and the value for money was excellent. The pillows were very comfortable, and the toiletries smelled wonderful, like a branded product – a pleasant surprise overall.
