„The hotel is only 15 mins from the port and they were ready and waiting to collect us which is great for families. The place is immaculate and the staff welcoming. Best book your trips when in Bintan for better prices. Breakfast is brought to your room in the mornings and make sure not to leave any food out as the local wildlife loves to visit :). There is a small mall opposite a bit of shopping. Spa on site is very reasonable and excellent service. On the whole a very relaxing place.”

„The owner was incredibly kind and attentive. When we arrived, there was no water at the house due to a main pipe repair in Batam, but the owner truly took responsibility. They provided us with buckets and a gallon of water. The accommodation was very comfortable and beautiful, and all facilities were usable. Highly recommended for large families. „I ordered from this application, got a cheap price, but from the beginning of check in, the receptionist was really unprofessional. Maybe because my booking price was cheap, huh? So it was like being discriminated against. Not given a welcome drink, even though it was only tea, it took a long time, starting from checking in at 14.20, only given the villa key after 3, the excuse was that it was being cleaned. When I wanted to have breakfast in the morning, I was asked to pay even though it was free for 2 people as written in the application, when parking the car in front of the villa, it was said to be for other visitors. Really disappointed with the personnel who worked. Even though I also stayed here last year. Not again. Hopefully the owner of Nongsa Point will evaluate the quality of the receptionist. If the others are okay, no problem. If you're going on vacation, it should be a mood booster, but instead I'm annoyed by this. Is it because they're locals? If they're foreigners, maybe they're friendlier, no way.”

„Very clean and tidy. Enjoyed lifestyle away from city hustle and bustle. Surprised, no mosquitos surrounded by trees. Swimming pool was very clean. It will be convenient to have vending machine softdrinks at reception lobby. No bathway to reach the jetty.”

„We really enjoyed our stay here! The overall vibe of the place was very nice, and the private pool was definitely the biggest highlight, especially at night when the pool lights were on. It created such a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. There are a few areas that could be improved, though. We noticed quite a lot of mosquitoes and lizards. Mosquito nets or devices could help with the situation. A fan in the main seating area would make the space more comfortable. The rooms could also benefit from a mini fridge, more power sockets, and better-maintained doors, as some of the room doors were damaged. There was also no room service provided during our stay. The location can be a little difficult to find as there is limited signage, so clearer directions would be helpful. We also requested an extra blanket and towel but were informed that there would be an additional charge. Another thing to note is the 1M security deposit, which was not clearly stated beforehand, so this would be better communicated to guests in advance. Overall, we really loved the chill atmosphere and private pool, which made the stay enjoyable. With some improvements to the facilities, maintenance and communication, this could be an even better stay.”
