The hotel is easy to find, conveniently located, and close to landmarks and popular check-in spots. Even if you arrive late at night, you can check in by yourself. The staff provides great recommendations and excellent service. Most importantly, they even offer candies, which is a wonderful touch!

Great location! easy to access from Kansai airport. Cosy room with nice breakfast spread. It’s a service apartment so there is a washing machine with 2 laundry pods in the room, they do provide toothbrush and hair brush. Helpful staff with hospitality spirit. They do provide parking (chargeable JPY2000 per day) within walking distance. Convenient stores and restaurants are just at doorstep, McDonald is just across the street. Will definitely come back again.

숙소 정말 좋았습니다! 엄청 깨끗하고 아늑해서 4박5일동안 큰 불편함없이 지내다 갑니다~ jr데라다초역이 도보 3분거리고 바로 앞 길 건너 큰 세븐일레븐이 있고 근거리에 로손과 패밀리마트도 있어서 좋았습니다. 무인으로 운영되고 있어 불편한 사항이 있으면 어떻게 문의하나 걱정했는데 문의할 일 없이 너무 좋았어서 이렇게 리뷰를 씁니다! 밤에 오토바이 소리가 좀 클때가 있었지만 비교적 조용했습니다. 그리고 숙소 바로 옆에 현지인 돈카츠 맛집도 있어서 최고였습니다. 다음에 또 오사카를 오게 된다면 다시 방문하겠습니다^^

Położenie jest wygodne i pasuje do tego, co było w Google. Jest w pobliżu sklep wygodny, a miejsce jest tuż obok głównej drogi, co jest wspaniałe. Doceniłem to, że zakwaterowanie było elastyczne z czasem wyjazdu i bardzo szybko odpowiedział na wiadomości. Jednakże, co naprawdę mnie martwiło, to czystość. Znalazłem tkaninę obok łóżka, ścięte paznokcie na podłodze, i małe śmieci z jedzenia w zlewie. W łazience uchwyt mydła był kurczący, a pod stołem, jak również wzdłuż ramy łóżka. Inne aspekty były akceptowane, ale czystość zdecydowanie wymaga znacznej poprawy.

It’s just a terrible experience. When I checked out , the password become immediately valid.and because of that I can’t get back to pick up the baggage . I can understand the hotel need to cut costs.but please never cut the service. What’s big deal for one more day password ? And where is everybody? I can’t just see a man for almost 1hour in the lobby. What a joke

To był hotel typu Airbnb w stylu apartamentu! Ładny apartament, czysty i schludny. Wygodny pokój z małą kuchnią. To było świetne, zapewniono również pralkę. Samodzielne zameldowanie w hotelu, wyślij e-mail z instrukcjami. Piękne miejsce i świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu stacji kolejowej i zaledwie kilka kroków od Family Mart i Lawson. Było wystarczająco wygodnie, aby cieszyć się 3 nocami w Osace!

The hotel is convenienty located about 8min walk from the east entrance of Shin Osaka railway and about 15min walk from the M line section of the station. From these stations we found it easy to visit all the tourist attractions we wanted to see. the self check in takes a little while to get used to but tits fine, it all worked well. but thats why its hard to rate service because we really didnt meet with anyone the room with a personal washing machine and microwave was extremely convenient. and large trashcans. so even though they didnt service the room daily, clean up was easy the beds were comfortable and the size was great. i would happily stay here or at another Minn apartment type hotel again

Łóżko jest ogromne, a pralka jest na wyposażeniu, co jest ogromnym plusem! Tak wygodnie jest dojść pieszo do dzielnicy Nipponbashi otaku! Nawet przypadkiem kupiłam za dużo! A potem odkryłam, że poczta jest zaledwie kilka minut stąd! Postanowiłam wysłać przesyłkę pocztą. 🤓 Zameldowanie było szybkie i bezproblemowe, idealne na samotny wypad! 👍

We stayed here with our family and were very impressed by how clean everything was. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt very fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The space was also very spacious, making it easy to relax even with a lot of luggage. The stroller rental service was very helpful for traveling with a child, and it made our stay much more convenient. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby stations and attractions, so getting around was very smooth. The front desk staff were kind and helped us with the check-in process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The room was also well-equipped with a kitchen, tableware, washing machine, and bathroom dryer, making it perfect for both short and long stays. Overall, it was an extremely clean, comfortable, and satisfying stay, and we would definitely stay here again.
