Very good location, professional and friendly staff and absolutely clean and spacious room. Foods were fine and amenities were quite satisfactory. While furniture and decorations could improve , I would assess the property as one of the best in town. Would definitely go back.

Big thanks to the team at The Sphere for making my stay super comfortable and flawless. I stayed for 5 nights together with my colleagues for a conference in the same venue. Front desk was very responsive and helpful with the ton of questions that I had. I also booked a massage at the hotel and it was awesome! Special thanks to Karylle, one of their account managers, and Edmar, from the maintenance staff who helped us during our conference. They are super helpful and responsive to our requests.

The condo hotel has a great location near shopping & business district. The condotel itself is old and tired looking. The room was basic, clean, functional but the towels were old & worn. Thankfully the AC & fridge worked well. As in all hotels I’ve been too in the Philippines, the staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. There’s visible security staff always present at the small lobby which I thought was unusual for a no frills condotel. Overall, I would recommend Princess Plaza as a good value if you’re looking for a no-frills, functional room close to the shopping centers.

The place was so clean and smelt good everytime. Everyday breakfast inclusive in the accommodation was fantastic. I did not expect this place to be that awesome in the midst of the city's jungle. Staff were so accommodating and courteous. A perfect place to be. Will surely book again for my money's worth. 😍

Booked our family for a 2day stay in Manila at the 3 bedroom deluxe unit. It is at the 17th floor. The view was great, awesome specially at sunrise and dusk. Everything crisp and clean. It's like living briefly on an upscale condominium with hotel service. Everyone in my family slept well on their own bedroom. Every room has its own toilet and bath. It has its own dining table, living room and yes washing machine. Everything provided for a low price. I think its the best deal of all hotels in Ortigas. It is walking distance near Robinsons Ortigas. And just a grab away from my convention site at Shangri La. Perfect staycation for a family of 5. And yes free breakfast for us all. Will surely be back if there is another chance.

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.

The check-in was a very smooth one for as long as you have the proper documents ready. The room is cozy and has a good view of the city especially at night. They have provided us with a welcome kit which includes a shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. They have also prepared towels and slippers for 2 people. For those who would like to use the pool, make sure to inform the FD right away as their admin is only open until 6PM to collect payment and assist you with the pool pass.The overall experience was good as it's only a 10-minute walk to MOA. Though there's no way to call the owner, s/he responds to email right away for assistance. The only concern I have are the small roaches in the room. Hopefully they would be able to eliminate those to avoid complaints from other guests in the future. Still, a very comfortable stay! Will definitely book again in the future.
