Hotele z: Bar w Salzburg State, Austria

Recepcja nie zawsze ma pierwszeństwo w kolejce klientów. Czekanie w długiej kolejce do zameldowania, kiedy jest moja kolej, recepcja po prostu każe mi wypełnić formularz i znowu muszę wracać do długiego pytania. Ktoś ma ten sam problem co ja, ale nie wraca do nowego pytania, a recepcja nie zgłasza żadnych skarg. Podczas wymeldowania recepcja nie sprawdza, czy wymeldowałem się przed terminem, patrzy na mnie krzywo i mówi, że się spóźniłem, żeby coś pomylić. Jestem na czacie, ale jak zawsze, gdy ktoś przeszkadza w lobby, zawsze najpierw zwraca się do obsługi klienta. Nie jestem pod wrażeniem.

The room is ok clean. Everything is organised. Love the complementary snacks, free beer and cola in mini bar. The staff is pragmatic, may be seen as rude by someone, but I do not care about this too much. You only see the staff when checking in and checking out. Well, it is located near the train station, very convenient if you want to use Salzburg as a hub to visit other places.

We came thinking the resto and bar would be open, but found out we were there out of season. We booked on Trip.com which didn't have the details on the closure for low season, so check the website for details depending on the time of year. Otherwise the place was nice, parking was easy, and the view from the hotel was great. It's about a 7 minute drive up from the town.

Amazing hotel, with large, clean and nicely-decorated rooms! The staff is lovely and speaks great English. The breakfast offered a large array of quality food, including complimentary a la carte items. Highly recommend!

Lokalizacja hotelu jest dość dogodna, w odległości spaceru od stacji metra. W pobliżu hotelu znajduje się także przystanek autobusowy. Główne wejście jest nieco oddalone od głównej drogi, więc właściwie nie jest łatwo je zauważyć. Zameldowaliśmy się dość późno i nie ma nikogo przy kasie, co uważamy za nieco niezwykłe, chociaż słychać było, jak ktoś rozmawia. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, personel jest w porządku, chętnie wyjaśni, gdzie możemy wybrać się na zwiedzanie, na którym przystanku autobusowym znajduje się automat biletowy, a nawet zasugeruje nam zakup biletu 24-godzinnego, dzięki czemu zaoszczędziliśmy kłopotów z ciągłym kupowaniem biletów na autobus/metro.

Hotel znajduje się około 2,4 km od dworca centralnego. Ponieważ był to mój pierwszy raz na spacerze i nic nie wiedziałem, chodzenie było trochę męczące. Kiedy przyszedłem się zameldować, było już po 22:30. Hotel akceptuje zameldowanie wyłącznie przed godziną 10:00, więc musiałem zadzwonić pod numer alarmowy. Był bardzo pomocny i miałem pokój w około 10 minut. Było wspaniale, bo noc była taka zimna. Pokój jest mały, ale ciepły i wyposażony w wystarczającą liczbę udogodnień na krótki nocleg. Zachowam to na kiedy przyjdę innym razem!

We chose Hotel Stein because of the location and beautiful view from the hotel room. It has a nice rooftop bar and restaurant Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We wanted to visit Designer Premium Outlet and they guided us on map, directions to board the bus. One of the front desk lady even offered to give us a slip of paper to exchange for discount vouchers at the premium outlet. Rooms were new, clean and updated. Nice lounge area at the ground floor lobby.

We had a fantastic time during our stay here. The location is great. Walking distance to an old street and about 15mins walk to most of the attractions and museums (and a bus stop right in front to the station!) the hotel room is very clean with not many in-room amenities, however on the ground floor lounge they had 24hr free water, coffee and tea. The complementary breakfast was also a highlight! We didn’t expect much but they had a great selection of bread, ham, cheese yogurt, jams, scrambled eggs, and tea and coffee (with milk). Gluten-free bread is also available on request! The waiters at breakfast were so kind and helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Trato muy agradable, habitaciones amplias y limpias. Buen desayuno.. Nos ofrecieron transporte público gratuito al centro histórico. Pasa cada 15 minutos, tiene parada delante del hotel. Llegas en 10 minutos. Al regreso vuelves a coger el mismo autobús y te deja delante del hotel. Muy cómodo.

I booked an “executive” room at a rate above the already high standard price, largely because the listing photos showed a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. In reality, the only “executive” feature seemed to be that it was located on the 6th floor. Access to the executive lounge was not included and required an extra fee — and from what I saw when peeking inside, it certainly didn’t seem worth paying for. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It was shockingly small, with a shower stall easily under 1m². As a petite Asian woman, I still found it uncomfortably cramped and awkward, especially when washing my hair. The space looked nothing like the listing photos, which feels misleading. I regret not raising this with reception immediately, but the more I used the room, the more dissatisfied I became. Misrepresentation in promotional images is simply unacceptable, and I will be attaching comparison photos to show the difference. The room itself also fell short in comfort. The pillows were so thin that they flattened to bed level the moment you lay on them — we had to fold them in half just for the extra height for support. Amenities were extremely basic and in no way justified the high room rate. This was my first time staying at a Wyndham property, and I sincerely hope this is not reflective of the brand’s overall standards. The only plus point of this hotel like other properties at the area is that it’s near the main train station and transportation. Service at check in was also very helpful with the nice lady taking time giving directions with a map.
