POS: bardzo centralna lokalizacja; duża nieruchomość w zabytkowym budynku; bardzo cicho; AC w pokojach; ładny projekt obszaru barowego; przemyślany projekt dość dużych pokoi; łóżeczka i łazienki komi; bezpłatne korzystanie z (dobrego) kawy w obszarze recepcji; bezpłatne zaopatrzenie w wodę pitną; ogólnie dobry stosunek ceny do jakości dla BEL. NEG: Nie ma siłowni ani basenu; nie ma lodówki w pokojach; dość zaskoczony, że psy chodzą w korytarzach ... i wchodzą do pokoju sąsiada, z dziwnym małym barkiem raz na jakiś czas w wyniku. Bycie uczulonym na psy sprawiło, że zastanawiam się ... Zarządzanie powinno przynajmniej informować, i zapytać, a może lepiej zorganizować (pokoje dla psy klastratowane gdzieś?)

Beautiful Castle Hotel make even greater with the use of good quality products within the room. A fantastic stay which included the private use of wellness facilities (has to be reserved), drinks in the mini bar and a nespresso machine.

The room is not soundproof and very small. breakfast was OK. For this cost could be better.

Het hotel was prima. Echter was het erg warm binnen en was er geen airco. Ook was er helaas geen water koker aanwezig in de kamer.

The hotel is pricey for what it offers. Modern architecture with glass, beautiful hall with a classy Christmas tree and restaurant that fullfil 4 stars. But the king room (more than 200 euro per night ) was like 3 stars max.. Basic interior and materials. Slippers were missing which the receptionist promised to bring but didn't happen. The bathtub was scary, black pieces came out when we turned on the bubble function. After the water drained, we saw what was there... The swimming pool had a sewer smell where there were holes for water... Would not return.

Premium looking room. Big TV, mini-fridge, spacious and beautiful bathroom. Welcoming drink on arrival. Bed mattress is too soft. 2 small pillows are too small and uncomfortable to sleep on and should be replaced for bigger and better ones. Air conditioning is practically non existent, some noise and not sufficient cooling. When the weather is hot outside, the room is like a sauna and torture to sleep in.

Hotel had al 4 jaar terug zwembad gesloopt en geen zwembad meer!!!??? Terwijl bij het boeking staat hotel met zwembad 🤔🫤😇 Als Trip klant graag verwacht ik geen false informatie !!! Het was teleurstellend voor mijn dochter van 9 en wij als ouders🥲

mieszkał wspaniałym pobytem w tym hotelu! Staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The location was perfect, close to attractions and dining options. Bardzo polecam ten hotel dla każdego, kto odwiedza ten obszar!
