入住雙人房兩張床2晚，飯店周邊買東西、吃東西都很方便。 房間空間兩個人使用剛好，有小桌椅還有足夠位置攤開兩個行李箱。 廁所浴室乾濕分離，有提供拋棄式的洗髮乳與肥皂，洗澡水水溫很熱水壓足，壁掛式吹風機也很新。 飯店內的網路很好用速度快。 飯店提供早餐，每個人能選一種蛋（歐姆蛋或太陽蛋等），有麵包、吐司，咖啡、牛奶，水果等，用餐環境很舒適。 櫃檯24小時有人，非常安全也方便，有電梯，對於帶大行李箱的人來說很方便，退房後還可寄放行李。 有機會我還會回來住宿的。

Excellent value for money, relaxing and great ambiance. The staff are all so friendly and enthusiastic. Especially the dinner time staff at the restaurant. David was so friendly, he was the reason we kept eating at the restaurant instead of going out.

친잘한 서비스 너무 좋았어요  호텔이 여유롭고 고급스러웠으나 너무 낡았습니다  12층과 6층에 머물렀는데 낮에 해가 들어 너무 다웠으나 에어컨디션의 시설이 미약했습니다 가격대비 그래도 나쁘진 않았습니다 직원들도 친절하였습니다 좋은 점 12층은 전망이 최고였습니다

部屋はとても清潔で居心地が良く、部屋やレストランから見える景色がとても綺麗でした！ 観光後、中心地から夜に徒歩で帰りましたが、夜になると周辺は人通りが少なく、一人で歩くのは少し怖かったです(危険な目には遭いませんでした。)

地點好，走沒幾分鐘就有一個纜車站，地點雖然不是在最熱鬧的街，但旁邊有商場 餐廳，晚上睡覺也不會像在鬧區一樣吵，所以很滿意這個點。房間非常大，還有客廳跟小廚房，對於4個人來說，行李都可以攤開整理，非常棒，唯一不好的是跟我們說有附4瓶水，但上去只有一瓶，打電話去要說會補給我們，但直到我們退房水也沒送上來，小扣分

Spent 2 nights here travelling from Peru to La Paz. The location is perfect for Peru/Bolivia Hop travellers as it’s their pick up point. It’s next to Witches Market and 10 minutes walk to San Francisco Church. The room is quite spacious and the bathroom is relatively new. Breakfast included was just ok. Would be good if there was a toaster for the bread. At the guests lobby area, there’s free coca tea and kettle self service which was nice if you have altitude sickness in the highest city in the world. We had a city view which was beautiful at night. Our room 510 was quiet so we had a good rest travelling from Peru.

五星推薦的酒店。新裝修，床品非常舒服。 剛落地機場就高反，在機場吸氧，酒店接機的工作人員等了我很久，幫我背包，幫我在葯店買高反的葯，回酒店的路上不時回頭看我的狀況。到了酒店早早的幫我辦理了免費提前入住，免費提供了氧氣。在附近的ATM機取現時銀行卡被吞，第二天去銀行取時，前台幫我貼心的用西語打印了小紙條説明情況，實在是太太太貼心了 還會再來！

Iiy1986We stayed in a deluxe double room (two single beds) for two nights. The hotel is conveniently located near the Witch Market, and nearby attractions are within walking distance. The room was spacious enough for two people. The decor was a bit dated, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. The room had heating, which, although old, was a great feature, as it got chilly at night. A comforter and a blanket were provided, which were actually quite thick and warm. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area and provided towels, shampoo, and soap. The water temperature was good and the hot water was strong. There was no hairdryer. Breakfast was included in the room rate. The breakfast selection was limited, but the food was decent. The front desk was open 24 hours, making currency exchange convenient, although the rates weren't great. There was also an ATM next to the hotel.

GGuest UserReally very helpful staff who communicated well in English. The location is great and the rooms are beyond expectations given the modest price charged by the hotel. The breakfast was adequate rather than expansive. This suited me because I went on tours and hardly had time to have a huge breakfast. Definitely a hotel that serves your needs as a traveler without a hefty price tag. The central location was convenient and allowed your groups to pick up for excursions

GGuest UserThis is my favorite accommodation during my trip to South America. They refill the water every day. I also paid for a massage. (It's a gentle lymphatic massage rather than a strong pressure massage.) You can use the sauna, fitness center, and swimming pool for free. (The swimming pool was even better because it was a heated pool.) The breakfast was also very delicious.

WWinnie from HKStaff service and service is excellent. Airport transfer is available, and the fare is cheaper: directly to the driver in the suit. The flight we left was 06:00, asked the staff if they could arrange transportation, the reply was 03:25, the driver picked you up at the hotel, and the breakfast box would be arranged. The fare was the same as in the daytime. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had a buffet, a lunch and a dinner of high quality and good environment.

I was able to eat breakfast while early check-in because I asked the staff to forgive me so that I could have breakfast. The kindness of the staff made me feel so good. GGuest UserFive-star recommended hotel. Newly renovated, the bedding is very comfortable. I had high reflexes as soon as I landed at the airport. I took oxygen at the airport. The staff who picked me up at the hotel waited for me for a long time. They helped me carry my backpack and buy anti-high reflex medicine from the drug store. On the way back to the hotel, they looked back from time to time to check on my condition. When I arrived at the hotel early, they helped me check in for free and provided me with oxygen for free. When I tried to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM, my bank card was swallowed. When I went to the bank to withdraw cash the next day, the front desk kindly printed a small note explaining the situation in Spanish for me. She was so considerate. Will come again!

Opposite the hotel is the largest commercial building in the city, and there is a supermarket on the first floor. 3. The room can cook food. I made Chinese food for a few days. Haha, I satisfied my Chinese stomach. 4. The hotel staff is also polite and very good. 5. Safety!
