„Very satisfied with our stay at Xihai Hotel. We booked a suite room (Area B) for a family, but I think because of off peak season, they have the capacity to upgrade us to two bedrooms in the main building (area A) and we are very grateful for that. From the beginning the service was excellent, we were taken to our room and showed what was available. Everything in the room can be used without extra charge and can call to ask for more. Amenities and toiletries are available, room is very clean and breakfast buffet is included. Buffet dinner was ¥180 per person and it has enough varieties (mainly chinese food with some pasta, pizza, cakes). The front view of the hotel is amazing, overlooking Huangshan Mountain. The staff also very informative to guests about sunset and sunrise for the day. There were also a performance after dinner at the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel also provides two hiking jackets and a torch to help hotel guests to go out and about to hike the mountain. Our family has had the best time at Xihai Hotel and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to stay overnight at Xihai Hotel. You won’t disappointed.”

„As the name is Fungee, I expect to experience Joy when I enter the venue, yet it feels just like another hotel. Many staffs, but few really help for our needs. PLUS: Room is big. Negatives: Lobby reeks of cigarette. Hotel needs to stop allowing people smoke in the hotel as the smell lingers. Staf”

„The hotel was extremely nice, and good value for money as it is really comparable to any other high end hotels. The common areas and the bedrooms were well heated (it was freezing cold outside), only the corridors between the bedrooms and the common areas were very cold. We stayed one night and had the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. It was a good variety overall, and of good quality. The staff was super nice, very attentive, and communicated through wechat for weather updates and hotel happenings (such as movie screenings). The only thing that it could miss is a spa/massage area, which would be really enjoyable after a cold day of walking in HuangShan. The location is perfect if you come from the East side (Yungu cableway), with many accessible views for sunset and sunrise.”

„To naprawdę jest domek skarbowy, ładny, przytulny. Dzień deszczu, nie nudzi się w tym domu, dorośli słuchają deszczu, a dzieci bawią się w ogrodzie. Świeże śniadanie jest pyszne, po śniadaniu spaceruje po górach, a dzieciaki są bardzo szczęśliwe. Po południu na starej ulicy lejang, jest zbyt wygodne, wrócę do domu i napiję się jeszcze herbaty po południu, to jest zbyt miłe. Dzieciaki powiedzą, że przyjdą następnym razem! Serio!”

„Very good location, right outside of the bus interchange gate, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Room is tastefully decorated with smart toilet and comfortable bedding. Staff are friendly and helpful, helped to plan our trip to yellow mountain and provided utilities for us suited the weather, like gloves, walking stick etc. breakfast is good to prepare for mountain climbing. the restaurant downstairs is very yummy and reasonably priced, love all the dishes we tried, especially the mixed fish pot and the fried potato noodle. Didn’t take many photos. Highly recommended.”

Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.”

„Full score of five stars! I dug a new Chinese-style courtyard homestay in southern Anhui. After I lived in Anhui, I wanted Amway to give it to everyone! The whole homestay is an elegant Huizhou white wall with Jiangnan gardens. The courtyard is too amazing one step at a time: Taihu Rock rockery, flowing pond, thatched bamboo pavilion, large flat lawn, sitting in the pavilion drinking tea and blowing, surrounded by landscapes and trees, instantly isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the atmosphere is full. Take pictures with ancient style filters, and every shot is a blockbuster ink. The room is a warm new Chinese design, solid wood furniture with landscape murals, bamboo hanging paintings and small decorations of blue and white folding fans, the details are elegant. The large retro flower grid floor-to-ceiling windows are the finishing touch. Open the window is the green mountains, white walls and tiles. The distant mountains have a panoramic view.
