From the Bayi Metro station, pass McDonald's and it's the first lane after. If you pass the spherical bollards , you have passed it. The room is aged. Housekeeping 5/5. Front desk 3.5)5.”

„I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. „Very good services with excellent and friendly front desk staffs, mainly the young lady LuLu. The room is very clean with very comfortable bed. 10~15 minutes walking distance and very convenient to Wuyuan train station. In general speaking, the hotel does match the Sheraton and Marriott standards. I will definitely stay in the same hotel , if I will come back to the same area. GGuest UserFirst off, let's talk about the shuttle service. There are too few shuttles, so you end up waiting for over 10 minutes. Also, outside vehicles aren't allowed in; they tell you to go inside to buy tickets. If you're not letting cars in, then at least provide more shuttles! Next, the cleanliness. I moved the trash can, and it was really dirty underneath, with even some leftover watermelon seeds from previous guests. The entire scenic area requires a lot of walking, so I wouldn't recommend it if you have mobility issues; it's too tiring. The worst part is that after all that walking, you can't even order takeout. They say there's a butler service, and outside vendors claim the butler will pick up your order. However, the butler for my room said I had to go pick it up myself. This means if I'm tired and want to order food, I still have to go get it, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering takeout. The artificial landscapes are just okay; I definitely won't be coming back a second time.

I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets. 2. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. CCherry14Extremely satisfied, highly recommend staying here when visiting Wangxian Valley! The scenery is so different between day and night. The room type is very spacious and the facilities are quite new. The twin room easily accommodates four people. It's clean and bright. Staff are enthusiastic and helpful with parking, shuttle service, and check-in. They'll even carry your luggage to your room. Plus, there's a free butler service; Little Bear Butler was very attentive, answering all our questions, which was incredibly convenient. They even thoughtfully provided a bug repellent kit upon check-in.

Nancy and the staff were so kind, helpful and friendly - they shared recommendations on where to visit. The food was absolutely delicious; we recommend ordering lunch and dinner there too. The room was lovely; the view from the balcony was stunning and very peaceful. We recommend hiring Master Yu as the driver; He drove us around the various villages (Wuyuan is his hometown, so he knows all the good places to visit). He is so thoughtful and took our picture many times! The afternoon tea was also very special. We had a wonderful trip!

YYida88Our family of 13 recently spent three nights at Wuyou Stayhill Resort in Sanbao Village, Jingdezhen, and it was a truly wonderful stay. The location is excellent—about a 20‑minute drive from Jingdezhen city—yet set in a quiet village surrounded by mountains and many artist studios, cafés, and restaurants, so there is always something interesting to explore. The hotel also provided free rental scooters, which made exploring Sanbao village easy and really fun. Waking up each morning to the crisp mountain air was already the perfect start to the day. The resort offers spacious rooms with high‑quality finishes and fittings; our six rooms were all beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with quality bedding and bathroom amenities that made for a very comfortable stay. The highlight of our visit was the outstanding service from the staff, who were consistently caring, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs. They handled several ad‑hoc requests even before our arrival and continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay so that every member of our family felt well looked after. We particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast each morning. After long days of sightseeing, it was a joy to return to the resort, where a good night sweat desert soup awaited us, making it feel like coming home every evening. On Christmas Eve, our sweet dessert soup was accompanied by a beautifully written poem wishing us all a Merry Christmas, a thoughtful touch that showed how the staff went the extra mile to make us feel special. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay smooth, relaxing, and truly memorable, and this hotel is highly recommended to anyone planning to visit Sanbao Village.

Whilst my room was being cleaned, I opted to wait by the area by the lobby and it was shut. I asked a young female waitress to let me in so I can sit on a comfortable sofa whilst waiting for my room and she let me through when she realised that I was so knackered after coming down from the mountain and there was no where else to sit in the lobby. She fastened the rope behind me so no-one else could get through and left me there to rest. 10, 15 or maybe 20 minutes went by and approached the reception again and this time was given my room key and gestured where to go. I was a little annoyed for not being told that my room was ready. It was in a different wing of the resort to my previous room. This resort is huge. The room was so spacious and beautiful with a double bed. I then went downstairs to the area by the lobby to order an early lunch but was told by the young female waitress that it was closed until 12:30. I asked if I could order a 3 course meal from the menu and they can bring it up to my room. They said it was fine and I also managed to speak to the chef to see what was available. I was forewarned that it might take a while to cook. I placed my order anyway and went back to my room. The wait was worth it and all the courses were so delicious. Despite the feeling of being disorganised, most staff in this resort are really quite helpful.

A professional designer designed the courtyard, preserving its ancient charm while maintaining elegance and comfort. The rooms are cozy and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. The meals are authentic Wuyuan cuisine, and the proprietress's cooking is exceptional, making the specialties incredibly delicious. Breakfast and lunch offer a complete selection of Wuyuan specialties (pocket carp, steamed pork with rice flour, steamed fish with rice flour, Qingming fruit, etc.). The dishes are made with all-natural ingredients, including cucumber, cowpea, green pepper, and river chicken. The whole family devours every meal! You can also cycle along the rippling river, amidst the gently swaying blossoms. In the courtyard, you can play pot-to-pot together, creating a truly immersive experience. The attentive service makes it feel like home! 🥰 The proprietress and her family run the B&B as if it were their own home. Every corner of the old house holds history, every visitor has a story, and every dish the proprietress prepares is filled with warmth. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, especially in the rain, when the mountains, waterfalls, mist, and cliffside buildings created a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere. What impressed us most, however, was the exceptional service and attention to detail from the hotel team. The room was very comfortable, and the amenities and equipment provided were all of excellent quality. There was also an admin team available through WeChat whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay very convenient. A special thank you to Hilly, who took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. She recommended places to visit, gave us useful advice, and even helped arrange transportation to the railway station. When we accidentally left behind a hat and a mobile phone, the team immediately helped locate them and made sure they were returned to us. We were genuinely impressed by how responsible and caring everyone was. The food at the hotel was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. We also really enjoyed the food and local snacks available inside Wangxian Valley. Overall, this was not only a beautiful place to stay, but also one of the most memorable experiences of our trip because of the warmth and hospitality of the staff. The service was truly outstanding, and we felt very well looked after from beginning to end. Thank you again to Hilly and the entire team for making our stay so special. GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel in Nanchang, and the location is fantastic – right across from the subway station. The room was well-cleaned and even came with disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes, which was a nice touch. The in-room smart assistant was also super convenient to use. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge or particularly lavish, the Nanchang-style mixed noodles were absolutely delicious and just as good as what you'd find outside. I also appreciated that you need to use your room card to access the elevators, which made me feel very secure. Definitely recommend it; I'd choose to stay here again on my next trip to Nanchang!

The hotel's overall aesthetic is a minimalist white tone, so clean it's instantly captivating. Large areas of blank space paired with transparent floor-to-ceiling windows make the distant mountains and greenery the most captivating decor indoors. ☁️ Curl up on a lounge chair by the pool to sunbathe, or snuggle into a soft sofa in your room with a cold drink. Light and shadow slowly flow with time, and even the air exudes a sense of relaxation. The hotel's attention to detail really impressed me, from the simple soft furnishings in the public areas to the skin-friendly bedding in the rooms – every detail reveals thoughtful sophistication.
