Hotel Xiansu położony jest w samym sercu doliny Wangxian, co jest niezwykle dogodne. Sam hotel był piękny, a pokój, który dostaliśmy z widokiem na góry, był nieskazitelny. Wszystko było w porządku aż do późnej nocy, kiedy wróciliśmy do pokoju i usłyszeliśmy grupę turystów pijących i grających w karty w sąsiednim pokoju. Incydent obnażył fatalną konstrukcję pokoju, który nie był dobrze wyizolowany. I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

The owner arranged for pick-up in advance; it was 30 RMB per person to Huling Village entrance. The owner, a 'driving god' with a lucky bird on his head, drove us there on a three-wheeler. It was a thrilling ride, a bit wild but safe, and we arrived at our accommodation. The room had excellent views, with scenery right outside the window. Breakfast was homemade by the owner's wife – simple but filling. The scenic area ticket (145 RMB during peak season) needs to be purchased by yourself and is valid for one day only. You have to buy another ticket if you go a second day. This season, the rapeseed flowers have faded, but the azaleas are in full bloom. At 7 PM, there's a 20-minute intangible cultural heritage performance inside the Huling scenic area, which has a lively atmosphere and is worth seeing. Local dining offers great value for money; prices are fair, and the food is delicious. My strongest impression was the warm and enthusiastic service.

Had a wonderful time staying at this hotel thanks to the friendly and courteous staff. Seamless and pleasant check-in experience, especially thanks to 汪建强 for his attention to detail and speedy response! He has also went the extra mile by providing us with the performance information and timings. Our room was very spacious and was facing the lake which provides us with an excellent view of the performances. We have enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if we visit in the future.

Overall, it was excellent. A very comfortable hotel with comprehensive facilities, including a complimentary evening tea. Their beds are fantastic, and the duvet was the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel.

We stayed here for a week to take a ceramics class in the city. The hotel and staff were wonderful and very communicative during the entire stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the room was located right next to the cleaning supply closet for and so early in the mornings we'd hear the staff go in and out the room to gather their cleaning supplies. Unfortunately, it wasn't very soundproof so we heard everything but other than that the stay was really nice.

This place is located in the village mountain where we can explore the village conveniently especially during early morning and evening where almost all people have already gone down the mountain which is quite peaceful and less crowded. Guests can also go up the mountain by cable car for free and get to the lobby by a small coach service. Hotel staff are helpful and always share useful information via WeChat. Just one advice, more various vegetables for breakfast should be added to make the meal more appealing.
