The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

Overall, a really unique and special stay. While it looks close to the main road, you should know that going down to the city center might only take 5 to 10 minutes walking downhill but it's a steep hill going up. The staff was really helpful and knew how to use translation apps. Our one complaint was that the common areas (lounge and shared toilet) could be cleaned a bit better. Otherwise, we really loved the view and our stay.

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

Ritz-Carlton w Chengdu jest dość stary, ale jak to zwykle bywa w przypadku pięciogwiazdkowych hoteli w Chengdu, ceny nie są wygórowane. Zarezerwowaliśmy dwa pokoje dwuosobowe i obsługa była doskonała; personel chętnie pomógł nam z bagażem. Chciałbym jednak złożyć skargę. Zameldowaliśmy się o 10:00, a obsługa zapewniła nas, że bagaż zostanie dostarczony bezpośrednio do pokoju. Klucz do pokoju otrzymaliśmy o 14:00 i wróciliśmy, ale nadal nie zobaczyliśmy bagażu. Musieliśmy zadzwonić, żeby się upewnić, zanim w końcu go dostarczono. To było jak nieudolne przekazanie. Rozumiem, że hotele są zatłoczone w święta, ale w pięciogwiazdkowym hotelu nie powinno to stanowić problemu. Śniadanie również było przeciętne, niczym szczególnym się nie wyróżniało.

I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by HYATT Chengdu Wenshu Chunxi Road and truly enjoyed my experience. The receptionist team was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we didn’t speak the same language very well, we managed to communicate smoothly using Google Translate. I especially want to thank Romeo, who went above and beyond to assist me—he even helped me order snacks online late at night, and everything arrived very quickly! On my first night, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to an Executive King room. The room was spacious, modern, and very high-tech—everything felt comfortable and well-designed. After returning from Tibet, I booked the hotel again, this time staying in a standard twin room. Although there was no upgrade on the second stay 😄, I was still very happy with the experience. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant staff were also very kind and attentive. Overall, the warm service made me feel very welcome as a traveler. Average is good, but when i check in 8 March the front desk staff was serving me good, and said can help wash and dry our cloths, the next day morning only collect, was very good service from this staff. But, when 10 March night we did request for wash and dry cloths, and then she told us to wash ourself and collect ourself! LOLZ so which one is the correct service? If no then dont say this kind of service when start. Suddenly so disappointed for this girl staff. After that we wash and dry ourself and then another staff we try ask again, and she say can help us again, LOLZ pls check whos the staff that tell us when 10 March night was so bad attitude and rude! 总体来说还不错，但3月8日入住时，前台工作人员服务态度很好，说可以帮我们洗烘衣服，第二天早上就来取，服务真的很好。但是，3月10日晚上我们再次提出洗烘衣服的要求时，她却让我们自己洗自己取！哈哈，这到底哪个才是正确的服务？如果不是，就不要一开始就提供这种服务。我对这位女员工非常失望。之后我们自己洗烘了衣服，然后又找了另一位工作人员再次询问，她又说可以帮忙，哈哈，请查一下3月10日晚上态度这么差劲无礼的是谁！

The **breakfast** is average: it has variety, but nothing particularly memorable or standout compared to other high-end hotels in Chengdu. The on-site hotpot restaurant (#8) is a real highlight—authentic Sichuan-style, with excellent quality ingredients, flavorful broths (like the mala options), and a fun, casual vibe. Definitely worth trying if you're into hotpot; it's one of the better ones in the area. On the downside, the place feels a bit run-down in spots, likely from cost-saving measures—some areas show wear, maintenance could be better, and it doesn't always match the ”Grand” Hyatt polish you'd expect. Also, beware of checkout around 12:30 PM—lots of guests seem to leave at the same time, creating a rush at the front desk and elevators. Requesting a late checkout is a good idea if your schedule allows, but plan accordingly to avoid the peak crowds. Overall, a decent stay for the location, service, and that standout hotpot, but tempered expectations on upkeep and breakfast. I'd give it **3.5–4 out of 5** based on this experience.

想來川西很久了，看到這家關注了很久的野奢帳篷酒店開業，找了一個週末果斷出發了。 先説説服務吧，下預訂了當天就有酒店專屬我的管家聯繫我，為安排接下來的一切行程，人還沒到酒店，服務已經到位了！表揚👍 帳篷就是用的頂級高端品牌，內部設施也是非常的貼心！地暖、空調、電熱毯等等一應俱全，根據個人習慣去調節，住起來特別舒服啊。住過很多酒店，他們家的床墊睡起來絕對可以排前三了，衞浴用起來也是舒服的。 酒店活動也很豐富，嚮導帶我們去了七藏溝徒步紅星海子，風景真的太美了。如果不想徒步酒店裡也有豐富體驗，可以體驗畫唐卡、製作藏香。還可以在酒店周邊挖蟲草！！酒店小姐姐非常有經驗，耐心告訴我該怎麼找蟲草。把自己完完全全交給大自然，探索自然的感覺太棒了。酒店生態特別好，運氣好可以偶遇梅花鹿和高原雪兔！ 最後誇誇酒店的餐飲，既有暖乎乎的湯鍋、也有也有西餐菜系，當然開胃下飯菜也是必不可少，都很好吃，出餐水準是在線的，早餐選擇也很豐富，特別推薦土生烏雞米線和黑松露牛油果三明治。 給力的酒店、完美的旅程，準備下次再來看雪山。

Bardzo podobał mi się ten hostel, ma bardzo wyjątkowy styl i wielu międzynarodowych gości, z którymi można swobodnie porozmawiać w holu. Przedłużyłem pobyt o jeden dzień, wszystko było świetne. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany przez panią, po każdym gościu zmieniano pościel.

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.
