Отличное расположение, первая линия океана! Люкс с балконом и видом на океан. Но номер давненько не видел ремонта или хотя бы генеральной уборки. Обивка мебели в пятнах, коврик у кровати грязный. На 5 заезд и даже на 4 совсем не тянет.

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

I had a brief but pleasant stay at the Presidency Airport Hotel. The standout feature is undoubtedly its location—just a 5-minute drive from the airport, which made my transit smooth and stress-free. The service was excellent, with every staff member I interacted with being courteous, helpful, and professional. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and satisfying—just what I needed before heading out. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable choice for anyone looking for a hotel near the airport. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. I also appreciated the hotel’s excellent follow-up, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Overall, a truly pleasant and satisfying stay – highly recommended!

The Hotel is located near the museum apart from it rest everything is a bit away. But taxis n rickshaws are pretty affordable in kochi. Thr is a bus stop near by which is handy.  The offer with breakfast and lunch/dinner is awesome and helps a lot by saving time as thr are not many restaurants around the hotel.  The staff are super friendly and always take care of you and willing to help you. The restaurant staff are extremely helpful and provide great service...overall a good place to stay for the price...

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay. I highly recommend this hotel and the restaurants. Especially don’t miss the restaurant on the first floor, where you can get a great traditional Kerala meal in a banana leaf.  The service is also great.

DDR JANIRA KUMARIThey couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded .. even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room .. i was thrown into a deep end corner room with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!
