全体的に清潔感があって良かったです。 受付は海外の方で、オープンしたてでまだ慣れてないのかなーという印象でしたが、とても丁寧で笑顔も素敵で好印象でした！ アメニティは少なめなので、くしやコットン、綿棒、メイク落としや化粧水等スキンケア類は持参必須です。 シャンプーはオールインワンシャンプーでボディーソープと一体型でした。コンディショナーは別でありました。 ナイトウェアは無いので持参が必要でした。 駅近なこともあり早朝から電車の走る音が結構聞こえたので、 音が気になる人は耳栓等対策したほうがいいかも？です。

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. 5–6 minutes walk to Hommachi St., which you can easily use to travel to Kyoto, Kobe, etc.  The check-in and check-out were really fast, and we had an upgrade, which was worth the price. I had read the previous reviews about the rudeness of the staff, which is not actually due to this, but it’s the language barrier that could make a tired traveller a little less patient.  If you wish to ask something more specific, please don’t be afraid to use the Google Translate app to help you with the communication. The staff have been really helpful to all of our enquiries. Some remarks were about the hotel lobby being on the 15th floor, but they have a dedicated entrance for taxis or cars to reach the hotel.  Bonus: if you exit through KoKuMiN Osaka Metro Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 4) on your right is a local grocery store that sells local produce and other fruits/food products. It's cheaper to go here to buy your drinks and fruits, etc.

Good hotel with spa with mediocre services.  The room was neat, clean and feeling new.  However, staffs are not familiar with English, not even talking Mandarin. Using the translator with poor voice input was troublesome and sometimes it interpreted wrong meanings. Room service if missed will not be provided again on that day. Also, there were many spa-only visitors simply lying on the spa floor.  Parts of the male spa were under construction and one night there were no 40 degree Celsius or higher pool as they were all under cleaning at the same time. The ground of the spa was very slippery, mostly because many visitors did not bother to rinse themselves well after using the conditioner. The breakfast buffet is good in terms of food choices and environment. But I dislike the scrambled eggs, which had a texture tasted awful.

Właśnie wróciliśmy z pobytu w hotelu New Otani i było absolutnie cudownie! Od momentu przyjazdu powitał nas przyjazny personel i wyjątkowa gościnność – prawdziwie pięciogwiazdkowa obsługa. Nasz pokój był czysty, wygodny, a widok na Zamek Osaka zapierał dech w piersiach. Śniadanie w formie bufetu oferowało szeroki wybór dań kuchni zachodniej i japońskiej, a wszystko było pyszne. Ucieszył nas również przemyślany prezent urodzinowy przygotowany dla mojego męża – taki miły i osobisty akcent sprawił, że nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy. To był jak dotąd nasz najlepszy pobyt w Japonii i już myślimy o powrocie, miejmy nadzieję, że w sezonie wiśni. Gorąco polecam!

Bardzo czysto. Dostępnych jest wiele udogodnień, w tym szczoteczki do zębów, kosmetyki do pielęgnacji skóry i maseczki. W holu znajduje się ekspres do kawy, a sztućce są również dostępne. Łazienki publiczne są bardzo czyste, choć proste i małe. Pralnia jest w przystępnej cenie, a detergent wliczony w cenę. Pokoje są dość małe, ale nie ma powodów do narzekań, biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację i cenę. Polecam.

Zentis stał się moim ulubionym hotelem w Osace! Obsługa jest doskonała, a personel jest zawsze uważny, przyjazny i gotowy do pomocy w każdej sprawie. Śniadania są pyszne, a lokalizacja idealna – bardzo dogodna do zwiedzania miasta. Hotel jest nowy, pięknie zaprojektowany i niezwykle wygodny – prawdziwa perełka! Mój pobyt był bardzo przyjemny i niezapomniany. Już nie mogę się doczekać powrotu!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka. The service at the front desk was excellent. I would like to especially thank Ms. Noto for her kind and patient assistance in helping me find the best way to the airport. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka!

Fantastic hotel and services!!  My sister and I were amazed by The staffs at Hotel Shiki Utsubo Park, as they are truly exceptional! Their warm, polite, and respectful manner made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. The front office team was especially kind, always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality set this hotel apart. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Osaka! Everything is great here!

Hotel room is nice, clean and spacious. Hotel staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel is nice breakfast as well, with options for western/Japanese style breakfast, fresh fruits etc. Location-wise, it’s a bit further away from Dotonburi, but still very walkable and close to the metrostation.

A good hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the staff is polite. They provide fresh towels every day. The ventilation in the bathroom works well, and there is great water pressure for hot water. However, I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, although I don't consider this a major drawback.
