„At the check-in all are ok, but when we arrive at the door step of our room，realised the door was unlocked,l. Went in and found some chips bit and half consumed bottle unclear I'm the room. What frustratefevwas was we head back ABT 11pm after skiing then realised that they only provided us with 1bath towel , tried calling front desk not one pick , calling house keeping also no one pick up. Only got to kn the next day that hotel front desk is closed at 9pm. And not many can speak English this make it even more challenging.”

We were lucky enough to catch the tail end of the spring snow, which made my child incredibly happy. The breakfast spread was excellent, and they even had good quality packaged juices and yogurts. It's really an ideal spot for beginner skiers to settle in.”

AAnonymous UserThis was my second visit. Located between Gyeongpo Lake and the sea, the view here is definitely the best in the vicinity. The room condition is also good, and being able to enjoy swimming, fitness, and bathing all within the hotel is a great advantage. However, the service always seems to fall short of these excellent facilities, which is a pity. The lobby staff are generally all friendly. But the service from the ancillary facility staff was disappointing. I used the swimming pool and sauna, and the customer service was a bit lacking. Especially considering the considerable extra charges for using them… The hotel might be 4 or 5-star, but the customer service felt more like a late-night convenience store.

GGuest UserI stayed for three nights, and the hotel's overall environment was excellent. There's a shuttle bus from Jeongdongjin Station to the hotel, but you need to book it in advance. A taxi ride would be around 30 RMB, which is the starting fare. There are two buildings, an old one and a new one, called Sun and Beach. The Sun building is on the hilltop, a bit older, and I guess some rooms might not have sea views, only garden views. The Beach building is new and all rooms face the sea directly. Hotel breakfast costs extra, and it's just average. There aren't many breakfast options nearby, so if you don't eat there, you can grab something at a coffee shop outside. Lunch and dinner are available for an additional cost; they're not too expensive, and the quality and taste are decent. There aren't many restaurants in the town, but the ones we tried with high ratings on Naver were all pretty good. I highly recommend visiting the Haslla Art World Museum nearby; it's definitely worth it.

The place was very strategic and convenient. Just below our hostel was the YongPyong Bus Station, and right next to it was Mona Park Ski Resort ❄️🎿
We also enjoyed halal food at Efes Kebab, which made our stay even more memorable 🍽️🤍
We will definitely come back again next time!

GGuest UserFor a one-night stay costing around 600,000 KRW (with check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM), I arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes before the official check-in time to secure my place in line. Despite this, it was already past 3 PM by the time it was my turn. When I explained the situation to a staff member who appeared to be a manager, I was curtly told that check-in was strictly by order of arrival and nothing could be done. My turn at the front desk finally came about 5 minutes after the official check-in time.
Upon collecting my pre-purchased breakfast coupons, I was informed that only the first and last of the three available time slots remained, forcing me to choose between them. Eventually, I did receive a call that a spot had opened up for the middle breakfast time, and I was able to exchange my coupon. However, the entire system felt very confusing and inefficient.
On a positive note, hotel guests have complimentary access to the facilities. The room and the view, however, were absolutely magnificent.

GGuest UserThe hotel decorations are very nice; however, the room feels quite old. The room door was difficult to close, and the wardrobe doors were stuck and hard to operate. Additionally, the bathroom floor became flooded with water after use. While the overall atmosphere is pleasant, the room facilities clearly need better maintenance.

PPetiteJaneIt’s peaceful, serene, surrounded by lush greenery and nature, the only hotel on Nami Island, a great retreat and getaway choice from the hustle and bustle of the city.
My room has a balcony and a bookshelf filled with real books, not just a decoration, which I’m genuinely impressed with.
Breakfast is a great buffet with both indoor and outdoor seating options. I sat outdoors and saw a real peacock wandering around the outdoor dining area, which is in nature. I feel like I'm the guest and this is his home. XD
P.S. The only ”noise” in this serene environment is the peacock's loud calls during the mating season(March to July). I heard several times during my stay in late May.
P.P.S. This hotel has a beautiful Chinese name, “靜觀齋,” displayed on a sign at the entrance, meaning “A Place of Tranquil Observation.”

GGuest UserExcellent stay. Better than expected. I was worried that it would be crowded at the lobby/ common areas due to proximity to casino which was not a preference. The lobby of convention hotel is grand, peaceful and modern.
I was also worried that it would be inconvenient to reach the ski slopes however the shuttle buses were frequent and you can get to the slopes quickly. The bus stop drop off point is right outside the ticket office for ski passes
Hotel service was welcoming and superb from check in/out to housekeeping. As foreigners we received discount coupons for ski rental and pass. View from room was nice and loved the cream and shower gel etc. Room service was quick and portions are huge. Also how it was delivered was really good too with the robot.
Overall very good and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserWe decided on the Two Y Hotel for our family trip this year, keeping in mind the water activities in Yangyang. It was the perfect place for a family of three to stay for two nights during peak season, offering great value for money!
The moment we self-checked in and entered the room, hmm... it felt more like a motel than a hotel. Since it consists of one double and one single, the room is small. The facilities are indeed a bit dated! However, you can see the ocean, albeit across the street, so the location is really great. Before checking in, you even receive a text message asking you to sign up for the BBQ and breakfast.
We reserved the BBQ and enjoyed it on the first day. Since it was after water activities and there were only two of us, we planned to order additional meals if the food wasn't enough. However, aside from the small beer chicken that looked like it was there, there were skewers, various meats, salad... and even beer! We were too full to eat anything else. I think the best part of this place is enjoying the BBQ on the rooftop! It was a bit of a shame that the round tables were full, but the evening atmosphere and the slight breeze really gave it a vacation vibe.
It’s a great value trip where you can enjoy water activities while looking out at Hujin Port and have a BBQ at the accommodation.
The cleaning was impeccable. On the second day, I only asked them to replace the towels, but they took care of everything—tidying up and adding disposable items—as well as replacing the towels.
My family made another wonderful memory in Yangyang.
