The room was clean but due to crowds, people need to queue for turn. The location is quite far from attractions or city centre but there is a mall with few shops including some fast food restaurants and 7e below. Breakfast was good with limited choices. Decent and staff very attentive.

Lobby jest wspaniałe, wyposażenie pokoju jest trochę przestarzałe, a cena jest trochę za wysoka, ale to nie jest ważne. Największą zaletą jest to, że jest blisko lotniska, co jest idealne dla osób takich jak ja, które łapią międzynarodowy lot o godzinie 7:00. W T1 są tylko dwa noclegi, jeden podobny do kapsuły Kleeper (mijanej w drodze do hotelu), a drugi to Sama ~ Obsługa: W dniu meldunku moje dziecko miało ostry nieżyt żołądka i jelit oraz gorączkę, dlatego zgłosiło się do mnie około godziny 12. Byłem bardzo wzruszony~ Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie~

The hotel is new and the lobby is beautiful. The room was okay, but the linens felt a bit old despite being clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the snacks and cookies were absolutely delicious! Overall, the environment is great with no unpleasant odors, and the view of the amusement park is perfect for photos. Both the room service and front desk staff were very helpful. It took me a while to find the bathroom curtain button – it was by the sink! Both the elderly and children will love it here! 🥳

I had a wonderful stay at Bangi Resort Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Mr. Aizat, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even upgraded my room from a Deluxe to a Premium room, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to the team for the complimentary birthday cake for my wife — it was a thoughtful surprise that made our celebration extra meaningful. Overall, great service, beautiful environment, and a memorable experience. Highly recommended! 🎉🏨✨

Great stay overall. The room was excellent and very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I especially loved the toothpaste packaging and quality — a thoughtful and unique touch. The shuttle service was also punctual and efficient, which made transportation very convenient.

Firstly it is very difficult to find this area. And the guest service team is not helpful at all. I guess bit lazy and there is no laundry service available in the building. You have to walk 10 minutes to the other side of the road to do. The apartment is very clean, and very new with appliances.

The shower / shampoo / conditioner dispensers were such a failure, room 910, and no shaver kit was in place. toilet door due to water from shower area splashing unto it , had mold forming at the bottom back end, rotting away in near future. Light switches were a little confusing, but the USB plug in sockets were such a joy to use. Breakfast was okay, pool level and gym level not the same, hence not as user-friendly as I tot (coming from experience at Danang Hilton). Lion dance at lobby was a bonus for guest and visitors. Generally a worth while stay, just please check out the dispensers if it is your concern, if deem pathetic then better change room. Chef came over to present a dessert made in-house using tomato and it was sublime indeed, simple yet full of favour.

Wspaniały rodzinny wypad z relaksującą, nadmorską atmosferą Spędziliśmy cudowny, krótki wypad z rodziną w tym przyzwoitym i zadbanym hotelu. Każdy pokój ma balkon, dzięki czemu mogliśmy podziwiać piękne wschody i zachody słońca, czuć orzeźwiającą morską bryzę i słuchać kojącego szumu fal – prawdziwy relaks! Basen bez krawędzi jest mały, ale oferuje piękny widok, idealny na relaks. Wybrzeże jest czyste, choć nie nadaje się do pływania, ale nasze dzieci świetnie się bawiły, bawiąc się w piasku. Nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z usługą przewozu wózków dziecięcych – była sprawna i szybka, mimo że inni wspominali o opóźnieniach w poprzednich recenzjach. Parking znajduje się nieco dalej od hotelu, ale jest całodobowy transport wahadłowy, który działa sprawnie i bardzo ułatwia dojazd. Szczególną atrakcją był darmowy pokaz ognia w piątki, soboty i niedziele o 20:00. Trwał około 30 minut i był wielkim hitem wśród dzieci! Jedyną rzeczą, którą można by poprawić, są śniadania. Wybór był ograniczony, a w godzinach szczytu jedzenie nie było szybko uzupełniane. Mamy nadzieję, że w przyszłości będziemy mogli liczyć na większy wybór i lepszą obsługę. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pobyt był bardzo udany i chętnie tu wrócimy!

We've an interconnecting room which is spacious and comfy. The location is excellent, offering easy access to the surrounding areas of Klang and just a short drive to ICity. The breakfast selection is varied, but the taste is mediocre. Aeon Mall is just across the street, a few minutes walk away, which is great. 我们入住的是连通房，房间宽敞舒适。酒店位置极佳，前往巴生周边地区都很方便，开车到ICity也只需很短时间。早餐种类丰富，但味道一般。永旺购物中心就在街对面，步行几分钟即可到达，非常方便。
