Spędziliśmy 3 noce w hotelu z 2 osobami dorosłymi i 1 dzieckiem w wieku 4 lat.

Niesamowity pobyt w Beyond Patong!
Miałem fantastyczny pobyt w Beyond Patong w dniach 27–31 lipca 2025 roku.

New hotel, decent hardware and service, but the room allocation logic and soundproofing issues make it impossible to recommend.
I booked this newly opened hotel two weeks in advance, drawn by the 'sea view' and 'comfortable vacation' promises. I chose the second most expensive room type, just below the villa, for a 5-night stay. My booking notes clearly stated, 'Hope to arrange a room with a good view and a sea view.' I was full of anticipation before departure, but after checking in and being led to the room, I found the balcony completely blocked by buildings and greenery. Forget a sea view, I couldn't even see the distant skyline. The disappointment at that moment almost instantly extinguished my good travel mood.
We immediately raised our concerns with the front desk. The staff member was polite and quickly offered a solution: a free upgrade to a villa for 3 nights. It sounded like a 'blessing in disguise,' but on second thought, the problem was even bigger. I checked on Ctrip, and the combined booking price for this villa plus other room types was actually significantly cheaper than the total price we originally paid for our premium room. In other words, we paid more and stayed for 5 days, only to enjoy a 'seemingly upgraded' villa for 3 days. Was this a compensation, or a disguised downgrade? What's more puzzling is why they couldn't just give us a genuinely unobstructed sea-view room. Is the hotel's room availability so tight that they can't even reserve a room for guests who booked in advance?
After 3 nights in the villa, we were forced to move back to the original completely blocked room. Moving luggage and readjusting to a new environment was already annoying enough, but I didn't expect worse to come. The soundproofing in this room was terrible. We could hear guests upstairs walking, dragging chairs, and even talking clearly. Over our five-day trip, due to two room changes and noise disturbances, we could hardly truly relax and rest.
I must admit, as a newly opened hotel, the hardware and decor are indeed new and modern, and the room layout is well-designed. The bedding is comfortable, and the staff's service attitude was consistently warm and appropriate. However, these advantages completely fail to mask the core failure of the accommodation experience. I paid a considerable price, only to get scenic deception, noise torment, and the fatigue of repeatedly moving.
My advice to future guests planning to book: If you value a sea view and quiet, be sure to call and confirm your room number again after booking, and keep a record of your communication. Also, be wary of whether the hotel's so-called 'upgrades' are as good as they seem – the price traps in combo packages are worth noting. For the hotel, I hope you can address this 'high price, low value' allocation logic and the severe soundproofing issues in some rooms. Otherwise, no matter how new the hardware, you won't retain a good reputation.
In summary, my overall review of this stay is: service met expectations, hardware passed, but the booking experience and accommodation quality were severely subpar. I do not recommend staying in this room type at a high price.

Good
GGuest UserSpectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing.
Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

TTatiana Ch.A great hotel for a family vacation. It’s surrounded by beautiful nature, in a safe area with little traffic and no pushy street vendors.
The hotel is located within the Laguna complex, which offers a free shuttle service. The only store within walking distance is the modest Top’s, but you can drive to a 7-Eleven.
You can get to the beach by boat, but around 8–9 a.m. and in the evening, the boat will be packed with families with children and strollers. You can also walk there; taking it easy, it takes about 8–10 minutes, though part of the way is in the heat. There are plenty of private sun loungers at the beach. However, the front row closest to the sea is taken from early morning.
The rooms feature a kitchen, a small living area, and two air conditioners. They come with dishes and cutlery. Housekeeping is provided every other day. The trash disposal system is interesting—it’s done through a special “locker,” so the staff doesn’t need to come into your room to take out the trash. It’s a great system.
The hotel’s clientele consists mainly of families with small children and older couples.
My family liked the hotel; we’d definitely come back again!
EES SoHad a great time while staying at Noku, super b
Villa Mint is big and comfortable to stay with friends and family. It even includes snack, fruit and drinks in villa which are complimentary for us to enjoy when we stay by the private pool. Very enjoyable and pleasant! The breakfast at the hotel is a highlight during our stay. It was served in buffet style with egg and noodles station. Although the selection is not super wide, it’s more than enough to enjoy as the quality and the freshness of the food are above average, some of them even exceeded our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed the moment at the hotel so much and we will definitely coming back for vacation again ❤️
AApriltse0508recently stayed at Graceland Resort & Spa in Phuket from May 11 to May 16 with my boyfriend, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish.
The location is perfect—just steps away from Patong Beach, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes while still having easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, keeping everything spotless.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort has multiple pools, so it never felt too crowded, and there were always plenty of loungers available. It created a really relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a couple’s getaway.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Their service really made us feel valued and taken care of.
We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options—both local Thai dishes and international choices. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start each day.
Overall, Graceland Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. We had such a memorable stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket.
EEnrico888I booked a one-bedroom villa, and after visiting and comparing several units, I truly believe Villa #68 is the absolute best among the one-bedroom options! The layout and size are optimal!
The villa boasts a generous 550 sqm, offering huge space and a comfortable layout. It comes with a private pool that directly connects to the beach, making both privacy and the views impeccable.
The amenities are also comprehensive: a sauna, indoor and outdoor dual showers, and an outdoor bathtub, instantly delivering a complete resort feel and comfort.
The hotel itself has a very natural, ecological island vibe. We saw lizards several times on the villa rooftop and by the pool. At first, it was a bit scary, but they are actually very docile and completely non-aggressive – a rather unique wilderness experience.
Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The service was excellent throughout; all staff members were enthusiastic, friendly, meticulous, and attentive. A special shout-out to Liam, who provided dedicated service from start to finish, always responsive, patiently helping us arrange all our needs with professionalism and warmth!
However, there are a few objective points that deduct from the overall score:
Firstly, the hotel's landscaping and gardening are rather ordinary compared to other resorts in the same category. Most of the public areas are sandy, with sparse and poorly maintained plants, making them generally not photo-worthy.
Secondly, the in-room facilities are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The quality of the fixtures and sanitary ware like the toilet and showerhead feels quite common, which doesn't quite match the Luxury Collection brand positioning.
Getting to the island involves a bit of a journey, from the airport to the pier and then a speedboat transfer, but it feels worth it upon arrival.
If you're looking for an extra-large private villa, private pool, direct beach access, and excellent service, this place is still highly recommended. However, if you are sensitive to the public area landscaping and the newness of indoor hardware, you might want to do a bit more research.
UUrwinEverything was good, but what I found odd was having to pay 1000 baht every time you wanted to bring a guest to your room. That makes no sense, as you've already booked a room. Otherwise, the food is delicious and the location is great.
AAnonymous UserThe resort isn't very big, a rectangular area, and the villa section takes up a significant portion, so there's limited space for activities. BUT! There's a beautiful, uncrowded beach, haha! The coastline is very long, which is a huge plus.
The rooms seem to have been renovated; they're a mix of new and old. For instance, some of the bathroom fixtures are clearly old, but the doors, windows, and furniture look new. At the very least, the grout and wall seams have been redone and look pristine. The air conditioning is incredibly efficient, and the room is well-insulated – even after being out with the power off for half the day, it's still chilly when you come back in. The room provides a clothes drying rack on the balcony for dripping wet clothes and swimsuits, which is a thoughtful touch.
However, the BBQ buffet dinner, which costs over 2000 THB per person, doesn't include any basic beverages, only water. The BBQ items are so few you can count them on one finger, non-BBQ items on another finger, and desserts/fruits on a third finger. There were only two or three seafood options. My child is sensitive, so after removing what they couldn't eat, spicy dishes, and disliked flavors, there was almost nothing left! Can you believe we couldn't find two dishes they'd dare to eat from the entire buffet?
The breakfast selection is much richer than the dinner buffet, and it's only a quarter of the price... but the dishes were exactly the same every day. After two days, we started missing 7-Eleven. This isn't some isolated island with supply difficulties; would it be so hard to come up with more rotating menus? Please offer more variety for guests staying multiple nights.
LLiuyuan~Our family really loved our room during our Chinese New Year trip! 😍 It was very spacious. We booked a family room with a double-decker kids' area and a king bed. It could easily accommodate four adults – perfect for my parents and my two sisters. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also excellent in terms of space and cleanliness. There was a large balcony overlooking the pool, which extended all the way to the beach – it had such a great vibe. We absolutely adored the overall facilities and environment.
In the evening, my elder daughter and I had a spa treatment. It was a bit pricey but acceptable 😁. The guy at the reception was very enthusiastic, and the overall service was great. My dad and younger daughter went to the soft play area, which makes this hotel ideal for family fun.
The scenery was spectacular. We visited on the first day of Chinese New Year, and they had a dragon dance 🐉, firecrackers 🧨, and gave out gifts 🎁 to the children. The kids had an absolute blast! Even though we were in Thailand, it felt very much like Chinese New Year.
There were yoga classes by the beach, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to join.
For service, I'd give it an 85 out of 100. 👍🏼 The front desk had a Chinese-speaking girl who was very thoughtful and helpful, and the doorman was also very polite. However, the restaurant staff and a female attendant folding towels by the pool felt a little lacking. While there wasn't anything overtly bad, their service just wasn't as comfortable as the rest. Everything else was excellent.
In summary: The hardware – scenery, accommodation, and cleanliness – was impeccable; the service still has room for improvement.
SShanguangdeyexiThe room boasts standard five-star amenities, feeling neither damp nor outdated. While the ocean view from my room wasn't spectacular due to its lower floor, its proximity to the restaurant, lobby, and pool made getting around incredibly convenient. Breakfast quality was excellent, and the service was impeccable; the Thai smiles always put me at ease. The 'casa' (villa/suite) offered incredible views, and the sunsets and evening glow were stunning. The pool was large, though a bit exposed to the sun with no shade. The main drawback is the location, which is a bit remote – about 2 km from Kamala town, and a taxi to Patong starts at 200 THB. The beach right in front of the hotel was quite poor, with rough, yellowish sand that hurt my feet, and the ocean wasn't great either. However, for a pure resort stay, it's a fantastic choice.
