Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with my friends. Checked in late at night and saw another guest trying to get a refund for his room. One of the rooms was missing 2 towels, water bottles while the other room was missing 1 towel, but the concierge supplied it immediately upon request. My room provided both the towels, however, there was a huge tuft of hair sandwiched between the towels, probably clumped up during laundry. My shower door had also fallen off while I was closing, and I had to re-install it back onto the ledge myself. Friendly concierge and room service lady. Great location, 5 mins walk to the center. Parking was limited, please speak to the concierge to allocate space for your car.

Fakat kaldigimiz oda cok soguktu, klimayi acmamiza ragmen oda bayagi soguktu, tuvaletten lagam kokusu geliyordu ve bu koku cok rahatsiz ediciydi,ve tuvaletin banyosu yoktu. Ayrica sicak su sorunu vardi. Acikcasi 1 gece konaklama icin, sadece uyumak icin daha tavsiye ederim. Uzun sureli kalislar icin pek uygun degil.

Highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale! The service was great! The staff helped us with the airport transfer (even though there’s some problem during that time, but it was definitely not the hotel’s fault). Dinner was delicious. Also the location of the hotel is great with complementary shuttle to travertine of Pamukkale. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a nice place to stay during your visit to Pamukkale.

Очень приятный, свежий апарт-отель в Памуккале. Великолепный огромный номер с отличным ремонтом. Удобные кровати, кресла и диванчик. Из окон открывается панорамный вид на травертины, а рано утром даже повезло наблюдать полёт воздушных шаров в непосредственной близости - просто супер! Завтрак подают традиционный турецкий, вкусный и сытный. Ну, и отдельно хочется отметить замечательного отзывчивого хозяина - со всем помог, подсказал и вообще крайне радушно принял.

Great price for a wonderful stay. The room comes with balcony, the staff helped to bring our luggages upstairs, the room is clean and comfortable. Just to set some expectation, they didnt provide mineral bottle at the room so perhaps you may want to ask for water upfront in case you need it or in case you don't have any. Breakfast was great (as per pic). They served big breakfast by room. We enjoyed hot air balloon view during our breakfast. The hotel is very near to Hierapolis and Travertine too. Thank you Bellamaritimo Hotel!

Nice thermal hotel - with thermal pools the hotel has many groups. Breakfast is ok. Dinner is limited choices. Nice swimming pool and hot thermal pools. Staff is courteous and friendly. I will come back again price is good.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.

DDauzOnlyI would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

CClaire MBellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising! The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day. The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful! Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture). The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍 The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️ So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉

There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.

HHavelIt is a small hotel with 4 rooms included managed by a couple, all rooms are big enough and very clean. The hotel is located closing to the centre of Pamukkale and bus from / to Denizil will be stopped in front of the hotel. The owner will prepare delicious breakfast and send to room for guests every day. He also always help his guests for arranging local tours or activities such as balloons flying and paragliding. We must stay there again in case we will visit Pamukkale

If you want to be met, please let them know your arrival time in advance, or at least 15 minutes beforehand, as there is no reception. If no one is there upon arrival, message the host and they will arrive in 5 minutes. We would have liked to have some dishes added to the room, as there was a kitchen area, but they were missing. We asked for them, and they brought them to us.

XxiaocongThis was the best hotel I stayed in during my 10-day trip to Turkey. The decor and management were somewhat chain-style. It was incredibly comfortable, even with the morning chanting. The price was reasonable, and the shower was incredibly refreshing and powerful, like taking a bath in a spa. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I forgot to take a picture. The staff was also very friendly. The included Mediterranean breakfast was very good and healthy. The temple and Pamukkale are located together. I recommend driving to the temple visitor center. Parking for cars is 120 lira. Visit the temple first, then Pamukkale and enjoy a foot bath. The entrance fee is 30 euros.

GGuest UserThe bus station is right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The front desk staff were very kind and even gave me information written in Japanese, which was a great help. The breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. While the area around the hotel seemed a bit chaotic when I arrived, and I felt a little uneasy, the inside is clean and the room was relatively quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserWould you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages ​​stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.
